Took my car in to get some tips adjusted. Originally was offered a price and we agreed on $200. CASH. Like they requested. So I did them the favor and they did me the favor. They originally tried sending me on the way with the tips extremely low and the tips extended way too far out. Throughout the installation, I mentioned to the mechanic exactly how I wanted them, he told me to let him do what he is doing. He will take care of it and if I don't like it they will completely remove it. Keep in mind I was there for 2-3 hours. When they sent me away, I brought it to their attention that the tips were way too low, and they explained that it was because they were trying to protect my diffuser. I explained to them that I 100% do not care about my diffuser or concerns, but I am happy that they disclosed it. I mentioned that prior to him finishing up. I had mentioned how I wanted it and as a paying customer, that's how it should've been done. Fast forward, they adjusted the tips and raised them so it looks a lot better, but they left the Tips out about 1 to 2 inches too long. I called and tried to reason with the "sales guy" Sal. Unfortunately, they now want to ask me for another $150. Absolutely disgusted with the way that they have handled the situation. If the Mechanic would've listened the first time, even after explaining that I do not care about my diffuser or concerns, then I wouldn't be in this position. I'm now out $200 in my car looks like a young boys car. I feel robbed of my time and my money. Do not spend your money here. The customer service was garbage and when they can they will get you to pay more. If I could get my money back and uninstall everything, I 100% would and would rather pay more money somewhere else. read more

Giving a 5 star review for the mechanic that did my exhaust. Had a nasty exhaust leak and brought in my own parts to replace my exhaust. During shipping of my item the end of the exhaust was nicked and dinged a bit. I asked if he could cut the small portion off instead of working the ding out. He did exactly what I asked and even tapered and deburred it to make it look nice. I couldn't be more satisfied with the mechanic service here. Maybe I'll take my project car here next year for paint and body... I'll have to do my research on that bit before I make a big decision on paint though...But the Mechanic is A1 in my book. read more

I've been to this shop twice now and both times it was a great experience. First time I was there I purchased my rims and tires and in no time had them installed and everything looked great! This most recent time I had ordered a spoiler from amazon and didn't want to risk having a friend drill into my car so I took it to All Pro custom and within maybe an hour and a half they had it installed perfectly! The guy installing the spoiler was having an issue with the break light that came included but he didn't give up and eventually got it to work properly. I wanted to find a good shop that did good work, about 2 weeks ago I got a muffler replaced from them everything was good then, check engine light. I said okay it's probably not their fault but I'll pay whatever for them to fix it. Came 20240210 got a quote of $470 to replace my valve gaskets. They were old and leaking oil. So I come in 20240212 to pick up everything sounds and looked okay. Drove 20 minutes away to find a weird bubbling sound coming from the engine, I could hear it from inside the truck. When I look at the engine bay I could see missing vacuum lines and lines that were clearly cut and not replaced. I drive an 04 tundra v6 the intake is above the valve heads. So it had to have been taken off to replace the gaskets. Brought the truck back to them to tell them. They clearly wanted me gone after giving them over $700 in fixes for both jobs. Kept telling me it's just old, the lines were not cracked and felt fine or it wasn't apart of the job. I'm not much of an arguer, but I would not recommend them for anything anymore. If you're looking for actual customer service or to get anything automotive related for your vehicle and installed correctly by a professional DO NOT GO HERE. You won't find any of that.. I purchased a set of wheels and tires for $1000+ a few months back only to find out that the mechanic STRIPPED one of my wheel studs when he torqued the wheels down! The only reason I found out is because I do routine maintenance checks on my vehicles , had I not done this check, serious damage was inevitable. I presented the damaged lug nut and a replacement wheel stud that I bought to, what seemed like, the owner and he REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM and told me I was flat out wrong. I explained to him that since his shop was the last shop to touch my wheels since they were installed they should at least take care of the simple repair, I even bought the replacement stud!! I asked him, "if someone broke or damaged something on your vehicle wouldn't you expect them to repair it?" .. he had nothing to say. All they seem to care about is making a sale. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and flat out a careless auto shop with poor business ethics. Spend your money with a shop that will actually do a quality job. read more

You claim to be "professional" but your work showed otherwise. Not once did you guys ask me to remove the car seat. Otherwise I would have. And just to clear up, I was never once rude to you guys. Yes I complained but that was because my windows looked like trash! And after several tries, I finally just gave up and had you guys remove it! So before you come at me talking to me like that, consider the fact that it should have been done properly the first time. You even admitted that the first time he didn't apply it correctly and therefore I DO expect it to get redone for free. Second time, there was a huge strip that you claim was defective, so how the hell is that my problem? You literally just made the business look so unprofessional. So this is my second time going to pro customs. And both times for the same thing , rims and tires. And both times not a planned visit. I have 22 inch rims and tires on my car. And if you have ever had large rims and low profile tires then you also know that you will eventually have a problem . They look really cool but can be a real pain in the butt. And always seems to come at wrong time . So after the rain we had of course the streets are full of pot holes. And it's seems like my car finds them all. After going to LA I came out the next morning to find my car on a flat tire. Further investigation revealed that the rim was cracked. So instead of taking it to a local shop where the price and turnaround time can very greatly... I used my AAA plus and had it towed back home. So pro custom got the car on Tuesday morning and sent the rim out for repair . He informed me that it may be back before Thursday (New Years eve) but no guarantee. And the price was $150. Not bad. But definitely was hoping to have my car back before nye. I received call very next day that rim was ready. I went ahead and purchased a new tire and installed and out the door for about $360 total! Again if you know big rims and tires, tire price very widely. I got the tire for $189. And service was quick and easy . Less than a hour total time there . Definitely my go to rim and tire place from now on, as I'm sure won't be my last pot hole experience . read more

