I had bees for a while now above the front porch going behind the stucco. We had it sprayed by a different pest control guy (NOT All Pro Bee Removal) a month ago and it was unsuccessful. It turns out there was a missing piece of wood that the builders had not put in place and this became their entry point. Oscar came out to remove bees from our chimney. When leaving he said that there is a 1-year warranty. The bees never went away. I suspect that he only got part of the hive and most likely not the queen. Oscar said that they would probably hang around for a week or so. It has been almost a month, and the bees are as bad as they were before. I have texted Oscar 5 times and now he won't respond, even after he promised to come back. We service a large Medical healthcare provider in San Diego California. We encountered a problem with some bees inside of a concrete block wall that we had to remove too retrofit the lighting wall packs on the building. We searched for a b company and came across all pro B removal in Chula Vista. Contacted Javier and they sent someone out right away to take care of the bee problem. Caesar was the technician that came out and he removed the bees by cutting open the wall and he assured that the bees were gone and would not return. He used Kilts primer to kill the pheromones that attract bees back to the hive. He also told us that there will be some straggler bees that will leave within a week. 3 weeks went by and we still saw bee activity in the same area. We contacted Javier and they sent Cesar back out again. He told us that there was a small hole on the top part of one of the light wall packs and that he sealed it so they will not return. Again another week or so before the bees leave. We are now four months in and we have an active hive again in the same area. We inspected the light fixture and saw that there is a hole right above the light fixture that they insured us that was sealed. We have been calling for over 6 weeks now and we get a voicemail that is full we've also sent Texas to Javier from multiple numbers to see if they would respond and still nothing. We were charged close to $2,000 for the removal and now because they're not responsive we will have to go out and pay again for another company to come out and do it correctly. I called All Pro Bee Removal on a Saturday morning around 10:30 am after discovering a growing be hive in my back yard. Javier answered the phone and made arrangements to come to my house between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm. We recently had a bee issue at our home in Chula Vista and I have to say that I'm glad we called All Pro Bee Removal. Not having any real experience with these types of home issues, I called several bee removal companies and All Pro was the most knowledgeable, personable and willing to help. One bee company told me they were honey bees and that it would be an invasive process to remove them. This was not the case. In speaking with Javier, he explained the whole process to me and took extra care to make sure we were comfortable with the process, showed us what they were doing and showed a tremendous amount of respect for our home and the safety of my family - including my dogs and neighbors who were out walking in our neighborhood. It turns out that they were Africanized bees that were more aggressive. Javier and his crew treated the area and provided us several options explaining each option in detail. He wasn't pushy and gave us the information we needed to make the best decision for our budget, immediate needs and future needs; which I am truly grateful for. These people are frauds!! They are so hard to get a hold off, they no showed me 3 times after calling them to check the house again because the bees were still in the home. They provide you with an estimate and then after the work is done they ask for additional $500 cash(they are very adamant about cash only) to fix the issue. Cash only so it doesn't show up in the invoice. They claim to provide a year warranty and after the bees are "removed" they stop responding. I've been trying to get a hold of them for a while because the bees never completely left. I'm about to close in the sale of my home and now I can't move forward in the process because in the inspection of the home they found bees. Definitely recommend. I expressed concern with the structure of the house (bees were inside a column). Javier was completely understanding and they did what they could to preserve the outside structure by removing the hive from inside the house. This is not the easier way, which is why most other places wouldn't do it. Doing it this way also meant there was a chance there was another entrance into the column that couldn't be seen. I really wanted to like this company and be able to write a 5 star review, HOWEVER, it is certainly not the case. A little more than two weeks ago I started to notice bees in my house. Turns out, the bees were all around my chimney. Last week I called All Pro Bee Removal to come assess and provide me with an estimate. They said someone would contact me and let me know when they would be able to stop by that afternoon. Oscar gave me a call telling me he would be there at 5:30 PM. He finally showed up at 7:00 PM. Really late, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I know that it is the busy season for the bee companies and that he may have hit traffic, although giving me a call letting me know he was going to be late would've been nice. He tells me that the job is usually anywhere between $800-1100 to remove the bees from the chimney, but that he would do it for $500. This happened on Thursday and he said they would be able to come out Saturday morning. I told him we would be going on vacation Friday night, but that my sister would be there. Saturday came and went and they never showed up. We were travelling all day Friday and most of Sunday, so I contacted them via text asking if maybe I had somehow missed a call since we were out of the country, even though all my messages came through fine, some late, but nonetheless I was able to receive all my messages. There weren't any messages from All Pro Bee. Oscar told me he called to reschedule for Wednesday morning at 9:00AM. I said that was fine and asked if he left a message, to which I did not get a reply. I received a message asking for my e-mail so they could send me the invoice and I could pay online. I never got the e-mail and asked twice for them to resend it.Tuesday night I texted Oscar again to confirm that he would be there in the morning to which he confirmed. On Wednesday I contacted them again via text to get a status update on the bees and about the invoice they were to send me. I never got a reply and Wednesday came went and still they did not show up, e-mail, text or call me to reschedule or notify me that they could not do the job. I find it extremely unprofessional to just not contact a client who has repeatedly reached out. If they could not do the job or felt that they quoted me too low they should have contacted me about it instead of saying they were going to come and just not show up. Now I have even more bees in and around my chimney because I waited an extra week for these guys who scheduled a service twice and did not show up. This is terrible customer service and I will let my neighbors and any friends who have a bee problem to not contact this company. Javier came out with his associate to give me a free estimate on a bee problem I called him about. Basically, the day before, I noticed a dozen or so bees swarming around the back of my jacuzzi, making me think there was a hive established or forming. When Javier arrived, there were only a few bees to be seen and after a brief inspection he assessed there was no reason to spray. Instead, he gave some reasonable recommendations like sealing some cracks the bees might be entering and scouting. He also answered several of my questions about bees. I followed his advice and filled the cracks with expandable foam spray and it seems to have done the trick. No bees in 2 days. They seem to have moved on. I HIGHLY recommend Javier for any bee issues you might have. We had some bees decide to investigate the bathroom exhaust fan in our daughters bathroom. We called Javier and he came out in less than half an hour on a Tuesday at 530 pm. He climbed up on our roof inspected the exhaust and put mesh on it to prevent more bees from getting in. Luckily there was no hive, but Javier didn't stop there. He wanted to ensure we were safe so he went inside the bathroom and opened up the fan and cleaned out any left over bees. I normally don't go out of the way to review but my experience wasn't great at all. Yesterday on Memorial Day I had a swarm of bees in and outside of my house. I felt relieved that Javier said Oscar was available and waited for his call.
