When I called this company in regards to a dog that was loose near the freeway, I was told that the animal was feral, and that it was not a good idea to take the dog into custody. I contacted another company who were able to get the dog, and even sent photos of it, licking the man who picked them up and being friendly. All Broward Animal Removal did not take care of business, and then were very rude when trying to follow up with them. I'm not sure why the conversation happened as it did, but I will never ATTEMPT to use the service again, and will implore others to find other options. Mark is both rude, dismissive, and obviously not very good at his job. It makes me sick to think of how he must have treated other animals leading to this point, and how many have died due to his negligence in getting them to safety. Updated to add that this manchild's reply is both inaccurate and ridiculous. The services called for weren't expected to be free, and the call was made from my car. No social media trolling, no wokeness, just concerned for an animal and had the expectation that an animal removal service would take care of the dog. Owner of the company states that he thinks the dog will act negatively while, himself, acting like a jackass. I feel sorry for his family. read more

It seems my garage became a maternity ward...,for a possum! One late afternoon I went into my garage to get something and I heard a rustling noise in the corner. The animal was mostly hidden and I could just make out the tail but I knew the situation wasn't good. I called my 15 year old son who was in the house to come in and he determined that it was a possum! We called a couple of animal control places and ended up with All Broward. I was at work when the gentleman from All Broward arrived, however Husband and the boys said he was very friendly and professional. He soon discover that we not only had one possum but seven (som and six babies!) living in our garage! They were really mean looking so I am so glad I did not have to see them. The 3 week old babies even had teeth! All Broward did not charge us extra for removal of the six babies. I really hope we do not need them again but I would call All Broward in a second if I was in that type of situation again! read more

Miracles do happen! For years our neighborhood has been harassed by a rooster. Every government agency was called and being a good tax paying citizen I was shocked at their inability to help. Numerous pest removal companies were called and many refused the job--"we don't handle roosters", they said. The few that tried gave up after a few weeks. All Broward Animal Removal came out and within a few hours the rooster was gone. I don't understand the bad reviews for this company. I guess South Florida people are not capable of understanding efficiency. Would I recommend this company? Let me put it this way: they are the only people I will call for future service and the day they retire will be a day of mourning! Thank you so much for saving my quality of life!! AMAZING! Trapper Mark was professional, funny and fast. I thought I only had one raccoon in my backyard (pooping everywhere and harassing my dog). He caught the entire family of four in one night! I would use Trapper Mark again in a heartbeat. He was also reasonably priced. Just a note on the negative reviews - while he was at my property, he was getting call after call from people asking him to remove animals for free. For some reason, people seem to think he is the city animal control....lol! He has a lot of patience with people. read more

After calling many overly priced companies in Broward and Miami, I called Mark from All Broward animal removal asking for help in disposing of a dead opossum on my property. It was beginning to smell horribly and baking in the hot sun. Mark gave me an unbeatable quote that i couldn't pass up and he agreed to come over right away. He was punctual and professional and promptly got to work. He even sterilized and hosed down the area where the animal had died to get rid of any bacteria. Mark was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the rodents and animal life in our neighborhood offering to help catch the feral cats and large iguanas we saw while he was there. I am certain he has a lot of experience dealing with wildlife in Florida and I would recommend him for speedy catching, and removal of all types of animals, live or dead. I called Mark for iguana removal, and he proceeded to be courteous over the phone, he was accommodating and worked around my schedule, since I work most of the day. A concerned friend needed animal removal services. I decided to give this company a call. We weren't aware that this company was a free service that does pick up! Or a company that charges for pick up. It's companies out here that does either one of them. Some can be expansive, reasonable or free... The owner came off as rude during the phone call. It wasn't about the amount of having an animal or animals removed! The price was a little too expansive *we didn't find the price reasonable* for removing an animal for a concerned friend. It's not about the amount it's about the character of the owner that supposed to be professional at all times. Sadly, the experience whole wasn't a good one for me or the concerned friend, that needed the animal removed. She wouldn't of had a problem going with All Broward Animal Removal. If the owner would of stayed professional before and after, he wasn't patient he was only rude! Patient and rudeness is two different things.. He wrote back to an honest review bout the experience and instead of being professional about it he said in his now deleted review because he edited it again. He called me stupid and intoxicated (since this happen on google review. I'm not going to post the screen shots of that particular review that shows him mentioning him calling me stupid and intoxicated. On yelp! It pays to have screen shots, when someone wants to deny being rude and saying what has been mention.) If he wants to deny it by showing a *new* update of the review he deleted and rewrote he can, it doesn't take away what he mention before and how rude he comes off to other customers... This was when the review was first posted on that same day he respond back in that way, then he edited it again for the first time and then for a second. It's sad when you have to write reviews about an owner that disrespect people in general! He tries to make it seem like me writing my experience that I had, was only written because I'd supposedly thought he was going to do it for free *I've never asked him to do it for free... Nobody didn't expect him to do it for free (once finding out he charges) and that's what he want it to seem like. Which is why the reason for my review was posted! No, the review was posted based on the experience we dealt with only.* He made it seem like he wasn't rude over the phone and in his comment responding back to the review. I'm sure loads of people saw it before he decided to change it! I'm sure that my review on here made him edit his review as well. Also, judgmental and assume I get government assistants!! Sadly, my review wasn't about the cost of having an animal removed. My review was based on my experience with this owner and I didn't write it based on the price neither. I'd only found this company number and didn't know if it was a free/willing service that removes animals and etc or a company that charges for it's service. I didn't expect no one to do anything for free, the person that wanted this done thought that this was one of the animal removal services that does this for free or at a reasonable price!! I hope in the future that this person learns how to speak to people, know how to be professional and regardless what review he receive. He should learn from it and keep it positive not negative..
