This review is log overdue! We owe Steve, Alfredo, and the entire crew a gratitude of thanks. We had an emergency service to fix a water main line break. Veterans was the only plumbing service to respond same day to our request. Alfredo came out same day and found a source of the water leak near the street meter. Our line had been repaired before and was 40 plus years old. We discussed replacing the entire line, however, Alfredo thought he could source a part and have the line patched the next day so we could attend our daughter's graduation in Arizona. Alfredo showed up early the net day and tried sourcing a part from several vendors. Unfortunately, he found that the part had to be shipped and would not be available for 5 business days. So e decided to replace the line. her said he thought the owner could get a crew out that day to put a new line in. Steve came out early afternoon with a large crew consisting of trenchers and plumbers. Several of the crew members were called to come on their day off and without much notice. Steve understood that we needed the main fixed that day to make the graduation ceremony. he pulled out ll stops! Thank you!!!! The line was installed professionally. A job that would have taken a smaller crew an entire day was completed in a few hours. Veterans even contacted the City and had a meter leak fixed by our city as part of the service. The trench was restored and compacted and the sod replaced. All work was professionally completed. The cost of the service was in line with the quotes we received from other services. The timing was incredible. Steve went above and beyond what could be expected for great customer service. I was surprised that the emergency service cost a little less than the other quotes we had received the day prior. Great customer service! Kudos to the entire crew! Professional work! Good value! I had a furnace that did not work. I called at least 4 companies including Veterans. I had William come out and discussed options of fixing a 30 year old furnace and a 25 year old AC unit. William knew that I used to do heating and air conditioning in Ohio before leaving to become a Marine. So we discussed the options. After getting additional quotes I came back to Veterans and got a great deal. Then came the installation. Installation Lead, Alfonso, came out the day before scheduled installation to assess the situation. He was very respectful and answered all my questions. Besmir and Berto and Alfonso were out the next day for the installation. They were all very clean and professional. I personally like to thank Cesar Lopez and Todd for their exceptional professionalism when it came to installing my new air-conditioning and heating system. A crew of five showed up to my house on Tuesday, June 30 9 AM and was finished six hours later at 3 PM. The crew was very polite and respectful I couldn't answer or anything more. Caesar walked me through the entire process of installing my AC and heating unit and was eager to answer any questions that I had. Technician Julia came over in the time expected. Listened attentively to my concerns and began the inspection of my AC system and furnace. She took her time running tests, consulted with more senior technicians for assistance when needed and completed the inspection and test. She kept me informed during all the steps she was taking.
