As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

We have been long-term clients of All-Safe Pest & Termite company in Bedford and the first time we had a real pest emergency, the team was timely and on-the-spot responsive. During the remodel of the bathroom in anticipation of dad moving in with us, renovations came to a dead stop when termites were discovered in the shower frame -- YUCK -- we panicked and called Tina who arranged for Will Ballard and Dallas Crain to respond to our call for help. Without delay the All Safe crew took care of inspection and treating the termite problem the next day. Whew... It is nice to know that although you have a regular service with a company for years, when you really need them --- they respond immediately and professionally. It is comforting and reassuring that we can depend on All Safe. Everyone we have been in contact with over the years has been consistently pleasant, courteous and very professional. We just moved back to Texas into a new build home. Our stuff picked up some critters while it was in storage. Called and they came out a few days later to spray. I wanted to have all the cardboard boxes unpacked. The technician who came out was professional and knowledgeable. Office staff was kind and helpful. I can say we haven't seen a bug since they sprayed. Very pleased with this service and will continue to use them. Also they are not pushy. We just moved back to Texas into a new build home. Our family just moved to Sachse from Prosper. On my priority list was to find the "best" pest control company for our new home. All-Safe Pest & Termite did not disappoint. Kyle was the technician for the initial treatment (and I was told he would be our "regular" technician). He took his time to make sure he got all areas covered. He was great in explaining what he was doing and why. Kyle also took the time to put on booties inside my home so as to not walk in my new home with dirty shoes. I researched and found this company to be very competitive in price (slightly better) for a year's treatment. They also use very safe products/ ingredients, yet very effective. With this company, flea and tick is also covered which is nice for those families with fur-babies (we have 3 dogs). I highly recommend All-Safe Pest & Termite! read more

From the moment I reached out to All-Safe, I knew I was in the right hands. Amanda has the best personality. You can hear her smile through the phone. She was more than patient with with me as I figuratively asked a million questions in my panicked state. She calmed me down and actually had a technician out the very next day. Josh was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Yesterday I spotted another intruder and true to form All-Safe was out the very next day. Brandon was awesome and was again patient with all of my questions. I never feel that I'm just another customer anytime I reach out to All-Safe, and I know they value my business. I've been using All-Safe Pest for my home since 2013. They have helped me with pest control, prevention and maintenance and I am always pleased with the results. From fire ant hill removal to clearing wasp nests, they make sure my yard and home is always taken care of. The team at All-Safe has always been responsive and their customer service is unmatched. Whether I call or text them, I always get a technician to come out quickly to see what they can do to help. I've moved 3 times since I began using them and whether in McKinney, Plano or Little Elm the team that is assigned to my home has always been great. All-Safe responded quickly to our issue with a helpful inside sales representative who assigned Trenton to our job. Trenton arrived on time wearing a mask and shoe gaurds to protect our health and our flooring. He immediately recognized the species of ant that was causing the issue In our bathroom and knew how to treat it. He also assessed and treated the entire exterior of the house and applied treatment to areas that were issues that we hadn't noticed yet (as new home buyers). My youngest does not like bugs at all so she literally though Super Man had arrived! We're hopeful his treatment does the trick, but if the come back, we know who to call! We moved into our house in Fort Worth in April of this year to find an ant problem. One call and All-Safe sent out Tim Allison ("Mr. Tim" as my kids call him) within days. He was incredibly thorough and attentive to my every issue and was able to get rid of the ants (and other bugs that I didn't even realize we had) in one visit! The ants just came back with the cooler weather and Mr Tim was happy to come back out and give another super thorough sweep. He just came yesterday but I haven't seen one since he left! As a long-standing customer, I have observed a decline in the level of care provided. A particular incident with one of the technicians in my home has left me feeling uncomfortable with anyone besides the original technician, Shane, who has consistently demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Despite multiple conversations with schedulers and management, I have continued to be assigned different team members, including the technician who caused my discomfort. In light of these circumstances, I have decided to cancel my service. Going forward, I hope that the company will honor its commitments and provide the courtesy of a phone call when they can not do so. read more

