I'm not from Arizona, but I'm visiting. After about 6 or 7 months of having a broken back glass on my iPhone XR, I decided to get it repaired. Multiple calls and estimates from other companies later, I came across All Mobile Matters and they gave me a pretty good estimate for a repair. Since i'm visiting and don't want to spend an arm and a leg on the entire outer shell, i decided to save an arm and a leg with this company. Being out of state and searching the outdoor mall for what seemed like minutes, I finally found the Barnes and Nobles. They told me over the phone that they were located across the way from there. I turned my head and found it easily. When I entered the store, I was greeted by friendly staff; Way more friendly than my home state in California. They walked me through the process and gave me a HUGE selection of about 5 colors. Honestly, I didn't expect there to be multiple options for me. They reconfirmed the price with me and upsold me a tempered glass and a double layer phone case - something I desperately needed since my one year old son loves to throw my phone on the floor. I was worried that I'd have no way of knowing if they were actually finished by the time I returned 3 hours later. To my surprise, it was finished and ready to go. My wallet was rightfully upset with me since it was only expecting $100+tax for just the back glass but also an extra $50 for the case and new glass. Honestly, if I wasn't trying to save my money while i'm out here, the price is pretty damn good. I appreciate the service they provided for me. Thank you Jared for helping me with my purchase, and thank you Eric for fixing my phone. You guys are awesome; I definitely recommend these guys. Jared - I appreciate you responding to my review. I'm still puzzled why you would consider it doing me a favor to quickly repair the damage your tech caused and of course you would assume the cost because the damage making the phone unusable was done by your employee. That's has nothing to do with me as a customer, that's just good service. As far as compensating me for my time, gas and inconvenience I don't think anybody would agree that $34 gets anywhere near doing that. As I told Lindsey, minimally I expected a 50% discount (which by the way would have been an additional $35), I would have felt like the company and managers acknowledged and cared to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Instead, Lindsey offered $20, and it took me an additional 20 - 30 minutes of my time on the phone for her to offer $14 more. Wow!! That's not what I call good customer service:(. I absolutely will continue to frequent establishments, whether big or small, that exhibit excellent customer service. That's what brought me back to you and that's what made this second experience so disappointing - the first time was great. But I dealt with the employee not managers. Seriously disillusioned with the response by managers, and the unwillingness to keep a repeat customer over $35. read more

All Mobile Matters fixes your cell phone, period. They do not try to up-sell you stuff you don't need. They are like that reliable auto mechanic whom you trust to fix your car and not scare you into making unneeded repairs. My i-phone C (vintage 2014/15) had died; I went to Verizon to see what my options were. The cheapest phone was an LG flip phone (did not know they still made these!) at $144 + $30 'upgrade' fee (ha!). I was not impressed and felt the evil lurking in (i.e. the evil of knowing you have only bad options in the face of BIG COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY, yet must choose one or else). Anyway, to their credit, the Verizon guy suggested that I first check out All Mobile Matters, right around the corner in Tempe Market Place 'District' area. I went in, thinking that I needed a new battery, but instead I needed a new screen (the LED had died). Josh fixed it properly and within a half-hour. He did not also try to sell me a new battery. He did give me a 90-day warranty for free (not a paid-extra 'service plan'). Thank you AMM, you are solid business that delivers great service and a reasonable price. read more

THEY REALLY CARE ALL MOBILE My phone is not iphone, not a flagship model, old Galaxy A52s. I dropped my phone on the concrete, and my screen & frame broke a lot. Screen started to purple out, on the same time brightly flashing 10 times per second. Touch didnt worked. I was afraid whether any shop will accept my old phone, but i believe on here, since they said 'All mobile matters' When i visited the shop, Luis checked my phone and able to find/order new screen for my phone in 5min.After 2d, i visited shop again and Anthony fixed my screen & frame within 1hour.Now my phone looks fresh new. FYI ALL of data remained safe, nothing damaged. I really appreciate everything. My phone its not just a phone.. I have so many precious memory with this phone.. Hi, I live within two blocks of your store and use it for all my mailing purposes. It's so much better than going to the post office. Your staff is really friendly, help with any packaging problems, putting extra tape on boxes, check the sizes of the packages, and keep track of previous purposes. I also like being able to mail correspondence from your store on the slot you provide the public to insert mail. I can be sure it will be picked up at the times you state it is picked up to the post office. I enjoy the post cards you have in the center aisle. If someone would complain, I am sure you would try to solve the situation. I also like the access to your copy machine. Then it is easy to take care of mailing needs and afterwards go shop at Frys. So I came into the store fully prepared to pay the $69 fee to get a new earphone jack installed into my phone since I had been having continuous problems with it not working and simply not reading when anything was plugged into the jack. However once I came back to pick up my phone they ended up only charging me $15 because apparently all it needed was a thorough cleaning. My many thanks to the associate Eric who took care of my issue and also managed to clean my charging port, speaker, and ear speaker at no extra cost. I highly recommend coming to this location if you have any sort of phone issue. They are definitely not a cash grab business and try their hardest to get you the lowest price possible and have amazing customer service! read more

