Carmen had immediate availability and was out the next morning at 8 a.m. Carmen and his assistant, his daughter, were such a treat and joy to have at my house, his knowledge and expertise was refreshing. After discussing the situation, Carmen, had everything under control. We converted from a chain drive to a belt drive. As he was replacing the old opener, I had mentioned some other concerns with the garage door and he had some great suggestions on how to fix those other issues, for example, gaps and weather stripping. These guys did our original installation in 2007. When we started having problems with the doors, we called them back based on the great original installation. Our phone call was returned within an hour and an appointment was set-up for the next day. In my presence they inspected both doors and showed and explained the problems and answered all my questions. The job took several hours, replacing cables, pullies, springs, etc. The also reprogrammed one of the doors electronically, as well as the remotes. They also programmed my car's built in controls. True professionals, they provided beautiful workmanship on my door that (due to its age) would have presented problems to an "average" installer. Had a problem with my garage door receiver not working. Called Carmen and he came out the same afternoon to check it out. Had to replace the receiver, which he did quickly and efficiently. He also helped reprogram our two cars and left a handheld transmitter as backup. The only reason I gave four instead of 5 stars is that I think I could have gotten a receiver for a much lower cost on Amazon and installed it myself.
