Loved the displays! Great combination of art and science-- the tree is just ridiculous. Who would know it was chocolate?!? Cozy vibe and a chill place to have a cup of tea or coffee. Gorgeous selection of truffles. Glad I stopped in while visiting from out of town!

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with wonderful smells and sights! They have a large selection of pastries, chocolate treats of all sizes, and gelato!! Service was quick and helpful. The seating area is eclectic, with lots of classic decor and all the awards All Chocolate Kitchen has earned over the years. A great spot to stop after dinner for a sweet treat!

Lots of chocolate pastries, gelato, wine, coffee, crepes, paninis, and salad. There's not a ton of seating inside or outside, but they've got a small function room for private events. It's a cool spot to grab desserts & some eats while strolling around downtown Geneva.

Probably just as much a museum of confectionary sculptures as it is a restaurant of delicious sweets, All Chocolate Kitchen is worth a visit to see Chef Roby's works of arts. These range from giant sculptures of things like dinosaurs, peacocks, and the moon. The most impressive item is probably the enchanted chocolate tree made of 1200 pounds of chocolate. The items they serve in store are also amazingly colorful and well decorated as well. You can find everything from macarons to truffles, cookies, croissants, brownies, dessert cups, and more! With an abundance of choice, there's always something new to try -- with an impressively large drink selection to go with this as well. Make sure to try their delicious grand cru hot chocolate which is intense without being overly sweet. Mix this with friendly service and large comfortable spaces to lounge around and you have an awesome place to enjoy high quality chocolate creations.

This is heaven for chocolate lovers!!! My husband and I arrived early in Geneva to meet someone for dinner. We wanted to get a quick drink before dinner and didn't have very high expectations. I ordered the hot chocolate and my husband ordered a mocha coffee. The drinks were phenomenal. I was blown away. This was by far the best hot chocolate that I've ever had. It was rich and thicker than your typical hot chocolate. My husband's coffee was rich and had a bold coffee flavor. I can't wait to go back and try more chocolate creations. One note, although the drinks we had were fantastic, they were not cheap. Expect to pay premium prices for a premium experience. The interior of the All Chocolate Kitchen deserves it's own Yelp page. There were many huge chocolate statues, creations, and art pieces. Everywhere you look, your senses are engaged. You would probably have to spend several hours here to do justice to the decor. This is a feast for the eyes as much as for your stomach. The chef has been featured on the Food Network and holds several Guiness World Records. Go to All Chocolate Kitchen for the chocolate creations, stay and admire all of the art.

this brownie cost over $10 I bought for my wife on the way home from work to surprise her with something sweet. It is as hard as a hockey puck.

I have not tried much except the gelato which is a must every time I visit Geneva. The interior is a wonder of large chocolate sculptures. The store was very clean despite being busy. The call for me is always the Lavender gelato and was sad they did not have the rose as well this time. The combo of the lavender with lemon is perfect.

All Chocolate Kitchen ironically is more than only actually chocolate. It also has coffee and gelato. Sure there's lots of chocolate too. Basically desserts are what they're best known for and the main thing to get here. The drinks and food seem kind of upscale but these aren't extremely pricey. Coffee is really good here. I got some the last time to warm up and was pleased with it. They have a fairly small but large enough coffee menu. A few things are kind of expensive but not too bad. The best so far is the Menta Verde. It's $4.85 for a regular. This is made with Roman mint and choice of milk, of which the have non dairy choices too. Lots of potential gifts here. They have bags of chocolates and chocolate covered things. Almonds are about $6 a bag. There's some nice looking stuff to choose from. Gelato is another treat you can get and better when it's not as cold. It has a few dairy free sorbets as well so whichever your preference you can get. There's a few comfortable chairs and couches, allowing you to drink and eat inside.

