What an amazing time here! Already thinking about the next time I should visit... My friend reserved the Intro Party Package which came with 30 minutes of the sauna, massage or facial, and hot tub each with finger foods and the garden room. The garden room was really nice and cozy. It felt safe to leave all our stuff there since the whole back room was reserved for us. Our group of 4 were separated in twos, 2 people did massages while the other two were in the sauna. It was my first time getting a massage, so I think it was pretty good for a first timer! The person massaging me was nice and knew the areas to focus on. After the massage, my friend and I switched with the others and went into the sauna. They provided ice with a towel + iced water with lemon to prevent us from overheating. The whole hour of massaging and sauna went by so quickly! After the sessions were done, we were given organic veggies with ranch and parfaits to refresh ourselves. There were also crackers and spinach dip to snack on. This was surprisingly filling and refreshing. We were then moved over to the hot tub area and lost track of time, but it was nice since we didn't feel rushed or time restricted. Soooo happy my friend found this place for us to relax for my 40th birthday with my closest gals! It was such a cool and wonderful place! Very clean & the ambiance was just perfect! It seemed very peaceful and overall just down to earth and very welcoming! Was not an uppy up snooty place so if that's what you like, this is not a place you'd appreciate. But for everyone else who loves the homey, relaxing, and comforting vibe, without breaking your piggy bank; this place is for you! I reserved the Garden Deluxe Room for three gfs and myself ! Such a nice quaint room for us to hang, catch up, have some champagne and lounge. The masseuses came to take us one or two at a time which was nice. As I waited with who was left behind, we enjoyed the sauna ! My massage was one of the best I've ever had! Luis did an excellent job! I will most definitely be back! My friends were all pleasantly surprised and we were all wondering why none of us had heard nor never been here! We all agreed that we'd be happily coming back ! Ms. Lupe was such a sweetheart since we walked in the door! She took care of us our entire 4-5 hour stay ! She was very attentive, professional, friendly and just overall a wonderful person ! 100/10! Amazing first experience here today. It feels like home, especially with Lupita's warm and sweet presence, she is so kind and guides you to where you'll be spending time for the day. I spent time in the hot tub which is outdoors in a beautiful serene setting, reminded me of europe/spanish style decor and it was so cute. Lupita brought me a glass of water with lemon. Soaked in the tub and then Lupita came to get me for the shower, which even was relaxing with calming music playing. She then guided me to the massage room. I loved that she was so friendly and helpful and it really does feel next level to be guided in this way through each step! My massage therapist Monica was incredible. She made me feel comfortable right away and was so sweet. She explained everything in detail and I let her know about my awful sciatica pain. She was empathetic, professional and really knowledgeable. Not only did she give me the most helpful and amazing massage - she gave me tips to help at home too. She was so easy to talk to, and that made some of my sensitive painful areas really easy to get through. Their pricing is also GREAT! I am just so relaxed and blown away about how great this place is. I already can't wait to come back and bring my partner and all my friends. I truly hate giving 1 stars to businesses. I came in for a head spa experience. From start to finish it felt like they have never done something like it before. Amateur. I don't want to bash the tech working on me. She was doing what she was told. It felt as if she was told about this service, showed a few things that should be done and was sent off. With the experience I had, my hair wasn't blow dried. The door to my room consistently opened and had to be blocked by a trash can to stay shut. The lights were directly above where the head is placed and if the lighting wasn't dimmed it was aggressive. I think there is opportunity for drastic improvement. It was an $85 experience that should have costed $35. read more

I came here once for a massage and found a good therapist named Trisch. Unfortunately, when I booked my next appointment, she was no longer there, so they scheduled me with another therapist. I believe the therapist I had this past Sunday was named Gloria. I came for a deep tissue massage but ended up feeling sore and achy afterward. Her technique felt random and choppy, as if she was just going through the motions. She tried to use hot stones to incorporate deep tissue, but it felt like rocks rubbing on my body and was not relaxing at all. Having had massages at many spas for over 20 years and having managed a day spa, this was the worst experience I've ever had. For $120, I would save your money and pay a little extra to go to Burke Williams, where at least you can enjoy the amenities. 2-stars was for my previous CMT (certified massage therapist) read more

