All mobile matters is absolutely amazing! I dropped my v20 three stories and the screen shattered. Wow it took them 9 days to get replacment parts for the incorrect manner the screen was replaced. We had an echo on the phone because the mic button was touched during the process. Went back to replace the new cover and lo and behold the echo is back. I do not think that this store has experienced people working here who know what they are doing. Avoid and find an alternative place and save yourself the trouble that we are still having. for $258.00 the none hour service we chose them for in the first place has cost us more than 20 hours trying to get a hold of them with no calls being returned for 8 days read more

Went in on Valentine's Day as I waited for my two hour wait to eat. My phone port has not been working for awhile. Verizon insurance said I would have to pay $200 to fix the port and get a replacement. I told Eric my problem. He told me the price to fix the port but also told me about a $15 diagnostic fee to see if it just needs a cleaning. That is all it needed was a cleaning. As he cleaned it a bunch of lint came out of it. Now my phone works like new. The cleaning only took a few seconds. PLUS Eric waved the fee for me. He saved me $200. Thanks Eric! read more

My first thought when my phone broke down was"Crap gotta buy a new one!!." Isn't it what we all do? Fixing a mobile phone is not something possible in 2017 seems like. I would never think of buying a new car right off the bat because it needs repairs. Without a blink, I would have bought a brand new $800+/- iPhone for something that cost $69 with the right people who analyzed it, fixed it and backed-up their repair work. I had my screen and battery changed. And they only checked the camera and speaker afterwards; when I went back home my phone's front microphone wasn't working they messed it up. I used to fix 4 screens before and they didn't appreciate that and thought I was lying and refused to repair what they ruined because they claimed it wasn't reported earlier. Good job losing a loyal customer. You want a loyal customers that trust you while you can't trust your customers nor take any responsibility. It's a 40 dollar to fix what you ruined but losing customers is priceless, guess it's shown what you really care about ($). This review is for the Arizona Mills location, which is currently not listed on yelp. My husband found All Mobile Matters through a web search, so I got a quote thru their website to replace the charging port on my HTC Incredible 2 phone. Last weekend I was unexpectedly going to be at the mall, thanks to my teenager, and called to see if they could fix my phone. They found they did have the part in stock, and said it would take about an hour. When I got there, the guy said they'd have to order the part, yet when I told him I had called and they said they had the part needed, he found it had been ordered for someone who had cancelled, so yes, they did have the part. I gave him my phone, he wrote me a pick up receipt, and I went shopping. An hour or so later I returned to pick up my phone, and another guy was there, the one I had talked with on the phone. My phone was fixed and it was $45 ($4 less than the $49 email quote). Later I found my volume bars didnt work, and realized it must have been from them working on it, so called and they told me to bring it in and they could fix it in a few minutes. I was not happy about this as we live 30 miles away! He apologized for the inconvenience, and said they do check that everything works before returning the phone to the customer. Of course I got to be the exception! So today we trecked back there, and they fixed the volume without a problem. All employees I dealt with (2-3) were nice and professional, and they provided a good service at a reasonable price. They had great customer service and I thought my phone was all fixed when in all actuality they did not replace my Apple IPhone with an Apple screen to ensure that it worked properly. The next day the proximity device inside the phone was not working and I was unable to type on with typing things twice,. I was told that since they replaced it with Apple products I could go to Apple and have them fix both items. I ended up having to pay Apple since they DID NOT use Apple products. Awesome place! One of the few repair places that were open on new year's eve, answered the phone when I called, and had the ability to replace the screen on my LG g5. The guy running the kiosk was super helpful and nice, and the replacement was done in about 20 mins. I certainly didn't know my Samsung screen is going to cost $200 to fix since I had one of the pocket protector on with a sleeve but it was no match for the concrete on the employee parking lot. He didn't have the part so we had to ordered it. It was promised in 3 days but the good didn't arrive until one week later. Once he got it, called me right away and it was done in about 30 minutes.