The interior is pretty fun here. They have gelato, brownies, pies, cookies, hot cocoa bombs, and of course chocolates. They also have a variety of coffee drinks. Service was friendly. We ordered a chocolate gelato, a banana cream pie, a pistachio latte, and a cappuccino. Pricing was on the higher end for the gelato (about $5 for a small scoop) and pie (almost $10). The gelato was pretty good, as was the cream pie. You could tell they used fresh ingredients, so it didn't feel overly processed like a grocery store cream pie. My wife didn't like the amaretto in the pistachio latte. The cappuccino was decent, but the milk foam wasn't as dense as I like it. 3.5 stars overall.

This place is fantastic! What a cool concept. The hand made sugar & chocolate artwork around the inside made me want to work there just to watch the chef create them!

Two people served, Bryanna K and another gentleman in the which I did get his name. Bryanna was our main server. Both were super nice and not overbearing which I liked. It was hot and I was in the sun all morning so we only ordered water no other drinks. My daughter got the beet salad and I got the Korean Tacos. A lot of places have good presentation without the flavor to follow up. This did not happened here. My daughter really enjoyed her salad and I equally enjoyed the tacos. I am a fan of steak fries, so I was excited to have some nice thick fries with my lunch. The tortilla soup was just as good. I have not set place in this spot since it was Nosh. I don't know why I waited so long. The service and food were great.

The service was both very attentive and never there when you needed it. Our waitress asked a LOT of questions and was really up in our business, asking about allergies that she thought she saw on our Resy account that did not exist and I didn't even know were an option. The place was a cool vibe, but pretty empty compared to all the other packed restaurants downtown. While the offer reservations, it didn't seem like you'd need one.

Their preorder system is incredibly smooth, though it does require a bit of planning since you need to order at least a day in advance, and they are closed on Mondays. I scheduled an order on a Friday for a Tuesday morning pickup. I picked up a dozen GF donuts and a half-dozen chocolate chip cookies, and both were fantastic. They offer a ton of different donut flavors, though the ordering system limits you to choosing three varieties per dozen. I went with the banana bread, chocolate with chocolate icing and the brown sugar with chocolate icing, and they did not disappoint. The cookies were just as impressive, hitting that perfect texture without any of the dryness you sometimes find in gluten-free baking. The shop itself is super cute and perfectly set up for a quick visit. All the preordered to-go items are neatly laid out on a cabinet for a seamless pickup. If you have some extra time, they also have drinks and food you can order at the counter, a shared parking lot that makes stopping by a breeze, and a nice outdoor seating area. I will definitely be back to mix and match some new flavors next time.

We loved everything about The Graceful Ordinary from the ambience to the amazing service (thanks Karen!) to the creative cocktails to the delicious food. When we arrived at the table, there was an anniversary card from the staff. Nice touch! We were brought a loaf of the warm housemade bread with whipped butter to begin. Hubby ordered the Having a Moment bourbon cocktail, and I had the Honey Kiss vodka and elderflower cocktail. Love their creative cocktail list. Karen was a fabulous server, so attentive and friendly. The other staff was on top of everything from water being refilled to clearing dirty dishes and even fresh butter brought to the table when it was low. Our needs were met before we even needed to ask. Also, since Karen knew that we were splitting all the courses, she automatically had the food split between two plates. I liked that. We decided to split everything we ordered. We started with the smoked salmon deviled eggs which were creamy delicious, not to mention beautifully presented. Our second starter was the bone marrow with caramelized shallots. This dish was absolutely amazing. My only critique would be to put four pieces of bread on the plate went two people are sharing. Our next course was a salad and we went with the roasted beet salad with blue cheese and sunflower shoots dressed in a warm bacon vinaigrette. Bacon - need I say more? Our main course was the walleye with ricotta gnudi, fava beans, peas and wild mushrooms. So many flavors and textures going on. The fish was perfectly seared and moist. Delectable. We thought about dessert but we were so full from dinner that we passed. Karen wouldn't let us go without a complimentary dessert in honor of our anniversary to enjoy at home, their signature butterscotch pot de crème with sea salt caramel. The Graceful Ordinary certainly made our anniversary special with the anniversary card at the table, and the complementary dessert. If you're in the western Chicago burbs, I highly recommend checking this restaurant out.