I recently went here for my friend Angie L.'s birthday. We had a group of seven ladies for a Sunday afternoon reservation at 2:15pm. They took in about half the group first. Then my group went in around 2:50pm. They provide you with a locker (and a lock) for your belongings and give you a robe and slippers to change into. Make sure to bring your own swimsuit. First was the sauna to sweat out those toxins. We were in there for about half an hour. They bring you iced water, one to drink with, and the other to cool down with (using a microfiber towel). Next was either an hour long massage or a facial. I went with the massage. I didn't catch the name of my masseuse, but my massage was quite relaxing. Afterwards, we drank tea and ate yummy sandwiches and desserts. Then we ended the night at the jacuzzi. It was about 6pm. It was about $130 per person (including tax and tip). It was a good first spa experience for myself. The staff were all super sweet. I love how one of the ladies would call us "mija" or "mi corazon"; it made us feel all loved and what not :) Treat yo'self! read more

We first did the sauna which was amazing, then we went into the jacuzzi for about 30 mins. Last we did the massage, Raquel was awesome and i absolutely loved the massage. I haven't felt that relaxed in such a long time. At the end, the host brought us some small sandwiches and tea. It was such a great experience I definitely recommend it everyone. Marivel, my massage therapist was very thorough and worked really hard to get the tight knots out of my neck and shoulders. I was much more relaxed after my massage. This day spa is an old converted house. Unfortunately, they also have very thin walls. I could hear a muffled conversation going on in the next room and something needed WD40 bad. There was a constant squeak every minute or so, which started getting really annoying toward the end of a 60 minute session. Check in on Yelp and get $15 off a Swedish Massage. This Swedish massage by Monica was great! The facial was awful. The bed was a rollaway, type hospital frame. She started off massaging my neck and face with massage oil!! No cleansing, just lavender massage oil. She finally stopped, a rubbed it off with a towel. Next she put some kind of mask on while steaming my face for. She proceeded to leave never telling me what is going one. After that she wiped it off and scraped my nose for extraction. I was not going to let get do more than that. Next a scrub, which was fine. She washed that off with I am pretty sure the same water she used for all the wiping. Then a mud mask, I asked because she never told me what is going on my face. Then walked out the door. She did come back and wiped the mask off again with the same dirty towel. Last she slapped on some kind of thin lotion and that was it. Sorry, but worst ever facial. My partner booked us for a couple of services here and it was great! We both received the sauna and hot tub package and a 90 minute facial and a 90 minute massage. Lupita was amazing the whole way through, her customer service and how sweet she was, truly took our service over the top. The woman who did my facial was amazing too, she did great. My face is very sensitive and she was very gentle and communicative all the way through. I definetly was relaxed, I would do this again solo or with my partner. Truly an amazing experience that is afforadble and a pleasant time. I am one of those customers who return when the customer service and product is great. I already have book multiple services for my partner and for my mom as well. This was my go to place for over the last 4 years. But after today I will no longer return. The staff is sweet and polite I have no complaints to regards to that. I booked a facial for today, in the past I have booked this service. Well today I almost thought I had accidentally booked a massage. I regret going in because 75 percent of my facial was a massage. My service provider honestly I think was not sure of what she was doing and attempted to compensate with massaging. What was applied to my face was oil and two types of masks which easily took 20 minutes of just waiting them out. The extractions were not thoroughly done I ended up having to extract lots when I got back to my car. I have done better facials for my self at home unfortunately I have to say that I will not be returning here. read more

