Was referred by my brother who used all pro shade concepts as we were looking for a retractable patio sunscreen. I was contacted by Bill- who explained to me on the initial conversation that he was driving and he will call me back. He did call me back the first time and got all my information and that's as far as it went. I assumed that he would be sending the samples via email and Measure but that was the last time I heard from him until I contacted him again to see where we were on the project. When I called him the second time he explained me that he gets 1000 phone calls a day which I understand. Hi again assumed that the purchase/install was moving forward After the second phone call. Again no information no updates no details so I called him a third time and he Asked if I am ready to move on with this project. After the first phone call I would assume that yes that was the plan but three phone calls later and still no information. We set up a time to meet Saturday so that we could go over color samples and he chose the time to meet. Saturday I get a phone call saying that he cannot make it and if I am able to meet on Sunday as he will take time out of his day to meet me and my wife. He then asked if I could text or call him Sunday to remind him which I did both. I called twice in on the second call left a voice message saying that this has turned into more work for me than you. There are plenty of other companies out there who are a little more professional and able to do their job in a professional manner. I understand everyone gets busy but better communication would be a step in the positive It is 1254 and I just received a text asking if we can meet at 1:30 as an update. I am over this company and will tell him that I have decided to move on due to the above details. Robert I appreciate the communication but I am not going to get into the back-and-forth of what was said and what was not. This is just one of those situations that did not work. It happens. I had my 3rd AllPro Shade product installed yesterday. Mike and Dayton did a great job with the 19 ft power screen installation and cleanup! They left the stucco on the installation area in better condition that they found it. I should have ordered this screen 4 years ago when I had my first two AllPro Shade products (screen and awning) installed. The last screen and awning have been very resilient against the harsh sun here in AZ! Motor never gave out and the wind sensor always worked to ensure no wind damage. Nice product!! read more

5 Stars all the way...and then some!!! From the beginning of the process to the end, quote to installation, everything was exceptional! My husband and I went to the Maricopa county homeshow at the end of April to get info on sunshades. Found 3 companies that we could possibly work with. The beginning of June, I contacted all 3 companies. The very next day I got an email from Jason at All Pro Shade Concepts and set up an appointment right away. The other 2 company's did not return my call or email until over a week later! (One was 9 days later, the other 10 days) I ended up telling them both that if their customer service took so long to call me back, I can only imagine what their install time would be. We passed on them both. We met with Jason within a few days of our initial contact (June 8th), he was awesome. He wasn't pushy at all. He was laid back, relaxed, friendly and professional. He did our window measurements really quick...we did not feel the need to shop around at all. Our price was very reasonable and affordable for all 28 windows on our home. (We went with the 90% black screens) Don't know if they were higher or lower than the other 2 companies, but honestly, we didn't care to know, it didn't matter. Their customer service was worth it and said it all! We did not feel like we were being taken advantage of at all. Was well worth the purchase!! Exactly 2 weeks later our screens were here. Gabriel - the installer was awesome too. He worked quick, our windows look great, and the quality is excellent!! We immediately felt the difference in temp inside our home!! There were 2 windows that needed to get remeasured, but that wasn't a big deal at all. Jason came back within a couple days and put the two screens on himself. We keep our AC set at 80 degrees and our house feels cool. Our AC doesn't have to work as hard anymore. We just left out of town for the 4th of July for a few days and the AC was off the entire time. We got home this afternoon and the outside temp in Surprise, AZ is at 114 degrees....the inside of our house is exactly 25 degrees cooler than the outside temp!!!! Again, our AC does not have to work as hard to get cool again. We monitor our APS Account daily, and we've seen a 20% drop in our usage since we've had the screens installed!! Our master bedroom sits on the Westside of the house, usually unbearably hot...that's no longer the case. Also, the Glass window pane in our master bathroom no longer feels like a greenhouse! These sunshades are definitely worth the investment and getting them from ALL PRO SHADE CONCEPTS IS A MUST!!! Don't forget to ask for Jason!! Thanks again for helping us out! Getting window shades from All Pro is like adding cool Ray Ban shades to every window of your house. SRP sent out an email with a rebate opportunity that makes the window shades super reasonable. I searched for the highest rated company and All Pro was at the top of the pack. I called and spoke with the owner, Rob- and we set an appointment for a quote. Rob showed up early for the appointment and walked me through the process. Rob made short work of measuring and drawing out all my shade needs. Rob showed me the total cost for the work- and didn't have any hidden fees or charges. (Even though they are highly rated- they also had an extremely competitive price point- which I appreciated). Today a crew arrived and got right to work. Pro tip - if you are getting this done, make sure to remove your old screens as the sun shades also serve as screens. In addition- take a moment to clean the outside of your windows- you don't have to do this but will be glad you did. While it's super easy to remove the shades anytime- it's nice to have shiny clean windows with new shades- trust me. The guys did an awesome job of installing the shades. Rob's measurements were true and spot-on. The fitment is perfect and looks so sharp. My favorite thing is the privacy aspect. You can see out but you cannot see into your house from the outside during the day. So you can now leave your blinds open all day- and no UV Rays can enter or prying eyes. Highly recommend Rob and his guy's. According to SRP 50% of the heat entering your home enters through the windows. By having these shades you will mitigate that issue. Well done Rob & Co. The shade is not rolling out properly and there is a nail that looks like it's holding something up. They did answer a service call about how it was rolling up, but didn't know what to do about it. They said they would talk to someone about it, but that was the end of it. I just reported the nail to them because a neighbor just noticed it. They were our first and last stop on this project. The process was very easy. Our salesman, Bill, came out to look at the project. He communicated his ETA, was punctual and very helpful. Within two weeks the installer, Josh, was here to complete the job. He too was on time, and communicated any issues he stumbled upon during the process. Totally a Mickey Mouse company Called for an estimate. Sales Person came right out measured the space, explained the product and wrote up estimate. $2,000 lower than other estimates. He asked how his estimate compared and I told him. I'm sure he left feeling great. Estimate was for a 20' motorized patio screen. As I sat and compared estimates and remembered the old adage "If it seems to good to be true it probably is" Turns out he only bid on a 13' screen. He should have realized that a 20' screen could not be that inexpensive. Probably a bait and switch which he blamed on computer. Called and he emailed me a new estimate on same page with the numbers just crossed out. Took 2 days. Finally got contract which is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. Warranty and guarantee not listed. He said it was on the estimate form yet contract states no other paperwork or verbal agreement are valid. If after the 3 day cancellation window has passed and the contract is cancelled PRIOR TO COMENCEMENT OF MANUFACTURING there is a 33% damage fee accessed. FOR WHAT? Salesman sales not so, even if HOA declines permit for installation. Contract says yes Contract specifically states that it can be subcontracted? Is that how they get a cheaper price? Salesman said the contract was new and he had already brought up most points with owner. In business for 20 years and just computerizing now? They have no sale material to leave and material for HOA is a snapshot. Owner has the predisposition to call any bad reviews LIES. Search for yourself his responses. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING WITH THESE CLOWNS. read more

