I just had my carpet cleaned by this company. When I scheduled, I spoke to Alicia and told her I have a bad back and needed help to move things like my coffee tables, etc. She assured me they would move them to clean and put them back afterward. I had to ask them to move the things in the living room and after they left, I noticed they didn't move anything in my bedroom at all. They didn't put anything back in my living room when they finished, either. They were in and out very quickly. The carpets look all right but the service was lousy. Plus, they are more expensive than most Chem- Drys. I called to let them know how disappointed I was, they offered to send the men back but I declined. They should have done it right the first time. I wouldn't recommend them if you need any help moving things. read more

A coworker recommended this place and the reviews are good so I gave them a try. I have a 5 x 5 area rug that I needed cleaned. They charged me $50. I let them know ahead of time it had been in storage for about a year and was a couple years old and it needed some freshening and deep cleaning. It's a thicker rug, more the "shag" style. After a week I called to see if it was ready and they said it was, but when I went in it wasn't ready so I had to wait a couple more days. When I got it home and unrolled it. It was still dirty. I called and spoke with the owner who said it was really dirty to begin with and to bring it back in no problem. We do have pets, but don't wear our shoes inside so maybe just because it's a thicker carpet they couldn't get deep down. I opted to purchase another rug instead of dealing with bringing it back. They were super nice about everything. I just wish they would have told me they weren't able to clean it adequately. And the fact that they told me it was ready when it wasn't was a pain. Overall, the whole process was a bit of a hassle and they seem more set up for house calls. read more

They returned our call promptly, showed up on time, were extremely careful when cleaning our stone and marble floors and did an incredable job doing so. We found them to be helpful in making some of our decisions re cleaning aps and how we should approach the stone floors which were in need of a deep cleaning. This is not the first time I have dealt with All Points in Brea. In the past they have done a fine job on my carpets and now I used them for grout cleaning on 600 sq. feet in a rental that had never had it done before. The results were incredible. The grout was black and returned to its original sand color after their process was completed.
