I had them do 10-month inspection for my new home. I wanted them to check for anything I could check before 1 year warranty ends. The person seemed to review all aspects that they said they would. I had a few questions, but they could not provide much more insight than I already had. It was good to know that they could not find any significant issue. They noted a few things which I would not have considered as an issue. The builder did fix them still. I had several problems with them. The inspector showed up on different time and it was hard to accommodate that. They did not accept their own discount flyer! That was really odd. The inspector said that the quote already included it, but it was nowhere visible. He refused to accept it. They didn't send out the report. I followed up and they said that they had sent it and it's my problem but sent again. It clearly shows that it was the first time they sent it. The report website tried to upsell some other products before I could access the report. If I refused the upsell, then the report site gave error and didn't provide the report. I asked over email and got the file eventually. There were several cases of just upselling practices. This did not come across as honest business to me. read more

Second review because they reported my first review and got it removed. My experience was so bad here I will happily post an updated review. Our "inspector" was hired to do a roof inspection. He only went to the bottom half of the roof. Due to him finding issues at the bottom half, he literally ignored the rest of the roof and DID NOT INSPECT THE TOP HALF. He was paid 350 dollars and he did half of the job. And it is not like the second half of the roof is 100 feet high or unsafe, NOT EVEN CLOSE. Should be noted we had another inspector come since this one didn't do his job and he easily went to both the bottom and top half of the roof. And paid him not even half the price. Tried speaking with front desk about it and he was incredibly rude. Was literally refusing to let us talk to the inspector which we didn't understand at the time. We were wondering what the big deal was but It makes sense now because the inspector knew he did a terrible, lazy job. The owner called and he was so rude it was insane. Got tired of talking to us so began answering every question/concern with "okay". Just kept saying "ok" for minutes. Like seriously how childish is that? Point is, there's plenty of other inspection services out there. Do yourself a favor and don't get ripped off like I was. read more

Does not return phone calls regarding his inspection on my home. but I had questions and could only speak with the receptionist. Never got a call back from Roger the inspector. He did however call out some interesting neglect on my home which was cool. Easy fixes. If I had a checklist I could have called out those items as well. As a contractor myself I am usually looking for a more in depth inspection. Meaning hey, I can tell if my window locks aren't working or if the floor is out of level. I need to know if the home has good bones. " would you sell it to your mother"? See this is what folks need to know. Part 1: I wish I could leave this business 0 stars for their unreliability, rude customer service and shady business they are running. BE AWARE of this business! If you are looking into getting ANY sort of inspection please DO NOT contact this company! My husband and I will be forwarding our concerns over this company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well as the Contractors State License Board so they are aware and have on record this company is not operating for the safety of their customers. We will also be having to get a 2nd inspection done due to the lack of quality of their roof inspection. My husband and I are not ones to usually post about bad experiences because we understand that most times business owners are not directly to blame for the bad service provided to customers by staff but in this case the lack of care and unprofessionalism we received came directly from the "owner" Roger. Part 2: To start, we had scheduled a roof inspection for a Wednesday, we were advised this company would not do a roof inspection unless a complete home inspection was done. We already had a home inspection from a different company but this is one of the few companies we could find that would inspect a metal roof so we decided to pay the extra money would be worth it. The home we are purchasing has a metal roof which is not very common and my husband and I were concerned as we had noticed a large tarp with bricks over the roof and were advised there was a leak but was going to be taken care of (perfectly fine we understand those things happen) so we decided to get an inspection done to make sure there were no other hazardous issues to the roof we would have to take care of when we moved in as there has been an extreme amount of rain this year. Our realtor spoke with the front desk and on multiple occasions asked that we receive a phone call from the inspector when he was on his way because my husband and I wanted to express our concerns about the damage and wanted to make sure the inspector could pay closer attention to that issue during the inspection. Not only did we never receive a call from the inspector while he was on his way, but the inspector also never called us to say he had arrived and completed the inspection so my husband still drove over 30 minutes to the house to wait for him before the time frame given (4 o' clock). My husband and realtor arrived and tried to call multiple times and left messages that they were there waiting for him. They finally heard back that the inspector actually went out at 1 o'clock and didn't have the common courtesy to give us a heads up knowing my realtor lives just a 3 minute drive from the house and made it CLEAR she was making herself available at any time for this inspection (and yes we understand 4 was just an approximate time the inspector would be available and could have been sooner but that is why we requested a phone call with a heads up prior to his arrival). I used this company because my realtor recommended them and apparently uses them every time. She used them for the purchase of our first home and now our second. I payed the sewer inspection because you do not want any surprises when buying a home especially with sewer. first day we moved into home we noticed issues with draining in tub. Called a plumber and now we are looking at 8k worth of work because the pipes under tub may be broken. I emailed all points inspects and basically they stated not their problem. We couldn't find the sewage inlet to the house so they let me know to have a plumber come out. The plumber comes out, turns out there isn't an external inlet for this house! Feeling very comfortable with today's inspection with Jacob. He covered every detail including discovering mold-like substance that was painted over. We are purchasing a townhouse in Davis and All Points has done the whole home inspection and thermal imaging inspection on the property. It required two separate individuals and appointments, but both showed up on time and provided the reporting as promised. I was a little disappointed that the whole home inspection did not include a roof inspection. But I was informed (after the fact) that it wasn't possible because of the height and accessibility of the roof. Roger did our thermal imaging inspection and he was great. He provided as much information as he could. He explained what we were seeing and what it did and didn't mean. He was on time and available for us to discuss the findings. read more
