Extremely Disappointed with All Pro A.C. - Eternally Grateful for ACE Home Services. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience I had with All Pro A.C. was so unprofessional and disturbing that I feel compelled to share it. I would give zero stars if I could. At around 3 AM, I left an urgent voicemail for All Pro A.c. due to a failed air conditioning unit at a rental property - a property where tenants include a child under 6 months old. I clearly stated the situation was urgent, mentioned I was working with a home warranty company (with approval to find my own technician under specific guidelines), and emphasized the need for immediate service. Later, I received a text response from All Pro A.C. After sharing the warranty details asking if they could proceed, I received this reply: "You called the wrong company for home services. I refuse to do there (their) work. Sorry" This response came after they had already confirmed availability and were made fully aware of the urgency and circumstances - including the presence of an infant in a home with no air conditioning in the Arizona heat. Whether their refusal was due to prior frustrations with home warranty companies or simply an unwillingness to make a necessary phone call, the lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic human decency was appalling. To knowingly walk away from a family with a small child in that condition after offering help is beyond unacceptable - it's cruel. Thankfully there are still companies out there that care. ACE Home Services came through with it mattered most. Despite being over an hour away, they prioritized the call and acted immediately - even in the early morning hours. With a 4.7-star average and over 6,000 reviews on google, they've more than earned their reputation. I cannot thank them enough for stepping in when All Pro A.C. turned their back. As a service member with nearly 14 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, it's disheartening to be reminded that there are still businesses that lack the basic integrity to help in an emergency. All Pro A.C. - I sincerely hop you take this experience as a wake-up call to do better in the future. All Pro AC and Dave are absolutely incredible. I was out of town when I noticed my AC was not running. I called Dave and luckily he was in the area and at my house within an hour. Unfortunately my AC died. Dave had everything scheduled to replace the unit the next day. Dave was at my house when he said he would be, and replaced the unit in about 2 hours. Honesty and integrity in his customer service. Dave doesn't do routine tune ups as those are really unnecessary if you maintain your AC system with cleaning and filter changes. He provides responsive service when asked about inspections and offers to come out if we have an issue rather than to charge us to inspect when there's no issues. Also I understand that he's competitive in his pricing should you need repairs and replacements (installation of new system). I highly recommend All Pro A.C. We needed to replace our air conditioner because our current unit had failed. We were referred to Dave through a family member. My wife contacted him and he was able to come to our house the same day. He quickly assessed our house for the right size unit and determined we needed two air return ducts to resolve hot/cold spots in two of our bedrooms. We scheduled the install for the next week. The day of the install went very smoothly. They arranged with us to start work at 6am and were very punctual. All of the crew were professional and pleasant. Dave discovered that one of the components of our new unit was dented - he was able to source a replacement the same day. The work was done in the early afternoon, around 2pm if I recall correctly. I did not take a day off of work that day and they were great about working around my morning meeting. Our house is now nice and frosty! The new unit does a great job of maintaining cool temperature and proper humidity throughout the house. The air returns were the right call. I use one of our bedrooms as my office and it was a problem hot-spot before. With the new unit and return, it's much better. read more

I think I interviewed at least four HVAC companies at the exact wrong time, the peak of summer 2021. Supplies have been crazy low, salespeople were being snatched up by competitors as I was gathering quotes, all the while, Dave was helping my mom out with various HVAC catastrophes she was having. He did such a thorough job for her, offered a high quality brand at a reasonable price, and could help with troubleshooting and fixing other HVAC companies' mistakes. Dave was, by far, the best contractor I have ever dealt with in any capacity. I cannot say enough about how attentive he was, how pleasant his crew was, or how willing he was to make sure we received the best service possible. He had to leave at one point to go get a part and asked if he could get anything for me while he was out. Seriously? On top of that, he provided a whole box of new LED can lights for me to replace my older, inefficient can lights. I was referred by one of my coworkers. Dave, the owner of All Pro AC, came to my house within a day to provide me with a quote on installing a ductless mini-split one ton (12,000 BTU) unit. I shopped around quite a bit before having Dave come to my house and had several other providers give me quotes before Dave arrived. Not only did Dave give me the best deal (lowest price and best unit) but it required NO HAGGLING! Dave is an honest man and gave me a very competitive price without even knowing I already got other quotes. On the day of installation, Dave and his employee arrived EXACTLY on time. Even though the price quoted was already much better than competitors, Dave arrived with an even better unit than what the priced and did not charge me anything for it (he brought a 20 SEER unit instead of a 16 SEER he quoted me).