The company was very fast to respond to a quote request, but stopped communicating once I requested them to come out. The best I could get was Tuesday or Thursday. I took Tuesday and Thursday off this week. Today is Tuesday and there was no attempt to contact. There is 0% chance that I'll take another day off to hope for a call. I tried using this company since the reviews were great, even though they were almost 30% more expensive. Business must be too busy during the summer months. The business owner attempted to contact me minutes after writing this review. These were the only two phone calls from this business. Soon after, I received a message apologizing for not reading yelp messages, and blaming me for not calling him. I also have a timestamped message from the owner last week stating that he would be out today or Thursday. read more

I read the Yelp reviews on this business as I do with all intended projects and was quite impressed. I filled out the form requesting a quote and I got an email response that said they "don't do sunscreens for porches". I had to question the response and when I did, he said "We do not screen rear porches". Now, I can't MAKE anybody do anything they don't want to, so I gave up trying. I mentioned that I see all kinds of pictures of homes with sunscreens and that I found it odd a company that boats that they're "sunscreen" providers don't make sunscreens and I was told that they only provide motorized screens for porches. Flabbergasted! I have ELEVEN 4X6 openings that I need sunscreens for and I wanted to have NEW sunscreens made to replace three older ones in one area of my home. I'll continue to shop for someone that can use the work. There must be a heck of a lot of money in those power sun shades! SOMEBODY'S overpaying to get relief from the sun. It won't be me! read more

We were referred to All Pro Shade Concepts by our neighbors. They came out right away and provided a quote which was very reasonable. They gave suggestions on colors and we were very happy they had several to choose from. They were able to match the frame to our home color and we already can tell the difference having them on makes. My only complaint is that the installer didn't tighten the screws on the tabs tight enough and with the very first monsoon that came through, one of the shades on the outside of the house blew off and broke in half! When I went to check how it came off, I found the tabs were very loose on that particular shade. I was able to push it back onto the window and latch it back, but it is definitely broken. I will have to see how it holds up during the next storm we have. After reviewing the warranty, it doesn't appear they will take care of this as they only cover the screen fabric and not the cost of removal or reinstallation labor, hardware or frame damage due to high winds :( Otherwise, we are very happy and highly recommend them! read more

Robert came out to my home & gave me a great quote on roll down shades for the west side of my patio. I had almost spent $10,000 on automatic shades till I met with All Pro Shades & he literally did the job for a quarter of that price & its been almost a year now and the shades are still great! I found Roberts company on the internet and saw a great video that he had on his web site which was him on TV (3 on your side) episode of the news where he gave a lady that was ripped off on Craigslist all free shades on her home. I have had a problem with my 4' x 9' patio sunshade since shortly after it was installed less than one year ago. This shade is on the West side and the late afternoon sun pours through the wide gaps on either side. This should have been taken into consideration when measurements were done. I had no idea the shade would not cover the entire opening. I discussed this with Robert who told me I should have selected a track or zipper shade. His only solution was to provide me with a new track shade for $1600 (my current shade already has the required motor). When discussing purchase from Pro Shade, I was only offered a zipper shade (not in my budget) or the cable shade. I now notice that the shade has shifted on the bottom rail and is completely crooked when lowered. Just talked to Robert again, and he tells me it is normal for the shade to shift and I should just slide it over so that it is centered (which I tried with no success. I have never written a negative review (or had reason to); however, anyone thinking of purchasing from Pro Shade Concepts needs to think twice. read more

Purchasing shades for our home was a great idea and as soon as they were installed we could tell a big difference in both the heat in the house and our electricity bill. The service pays for itself after a while. Our contact, Danny was very prompt in coming out and giving us a quote. They also offered a fair price for the install and screens. We had spoke with two other contractors before deciding to go with All Pro Shade and because of the comparable price, how informative they were, and the time it took to install we went with All Pro Shade Concepts.
