For ALL types of shades and sunscreens, I cannot recommend highly enough All Pro Shade Concepts. We've used what we thought were the best such as Awnings by Design and others but All Pro far surpassed them all in every way. Before we knew about All Pro, another company had quoted us 3 times more to only replace the Sunbrella fabric in our automated sunshade while other companies only wanted to replace the entire awning. Then we learned about All Pro and had Mike come and give us an estimate. Not only do they do that sort of thing and for a FRACTION of other quotes, but were on the mark for the completion date. Harry and Ray arrived at the appointed hour with the beautiful new Sunbrella and did an amazing install. Not only is it PERFECT again but those two guys were so professional AND personable. Edit after owner response: I was sitting at my desk directly in front of the window the installer damaged. He ABSOLUTELY did take his frustrations out on the house. The damage was NO WHERE near where he installed the screws. He slipped multiple times then banged on the shutters with the drill. I really wish I would have read the owners responses to reviews before I decided to use this company, because I would have never used them. He is rude and condescending. The bill was only $12 because the superintendent for my community was able to help me out, had I needed to actually pay for the repair it would have been significantly more and I've been trying to get reimbursed those $12 for 2 months now. I don't recommend using this company. The installer took out his frustration on my decorative shutters and damaged them. The company Has done absolutely nothing even though I've sent them photos and invoices. They also damaged my screen door and it doesn't open or close properly anymore. read more

It started off by finding their ad in a magazine that comes in the mail that promotes local business support. I called and got a sales rep to my house within 5 days, his name was Bill. He told me I'd need to have an answer of HOA approval in the first week of April in order to get the order placed, screens built and submit SRP paperwork in order to get a rebate check from SRP. Gave him the answer on April 8th, he collected the first half payment on April 12th and sent me a receipt to my email. Fast forward to a whole month later, no call, no text, I had to call them repeatedly to find out what the status was on my order and installation. My installation date was 5/13/2021, was told it be 11:00, called again on 5/12/2021 if the installation is still being done on the 13th before I take off work, Katherine told me yes but it been changed to 10AM instead. Now it's the 13th and almost 10:30. And no one here installing sun shades .. I also was told that the SRP paper work could be back dated " ".... all I can say is I don't see how they got a rating of 4.5 stars when customer care service should be the ultimate priority! Will update in a few hours... He says none of this is true LMFAO! Robert is way too emotional if he treated me like this before they even where installed then I could just imagine how he would have treated me after they had been installed. Customer care sucked before the job even got performed. Kinda sad that I called Katherine twice today and the second time I gave her my number to get the installer guys for a min call to let me know a status or time and got nothing but post a review and Robert calls in 3 mins and I could tell his adrenaline was spiking because his voice was jumping and he was getting distasteful over the phone. Too bad I can't post voice clips bc this is too funny! Your response has proved my point, you are committed to make the consumer look wrong even though the facts are the facts, I have the pictures, the phone records, the facts. As as business owner your first priority was to call me a liar. Katherine told me 10AM-11AM. Not 11AM-12PM as you stated. Your next step was to refund my money at 10:56AM, TODAY. Most likely you don't even have the blinds or know this install was happening. Once the shades were fabricated we got a call from the office to schedule an install date. The installer was on time and very professional. The install itself was seamless; all the shades fit perfectly. The transformation to the house is great; love the look from the outside and the thermal break and energy savings on the inside. I am a demanding consumer, so rarely hand out 5* reviews, but I am 100% pleased with All Pro Shade Concepts. First, their pricing was reasonable/competitive. One competitor proposed a zipper shade that was like 2X(!) what I landed on with APSC (cable track sunshade). Robert (owner) came out, reviewed my needs, and steered me towards a cable track shade that I eventually selected. Robert seemed genuinely concerned with getting me a solution that worked at lowest cost; his competitor seemed primarily concerned with fleecing me of as much of my $$ as possible. Secondly, the installation crew (Sean A. and Johan R.) were outstanding. Polite and professional, but also did an excellent job. I was concerned that electrical cable to the shade motor would need to be routed outside the wall and would be unsightly. Sean agreed and was able to pull power from a light switch inside the door, and run it up inside the wall. Look how clean the installation is! Very pleased with this! My only complaint is how long it took from date I accepted their proposal - 7 weeks seems like a really long time for something like this - but I guess business is (deservedly!) booming for these guys... I needed sun shades on my south- and west-facing windows and found All Pro through SRP's rebate center. Submitted a request for quote, they sent a guy out a few days later, wrote up an estimate and set the appointment. Actual installation was pushed back a bit due to my HOA deciding they had to repave the roads, but All Pro kept me in the loop on that and showed up on the rescheduled date to install my shades. Installation took about 20 minutes. The shades look great, and more importantly, the house is cooler. AC runs less frequently and shorter cycles. If you plan to use this place and get a SRP Rebate, think again. We had been referred to them via the SRP Screen Rebate Program. They delivered the shades and installed. The problem was getting them to fill out the SRP Rebate Paperwork. Its one sheet and it was not done, the installers have no idea, and the salesman has already collected the $$, he does not care! SRP contacted them 4 times over the course of 5 weeks to help clarify the paperwork error they made, and it went ignored. If no rebate and you're paying cash, I think you would be fine. read more

I talked to several companies before easily deciding to use All Pro Shade Concepts. I wanted an extremely large awing and sunscreen that was not only a large investment, but I wanted it installed correctly. After my initial order with All Pro, they sent out a team to inspect the home to make sure the awning and sunscreen could be installed properly. That team took photos for aid in the actual install, about 4 weeks later. The install team consisted of 5 men, which was impressive. The awing weighed over 200 lbs. The install team communicated well, were knowledgeable and quiet (no music) while they worked to install my electrical connections and then the motorized awning and sunscreen. If there were six stars I would give it to this great 5 star performance. We had an installation recently after the monsoon storms and high wind gusts destroyed a jumbo screen (25' x 10') that was left in down position. After the original installer was no where to be found, Robert and his great team (Curtis and Sean) saved the day. A new screen fabric was purchased and installed. On time and installed properly. After the replacement they noticed two other screens that were installed by others did not work properly and took a few minutes to adjust and correct them. He was at my house exactly on time. Mine was a small job and under the minimum, so he worked up a quote that showed me how to maximize the dollars I would be spending. Within a couple weeks, Gabriel was out to install the windows. Again, at the house right on time. He installed the screens very quickly and showed me how I could take them down in the winter if I wanted to. I emailed Bill to send over the rebate info; he sent it within 24 hours.