By far the worse guarantee on service. After getting tint done at their other location on Camp Pendleton I called their main location due to bubbles and scratches being in my tint. The first time I spoke with some one they told me they would be able to take care of it. The second time I spoke with someone they told me that they can not fix another locations work and I have to go there. When I went to the Camp Pendleton location I was told that the huddle and scratches are part of getting after market tint and there is nothing that can be done about it. I know this is not true due to having a previous vehicle and getting the tint done that company took the tint off and fixed it till it was correct. By far the worse guarantee of services. read more

I did some work to a 2008 F 150 here for a very good price and the work they did was great. I had them put a leveling kit, toyo open country A/T tires, flow masters, super chip, k&n intake and two 10 kicker subs with the box and a 600watt amp. The audio shop is owned by someone else but they got it all done at the same time. I will definitely be bringing my truck my for a little more things that I want. I only deal with Shaun because the customer service from his employees is not so great. I definitely recommend this to everyone in the military and civilians as well. After my boyfriend mentioned he didnt like anything he seen I had to ask the guy for magazine for ordering and you would think he would help pick out rims that might be what were looking for but he just stood there . I was told to come to this place by a friend of mine who had auto body work done before. I have a 2014 Toyota Camry that had rear panel damage with a broken taillight. I was told to contact Shawn as he was the best Repair Man in town. Or so I was told. Anyway he definitely did not hassle me over negotiations because in the end I was very happy with his price. Pro Custom - Name on building I entered Terrible customer service and unprofessional. Rude employee or owner at counter. Bait and switch tactic on an advertised $499 paint jobs. Tell me what car do you paint for $499 Pro Customs? My dad was quoted $1,200 for a standard paint job requiring no body work, prep, or masking. Although I knew about the above I thought I would see what my project would cost. I inquired about having a clear coat applied to my truck over the patina (old rusty truck). He looked at me like I was crazy and said he could only clear coat the truck if they painted it themselves first. I tried to explain that I have clear coated patina before and all they needed to do was spray the car with a matte clear coat. He rudely dismissed my request and said they could not do it. The guy I spoke with did not appear to have much knowledge regarding painting cars and had no customer service skills. Also when I was waiting to be helped the person at the counter was arguing on the phone with a unhappy client right in front of me (Unprofessional to say the least). Will never go back and do not recommend this place to anyone for painting. I cant comment on their other services, but FYI there customer service is lacking. I had multiple cars here. I had 3k + audio systems installed & exhaust on American & German cars. They had all sounded amazing. Audio heads love my system & People in general love how my exhaust notes sound. I would recommend this place to people & I have. I had 4 friends come here & they love it. I feel that this company engages in false advertising. I wanted to get a cheap paint job for my 2000 Miata. In their web ads they say, "Paint Jobs $399 and up!". I went to the shop and a big sign on their building said, "Complete Paint Jobs $499 up". When I asked for a quote, his first response was $1,100, and then down to $750 after some haggling. I asked him about the advertised price, and he said that the lower price is for paint only, not the prep. I think most people believe a "Complete Paint Job" means paint and prep. Stupid but busted my side rear view mirror backing out of my friends apartment complex underneath a car shelter backed into the pole and broke clean off. My friends go to pro customs to get their cars rims etc tbh when you go in there it kinda looks sketchy but had went to a different shop first they wanted 350 for an aftermarket mirror... Hell no, went to pro customs he said it would be 145 took a day to come in and 20 minutes to replace it! Looks like nothing even happened. Very impressed with the work I had done. The technician removed two sets of HID kits that another shop had installed sloppy without a relay. They removed the HID's and replaced with new fogs lights and whole new headlight housing units, adding a custom look. I would recommend this place for anyone trying to upgrade their vehicle because they do good work. I did not buy wheels from them as I already have them but I did see the selection and they carry quality products and have a knowledgeable staff. Friendly staff and very helpful. They didn't have the wheels I wanted in stock so they ordered them, and they were there next day. Dropped my car off without an appt on Friday about 1:30 with lowering springs and the wheels to be put on. I told them I would be back around 6:30 to pick it up and cruised by around 5 the same day, my car was already done and parked on the street. They gave me my stock wheels & tires and my stock springs back and the work that was done was great. My car looks amazing. Also, they stay true to their word, we told them we were getting the work done somewhere else and just wanted to purchase the wheels and tires but they offered a better price for labor and we decided to get our car done here and they honestly did such a great job. We also got tint done there too a few days before and it came out looking good, so I would recommend this place to at least give it a chance because that's what we did and and we were not disappointed! read more