Definitely not worth the cost. I ordered the Calming Chamomile Package a few weeks after my wedding to relax. It was clear from the beginning that the three women did not coordinate the services even though I had made an appointment a week in advance. The massage was all over the place, and Oreilia kept asking me probing questions like "how old are you" and "are you gonna have kids" The pedicure was also a mess. Sophia's grandkids were just hanging around watching me get a pedicure, which was weird since I was still in a robe!! Also at the end when I was drying she offered to get me water and never returned! I was after an extended period of time just sitting around waiting and then Gloria did my facial. I came in to get a scrub and massage. Lupita was so wonderful during my scrub and took her time. I suffer from psoriasis, but she made me feel SO comfortable and 'normal.' Monica was my masseuse and she was amazing as well. I got a Swedish massage and came out of there feeling so relaxed. I was planning a bachelorette for one of my friends and came across All Natural Day Spa. They had great reviews on Yelp and I really liked their spa party package. I was able to book for a party of 7. Lupita was the one who helped me organize everything and she was really helpful. Fast forward to the day of our appointment. We arrived at the time agreed and Lupita greeted us promptly. She escorted us to the area that was reserved just for our party and showed us where we could change into the robes and sandals they provide. Everything worked out so smoothly. We were all taken for our services one by one. 4 of us got to go first while the other three enjoyed the sauna and then we switched. Everyone was really happy with the services they received and we all enjoyed relaxing in the sauna. After we all finished our chosen services, we met up in the room we had reserved and enjoyed the snacks that the spa provided. Everything was delicious! We brought our own wine to toast and they were nice enough to provide some buckets with ice for us. Lupita was taking care of our group the whole time. She was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. At the end we enjoyed a dip in their hot tub. Overall our experience was great! Everyone enjoyed their massages/facials. We had a bridal shower tea party and it was great! Most of us got massages and some of the girls got facials and everyone had a great experience. I got a massage from Monica and it was one of the best massages ever. She was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. She got rid of a lot of knots I had. We had access to the sauna and hot tub and that was really nice. We also booked a private room to have our tea party, they provided tea, sandwiches and desserts so after our massages/facials we were able to hang out and have tea. This place is heaven! Gloria is my go to person but I have been to all the ladies and they all are truly amazing! I suffer from Fibromyalgia and auto immune. Whenever I am flared up I make an appointment. I have been to many places and Gloria is the only one that can take my pain away. She gets every knot and trigger point. Today I was really really bad and had sooo many trigger points and knots and even though they hurt they felt so much better after! This is a quaint spa with good service. I love how it is a converted house that is tranquil, peaceful, clean, and quiet. It has a cozy, humble feel that made my spa afternoon there "warmer." I had a "mud bath" followed by a 90 min firm/deepish tissue massage. I asked my therapist, Monica, to not go to deep and she applied the perfect pressure. The mud bath is actually volconic ash and lavender salt that softens the skin. Lupita and the front desk receptionist were really friendly too and accomodate requests to make my spa afternoon as worry free as possible. I will definitely be returning. Went for a mineral bath and decided I liked it so much I had to come back. So far, I've tried the volcanic ash bath and the green clay bath. After both baths, I immediately noticed how soft my skin was. Lavender salts were also added, which made for a nice aroma during the bath. I was able to relax my always-tense-muscles. And it was so calming, that I felt so rejuvenated the entire week following the bath. Each time, I was given a glass of amazingly refreshing iced tea, which I really enjoyed drinking while sitting in the tub. The woman who led me to the bath area was very sweet and explained everything she was adding to the bath and offered suggestions on what type of baths I should do based on my skin type. This will probably be the only place I will go to for a nice soak. Overall, it's a nice place to go to be pampered. Smooth skin and relaxation is the way to go, lol. read more

