SO! I've been looking for a med spa and stumbled upon this hidden gem. I scheduled for an eyebrow waxing appointment on a Sunday but I was also interested in trying their facial services. I got to the spa and was welcomed with this very nice and sweet lady named Fiona. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. I also got to meet the manager and her name is Kimberly. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they do and products they offer. The other important item to note is they take the time to actually listen to you in which not a lot of places do. They were able to accommodate both eyebrow waxing and facial on the same day. I purchased the membership which comes with 5 facials and 2 free skincare products plus additional discount on the remaining skincare products that I bought. They also gave me a free mask. Wow! Wow! Wow! I'm very happy and impressed with how well Kim did my facial. I told her about my acne prone skin and she really focused on it and tailored my facial. I'm not sure of the machines and tools she used, but they worked and I'm sure if I do routine facials, I will continue to see visible improvements. I left with my face glowing and the hint of rosehip oil. I definitely will be back. I went through Class Pass, but there's also a special going on now (5 for $250). I just moved to the area and wanted to find a facial place. I bought a Groupon deal to try it out. I've had experience with getting bad treatments from using a Groupon deal but not here! The esthetician is very nice and patient. The place is clean and they use good products. I just finished my first session here so not sure how my skin will react to their products but during my session I keep hearing people coming in to buy their skin products. Since they sell the products they use, they will explain all the things they apply on your face. But they don't overly advertise it which I appreciate (sometimes I just want quiet zen moment). Overall great experience. The price seems reasonable too. $125 per facial, and $450 for 5 sessions with a free product/chemical peel. read more

I also heard a quick comment from the other worker that ask if I was a Groupon or regular customer. I really suffer with acne, but she makes sure to be gentle when doing extractions and really emphasizes on protecting the skin barrier. This place is so great. I first stopped in because as I was walking by I saw that they offer refills in your own container, and I love a zero waste store! But I actually went back to get my eyebrows done, which is a big deal for me. I'm very particular about my brows and get nervous trying a new place or new esthetician, because you never know how they'll be. I've had 3 different techs here and each one has been so good. The owner, Kim, is super attentive and knows my style so she made extra sure the techs were careful with the shape and we had an awesome time. They're all super nice and Kim is so generous and kind, plus everything they stock and use is thoughtfully curated, natural, vegan, organic, and effective.
