For my most delicate items--like kitchenware, electronics, and artwork--they use a meticulous multi-layer approach with high-quality packing paper and bubble wrap. I even received a reminder text the morning of the move confirming the same time. By 9:30 AM on moving day, no movers had arrived and I hadn't received any communication about delays. About five minutes later, I received a call from the driver stating they had never received my appointment and were already on their way to Los Angeles -- nowhere near where I live. He then told me they could get to my place at 4:00 PM. My move was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I had taken the day off for this, so this was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. Thankfully, I was able to find another company last minute for the same price, and I'm so glad I did. Afterward, I looked up more reviews for 365 Days Labor and realized that many others had similar negative experiences. I would definitely not recommend this company.