I had been here the past month, but unfortunately, things didn't go the way it was supposed to be in the first place. I am writing 2 reviews in one post. 8/12/17 My friend and I decided to go with their couple Revitalizer package for $399. My friend had originally scheduled an appointment on 8/5, but because it was too soon, I called on the same day and scheduled it to the 8/12. The lady, with a big accent, told me that my friend and I cannot do the facial in the same room, but we will be together for the massage and bath. I asked the lady twice to confirm this. However, on 8/12, after doing our facial separately, my massage therapist, Sylvia, brought me to another room for the massage. I immediately noticed there was only one bed in one room. I told Sylvia that my friend and I was supposed to be doing the massage together. Why was I the only one in this room? Sylvia was really nice and quick at responding to this issue. I really appreciated her assistance! She went out of her way to try to fix the mistake. She asked for my friend's name and immediately went to find out where my friend was. When she came back, she told me that my friend had already started on the massage a while ago. She started the massage for me and then told me that she will grab my friend into the room when she is done with her massage. When my friend came in, Sylvia told her what the problem was and then left to give us privacy to discuss this problem. She really respects and treats her customers well! Because of the mistake, Sylvia gave my friend and I a gift certificate for another Swedish massage. When I called on 8/16, Sylvia made an appointment for my friend and I to come back on 9/2 at 2 pm and told me that we will be in the same room for sure this time to do the massage together. I asked Sylvia to specifically be my massage therapist and Sylvia was happy to accept this. She gave Oralia for my friend's therapist. 9/2/17 I decided use the gift certificate for another massage and to give this place another chance to fix their mistake. Unfortunately, something terribly happened for the 2nd time and I'm really disappointed in this place. On the day before, my friend told me that she changed her therapist to Gloria and added a body scrub for herself. My friend called me at 1:10 pm when she went for her scrub and told me that there was an issue: My appointment at 2 pm with Sylvia was given to someone else and I got Oralia. I was very upset hearing this. I just didn't understand why someone took my therapist and gave it someone else when I specifically asked for Sylvia and Sylvia scheduled me herself. My friend told me if we want to do the massage together and if I still want Sylvia, Sylvia and Gloria will have to be available at the same time. I spoke with Sylvia on the phone, but it looks like she didn't know what happened either. They now tried to fix this problem and offered us an appointment at 5 pm. I decided to not even bother going in for the free massage anymore because they wasted all my time on this. I will not come for a later time just because a mistake happened for a second time. I don't care if I am wasting the gift certificate. I look at the quality of something, not the price it. I very disappointed at this spa. This place's scheduling system is very disorganized. I'm upset because they not only messed up once but twice. I already gave them a chance to fix their mistake and this problem still happens. It looks like they can't deliver something that they promised. For this reason, I cannot give more than 2 stars. I am a truck driver by trade and was searching for a good place of business to get a massage in the San Jose area. The services wouldn't be for me but for my wife who is a travel nurse in the San Jose area. I wanted to do something special for my wife and surprise her with this. So I had spoken with Lupita, who took all of my information down with payment method as well. She ensured that my card wasn't going to get charged until my wife had the services rendered to her. So moving on to today, 11/14/21, I had a chauffeur pick up my wife and transport her to All Natural Day Spa where her appointment was for 1030. Upon completion, she said that her massage was awesome by Alicia, but the lady CJ asked how was she going to pay. My wife advised that everything should've have been paid for. CJ advised that no notes were on file. Unfortunately my wife had to pay using her own money for the services. Upon exiting, CJ stated to my wife, "Have a happy birthday" but my wife never indicated that it was her birthday. So now while on the way home I received the called about what just took place. Naturally I was beyond livid. I immediately called and spoke with CJ, who advised me that she didn't see any information regarding any payment but I stated that she wished her a happy birthday. It was awkwardly quiet for a second. Lupita was busy with a client upon my request to speak with her. I don't know what kind of shady business they have going on over at All Natural Day Spa but this will be my last. I was so embarrassed for my wife being asked to pay when the payment method for the services were already on file. This was not how I wanted my wife to begin her birthday week. read more
