I'm reposting my original review - because when it's 102° in your bedroom and you're looking for someone to repair your A/C, you're gonna want to call the right guy!) SUPER IMPRESSED with All Pro Heating and Air! Our air conditioning went out in the middle of a heat wave in August! I put the word out on Facebook and got about a dozen different recommendations to "Call Keith at All Pro!" - I'm so glad I did! Keith called me back right away, and he was quick to come to the house and evaluate the problem. Then he talked us through a variety of options and helped us find the most appropriate and affordable solution. The new A/C unit is less than half the size of the old one, and SO MUCH QUIETER!!! Our small suburban backyard was overwhelmed by the old unit which took up a good chunk of space and was so loud that it would disrupt the conversation during BBQ's and outdoor gatherings. We honestly can't believe the difference! The new unit is WAY smaller, WAY quieter, and WAY more efficient. Keith was friendly, prepared, and professional. I recently purchased a home in Folsom and the HVAC system was 22 years old and needed to be replaced. Keith came out and provided a quote and explained the what and why behind the numbers. Once I accepted the quote, Keith set up an install date for the following week. Keith and three helpers arrived at 7:00 am and completed the install in one day. This involved removing all old equipment and installing a new 3.5 ton high efficiency two stage heater/air conditioning system. New ducting for the rear of the house to improve the flow of air and all testing. Keith gave me several progress updates during the installation and took me into the attic to show me the finished result. At the end of the day I wandered into the garage and found the crew sweeping my garage! "All part of the service," they said. They also carted away some plant trimmings that were waiting for space in my trash container. Keith personally taught me how to connect to and manage the new wi-fi thermostat; explained the lifetime warranties on the compressor and heat exchanger; and the 10 year warranty on the installation and parts. The beginning of the worst heat wave in 5 years and my AC stops working 8PM of a Friday while the temperature is 85 F and climbing inside the house. Admittedly, I first called Bell Brothers thinking they would have the resources to service my AC unit during the heat wave, but they did not have an opening for almost 2 weeks. I then called Keith at All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning. By 9PM Keith diagnose the problem using pictures he directed me to take and text to him via smart phone. He did not have the correct part in his truck at that moment, but delivered the part the next morning and my AC unit was fully functional by noon that day. He offered me a couple of tips to extend the life of my AC unit and did not try to sell me anything that I did not really need. The customer service that I received from All Pro was excellent and delivered with a sincere sense of urgency, honesty, integrity, and at a very reasonable price. All Pro was the HVAC sub on our recently completed home, which was when we had the opportunity to first meet Keith. As the result of a serious water issue in the crawl space subsequent to the completion of the home, all of the duct work had to be removed as part of the remediation process. Once that process was finished, it was time to re-install the entire duct system, bit this time with an entire house sitting on the first floor framing, not open as during the initial installation. We were pleased that Keith and his team were able to take up the challenge, as we have been without central heating for some time, and we knew that they would do a great job. What impressed us most was that Keith led the work himself, and brought sufficient help that the entire job was finished in two (very long) days! Our heater went out in December 2012. It was the week of Christmas, we had a newborn baby in the house, and it was freezing outside! Keith came out, took the time to meet with us and discuss the best course of action, and came up with a reasonably priced plan to replace out unit. A very hard worker, he was here during the holidays, sometimes coming early in the morning before heading out on service calls. He was friendly, professional and has stood by his work. Last summer our air conditioning was acting up and Keith came out the same day to do a service call and didn't charge us even though the problem was our fault (we hadn't changed our filter). We have been very satisfied with the service provided and felt very comfortable having Keith in and out of our house over several days. I am a real first time customer of All Pro. Keith is the kind of honest, straightforward business owner with which I choose to do business. I have an extremely restrictive schedule - he worked with me. I had a budget - he worked with with me. Keith delivered more quality and system satisfaction than i actually had hoped for. It's easy to see why All Pro has a 5-star rating. Our A/C went out late at the end of a 104 degree day, with a forecast of even higher temperatures to come. We called All Pro at 7:30 PM on a Friday evening hoping to get someone to come out Saturday to check it out. Keith took the call and said he could come that same night around 9:00. He was on other calls and arrived at almost 10:00, took one look and knew what was wrong, fixed it and was gone within 15 minutes at a cost that was more than reasonable. This was way above and beyond. We were extremely impressed with his willingness to work that late, his obvious knowledge of what he was doing and the quick fix and reasonable cost. I was told by another company that my entire hearing/AC unit needed replacing. I knew about Keith through a mutual friend. He came out and indicated he could do some slight work that could keep it going since the unit was near its end of life but he said it didn't have to be replaced now. I appreciated his honesty. I decided to replace the entire unit while I have the money. The whole process took less than a week and he installed the new unit in one day. He did an excellent job. It was incredibly uneventful and stress free. I am very happy with the end product. This could not have gone any better. I highly recommend Keith and his team at All Pro. Heater stopped working so we called the company that we had used for years. Little did I know but now it seems that they only care about selling you a new unit. With an estimate of well over 6000.00 I decided to get a different opinion. Keith showed up on time and let's just say said there was no reason for a new unit and that mine could be fixed for around 600.00. What a relief, Keith was honest and upfront something you don't get much of these days. When he showed up with the part to fix the heater he was again on time, friendly and professional. Very happy with Keith's work. He came quickly when the furnace failed in ultra-cold weather. He fixed one immediate problem, which got the heat on again. He remained in communication over a more hidden problem which ultimately came to the surface over a 2 week period. We diagnosed the problem which spelled "end of life " for the furnace. He arranged a suitably-sized package, collected and installed it while we were away. He then returned to couple up the a/c. We have a fully working (quieter) system which is guaranteed for ten years.