For my initial service, I worked with three people: Kristen, Lucie, and Bob. Kristen took my initial call, and connected me immediately with Lucie. Lucie fielded my many questions and got me set up with a treatment plan for the ant problem I had been experiencing for four months. Bob did the actual home and yard treatments. He was on time, knowledgeable, and took time to offer good advice and answer my questions. Each of these three associates was friendly, patient, and professional. All FLEAS GONE!!! This is the first time we are dealing with pest, we weren't sure if it were fleas or bedbugs at first. All Safe Pest and Termite helped identifying the problem and had it quickly resolved. We had a severe infestation of fleas from stray cats in out in the backyard. The whole process of booking to them being out here in a day till me having a ton of questions, it was outstanding! Had a wonderful experience with all safe pest and termite. Amanda took the time to fully explain the process and pricing which beats every company I spoke to previously. My home is approximately 2200 sf and I was quoted $59 for initial visit and $29 a month with a 1 year agreement. This is by far the best pricing I was quoted and I love how you just pay a monthly fee and that's it. Perfect for me and my budget! I was impressed with everything the technician did at my home - very thorough and did a lot of things that had never been done by previous company I had used. I highly recommend this company. After 20 years in our house we had found roaches invading our home. I tried for two months to get rid of them but was unsuccessful. I finally called All-Safe. They came out within 3 days to treat my home. The technician, Bob, spent 4 hours treating the outside and inside of the house. He not only treated for the roaches, but spiders, hornets, wasps, and other insects. The company even called me two weeks after their application to make sure I didn't have a reoccurrence of the problem. They are professional and get the job done right! read more

During a recent, short term of unemployment, All Safe insisted on providing my quarterly service FOR FREE. Accepting service for free is not something I am comfortable with but after telling me how much they appreciate me being a loyal customer for years, I graciously accepted the service. we had berrett pest control for years and there's a bad rat problem in our neighborhood so we ended up having the problem at our house and they couldn't seem to make a dent in the problem. I ended up firing them and hiring all safe. The problem was eliminated immediately! At this point we have been using them over a year and still have no issues with rodents. For the first time in almost 19 years we had to call a pest control company. I am filing this complaint to warn other consumers about my experience with Barefoot Mosquito &…read morePest Control. I have used Barefoot for annual termite inspections without issue. During one visit, mosquito control was offered, and a separate appointment was scheduled. The technician completed the treatment and then handed me a small iPad to acknowledge the service had been performed. At no time did he explain that I was entering into a 12-month contract, agreeing to recurring monthly charges, or accepting an 80% early termination fee. I believed I was simply acknowledging receipt of the service. Before the treatment, I explained that my property is surrounded by mature trees and dense landscaping. The technician assured me, "If any mosquito enters your yard, it will die." Unfortunately, there has been no noticeable reduction in mosquitoes. We still have to burn mosquito coils just to enjoy our backyard. When I called to cancel after the first treatment because it did not work as promised, I was told my account would be placed "on hold," but I would still be required to pay $107.17 per month for the remainder of the agreement or pay an early termination fee equal to 80% of the remaining balance. This was the first time I learned I had supposedly agreed to a one-year contract. Only then was the agreement emailed to me. I gave Barefoot the opportunity to resolve this fairly before filing this complaint. Instead, they chose to enforce a contract that was never verbally disclosed. I am requesting that Barefoot cancel this agreement without penalty and stop all future charges. My goal is to encourage other consumers to ask questions before signing or initialing anything on an electronic device.

Although Pest Me Off seemed like a newer company, I really liked that they published their prices directly on their website - I didn't see anyone else who did that. When I called in, they were very friendly and gave me the impression they knew exactly how to help with our wasp problem. We now subscribe to their monthly plan to get free visits whenever we notice more problem bugs. Just today we had Ryan come out to take a look at some new mud dauber nests that we didn't see the first time around. Ryan went above and beyond, finding and addressing a yellow jacket nest we didn't know about, along with many fire ant hills and other pests around our house, backyard, and fence line. Thanks to Pest Me Off, our family can enjoy our backyard and patio without worrying about getting bit or stung.