Cell phone screen was flickering and also going black. Saw Eric at ALL MOBILE MATTERS, at Tempe Marketplace. He removed the screen without breaking it. Tightened the screen/connection. He Did NOT CHARGE ME, because he said it only took him 5 minutes. He was HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. I would definitely recommend this establishment, and particularly Eric, because it is hard to find someone this honest. The First place I went to CPR at the Pavillions, who wanted to immediately replace the screen. When I told them previously this was caused by a loose connection, he said he never heard of that, and doubted that was it, and if he checked it the screen would break. My phone charger port stopped working & as always my phone had less than 20% because I've always been super scared to overcharge my phone. I needed somewhere fast and efficient. Previously had my port clean a year ago by Eric (at the same location) who was AMAZING as well. He did warn me that eventually it would need to be replaced since I had the phone since my freshman year. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a big beautiful smile from Jon! He was very attentive, walked me through everything plus I was able to walk out with my phone in less than 45 minutes. I will always recommend you guys, super awesome. Somehow the back glass of my IPhone 8 broke. I have insurance on my phone but the deductible is $150 and then I get a refurbished phone instead of a new one. Anyone else hate that crap! Makes me so mad. Anyway the rep from Verizon actually suggested All Mobile Matters to me along with another wireless repair place. I made several phone calls and ended up going with All Mobile Matters. They have the best reviews and also the best pricing. I drop my phone off and was able to have it back by the end of the day. Very good,quick service. My wife had dropped her 2 month old LG (cheap flip phone) phone into water and it stopped working.We checked the internet and tried some of the methods to dry it out (dried in rice,etc.).The phone would function afterwords i.e. calls could be made and answered but the screen was blank rendering other options unusable (texting,etc.) I took it to All Mobile Matters and they tried to clean it(contacts were corrode etc.) but that didn't work.They priced replacing the screen but the price was high, parts cost almost as much as a new phone so I opted to not repair it and get a new one. read more

I would not go back to this place, or recommend to anyone to come here, I was given an estimated time of 45 mins for a screen replacement, came back hour and 15 mins later, and it was still not done, the guy who was supposed to be fixing the phone, was chatting with friends when i arrived, and after seeing me, he still did not start to work on my phone, after the gossip session had ended, and after i waited an additional 25 mins, the screen was replaced, and that too a pretty bad job, not worth the $145.00. I went in to replace my screen and battery because I had dropped my iPhone. I was debating just upgrading to the newer model, but felt that if I had Mathew Will fix it, it would be like a whole brand new phone. I was not disappointed because my phone is faster, and the battery lasts waaaayyyyy longer than it did before. He even went the extra mile to make sure my fingerprint worked!! I went there after looking for any place that would fix my screen. Found them online. Went there and was welcomed kindly. I showed him my phone and said we could fix it. Told me what the cost would be upfront with no surprises. The price was pretty low considering other places I was looking at, and even said we would clean the charger port and speaker for free. Unfortunately they were not able to fix my phone. BUT the service was awesome. They were kind and polite. I will absolutely be a return customer if I have issues in the future. Clean work place, talked to me in a kind manner, gave me good advice on what to do with my bad luck. Overall, turned a horrible phone experience into a better one by their service. Dropped my phone in the parking lot of the Tempe MarketPlace mall and was contemplating how to tell my parents about this (rip) but then I saw this store and saw that they did on-the-spot phone repairs. This place is great!!! I went in this afternoon and Matthew was working alone. I had a unusual situation. Not a phone but my Samsung Gear 2 watch. I had brought a battery in and a new band. Matthew said I will have it ready in 45 minutes and it was ready to go. I know they specialize in broken phones. Matthew was very efficient and friendly. The humans at this All Mobile Matters are a wonderful bunch, they tried everything to save my wet phone (pieces and parts and cleaning ...etc) and when it failed they set me up with a used, replacement phone quickly (Verizon had a 1 or more hour wait to talk big money) all he parts I needed AND a T-shirt. I thought the repair might be more expensive here since Tempe Marketplace would be high rent compared to some old strip malls or mobile fix services, but it actually cost less than anyone else's advertised price to replace a lightning port.
