Groupon brought me here and I can't wait to come back for my 2nd appt with Yong. She was super friendly and explained thoroughly the whole facial process. It does not have extractions which I usually dread so I'm actually kinda glad. Instead more time is spend with the LED light and the plasma light to help with the brightening process of your skin. I'm sure after my 2nd appt I will end up buying their package so I can keep coming here. My skin feels so clean and pampered afterwards. The whole process was just very relaxing. I end up buying a retinol anti-aging cream for daily use since I do not have it for my current skincare routine. It is their own label that is all natural and organic ingredients. My husband and I came in for a facial and extraction on a Saturday. The place was so cute and incredibly clean. There was plenty of free parking in the plaza. Vanessa did both of our facials and extractions and she was amazing! She always checked in to make sure I was doing ok like with pain from the extractions or if the steam was too warm. The facial was so soothing and my skin is so glowy! We also met the owner Kim and she was so nice and friendly! In the end Vanessa talked to us about our skin and provided recommendations on how to take care of our skin and areas to focus on more. Not for those who have sensitive or dry skin. Overall, I experienced the following: 1. Lack of attention to detail 2. Lack of understanding on how to approach dry/sensitive skin 3. A push to sell their products 4. Miscommunication issues I showed up early and completed the form that says that the facialist and I will talk about my medical history and I even wrote down on the form my allergies and skin condition (eczema). The facialist did not ask about how my skin was feeling at the start of the appointment nor did she talk to me about any potential allergies or alternatives for unscented products. I was lucky to catch her before she put tea tree products on my face, which I am allergic to. Afterwards, products that included lavender were used on my face without checking if it would be compatible. It was not... Additionally, I requested a hydrating facial but my face was double exfoliated (chemical and physical) which left my face feeling raw and irritated. After the facial, they tried to charge me for a more expensive facial claiming that they did a "more personalized facial", which I did not ask for. In the end, they charged me for the hydrating facial. So, I was apparently given a treatment that I did not ask for nor was my skin compatible with. Finally, and I think one of the more disappointing facts, is that I did come to the appointment with some makeup on and also left with some makeup still on my face. I said that I could remove it myself at the beginning of the appointment but they told me they would take care of it with their products during the facial. At the end of the facial, I looked in the mirror to see how my skin looked and I still had makeup on my face. Mascara was smeared all over my under eyes. Another weird note is that part of the facial included a massage of the neck and shoulders, which they used a massage gun for. I've never experienced this before and it felt out of place and not up to my expectations for a facial. I have been to a variety of places to receive a facial and I think that this location lacks actual quality facialists who understand skin, how to take care of it, and just a lack of attention to detail. This place left my skin irritated and I ended up having to wash my face thoroughly when I got home to remove the strongly scented products from my face and it took days for my skin to get back to normal. Those with dry, sensitive skin should think twice before coming here! read more

Twas my first facial at a local establishment and Kimberly welcomed me with open arms and flattered me with a lot of compliments which I loved hahaha and also taught me some stone cold facts about the sun spots on my face which I also appreciated. Very lovely place with a lovely person who is knowledgable and personable. My face felt so soft and dewey for days after coming here. Definitely would recommend! Parking - 90 minute free parking garage nearby and also some street metered parking if you're lucky! Found this place a week ago to get my eyebrows done. While getting my service done, I was drawn to their facial services. Inquiring about their services, Jennifer confidently says, " yes, we are the experts". Intrigued, I scheduled a facial service the following week. Oh, my eyebrows came out beautiful by the way. Jennifer is gentle but pays attention to all the details. Facial service: Jennifer got started and explained the process every step of the way. I have very sensitive skin and have eczema, but did not feel any irritation. There was a tingling sensation during the pumpkin mask, but she explained that it was normal. I was so relaxed, I fell asleep! Then when she finished with my facial service, I got a little mini massage at the end for extra relaxation. When I looked in the mirror after my service, I WAS GLOWING!!! With that said, I ended up signing up for their membership which is actually a really good deal. Plus you get a free full-sized product. Today, my friend and I got to book an appointment here via Groupon, though I forgot to pay my facial from there. Luckily, the owner is nice enough to pay me the same price as the deal from Groupon when I walk in! The interior is very nice and clean. Very pleasing to explore. Products are organic and very well organized (makeup, skincare, jewelry, etc.). There are different discounts based on the product(s) at the moment. Other discounts can also be found when you walk in (this goes with facials but I believe you have to book an appointment for this deal). The owner gave us an explanation on what she will be doing for our facials. We got to try out the plasma facial treatment, which includes a plasma laser-like mask and a device to help tighten our skin! She is very informative about the products she used and is careful on what she's doing. Products she used are organic and nice to be applied. No burns or irritation either! She will warn you about skin irritation with the products during your facial if necessary. The result of the facial left my skin feeling dewy, which is great! :) Overall, the place is clean and has a nice Instagram-ish setting. The owner is nice and being in charge for our facials, she is able to satisfy my friend and I with our skin with the products she know works well. Would recommend this place for facials!
