I made an appointment online with this place for the $49 check up lube and tune on Friday 11/17. My garage has been a little loud so wanted it to get checked out to see if it was potentially going to be going out any time soon. I was pretty happy that they called me Friday to confirm my appointment which was set for a window on Tues 11/21 between 4 & 6 pm. They called me to ask that if they were done early would I be open to them coming maybe an hour earlier which I agreed to and asked them to call me 30 mins. Beforehand in case I was still at my office. So Tues comes and I go home early at 230 just in case they did get there early and no one called or showed up. Nothing on my camera either to indicate that they tried to come even earlier. Since they also had a 6-8pm window available I thought maybe they were running late but never heard a word from them. Wednesday comes around and nothing either. I get it's a holiday but I wasted 2.5 hours of my work time waiting for a company that fell through on an agreed upon appointment. I chose them because of their stellar reviews and the fact that they seemed like a smaller business compared to their larger competitors but it looks like the big business will get my business. read more

He let me know about different workings of my garage, that I had never considered. The springs that had been replaced twice by others, were not strong enough for the weight of the door, which was damaging my cables and wheels.
