We just moved back to Texas into a new build home. Our stuff picked up some critters while it was in storage. Called and they came out a few days later to spray. I wanted to have all the cardboard boxes unpacked. The technician who came out was professional and knowledgeable. Office staff was kind and helpful. I can say we haven't seen a bug since they sprayed. Very pleased with this service and will continue to use them. Also they are not pushy. We just moved back to Texas into a new build home. Our family just moved to Sachse from Prosper. On my priority list was to find the "best" pest control company for our new home. All-Safe Pest & Termite did not disappoint. Kyle was the technician for the initial treatment (and I was told he would be our "regular" technician). He took his time to make sure he got all areas covered. He was great in explaining what he was doing and why. Kyle also took the time to put on booties inside my home so as to not walk in my new home with dirty shoes. I researched and found this company to be very competitive in price (slightly better) for a year's treatment. They also use very safe products/ ingredients, yet very effective. All-Safe responded quickly to our issue with a helpful inside sales representative who assigned Trenton to our job. Trenton arrived on time wearing a mask and shoe gaurds to protect our health and our flooring. He immediately recognized the species of ant that was causing the issue In our bathroom and knew how to treat it. He also assessed and treated the entire exterior of the house and applied treatment to areas that were issues that we hadn't noticed yet (as new home buyers). My youngest does not like bugs at all so she literally though Super Man had arrived! We're hopeful his treatment does the trick, but if the come back, we know who to call! We moved into our house in Fort Worth in April of this year to find an ant problem. One call and All-Safe sent out Tim Allison ("Mr. Tim" as my kids call him) within days. He was incredibly thorough and attentive to my every issue and was able to get rid of the ants (and other bugs that I didn't even realize we had) in one visit! As a long-standing customer, I have observed a decline in the level of care provided. A particular incident with one of the technicians in my home has left me feeling uncomfortable with anyone besides the original technician, Shane, who has consistently demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Despite multiple conversations with schedulers and management, I have continued to be assigned different team members, including the technician who caused my discomfort. In light of these circumstances, I have decided to cancel my service. Going forward, I hope that the company will honor its commitments and provide the courtesy of a phone call when they can not do so. read more

Had a wonderful experience with all safe pest and termite. Amanda took the time to fully explain the process and pricing which beats every company I spoke to previously. My home is approximately 2200 sf and I was quoted $59 for initial visit and $29 a month with a 1 year agreement. This is by far the best pricing I was quoted and I love how you just pay a monthly fee and that's it. Perfect for me and my budget! I was impressed with everything the technician did at my home - very thorough and did a lot of things that had never been done by previous company I had used. I highly recommend this company. After 20 years in our house we had found roaches invading our home. I tried for two months to get rid of them but was unsuccessful. I finally called All-Safe. They came out within 3 days to treat my home. The technician, Bob, spent 4 hours treating the outside and inside of the house. we had berrett pest control for years and there's a bad rat problem in our neighborhood so we ended up having the problem at our house and they couldn't seem to make a dent in the problem. I ended up firing them and hiring all safe. The problem was eliminated immediately! At this point we have been using them over a year and still have no issues with rodents.
