Leland, who was very courteous and professional, explained pricing and I set an appointment. Tristan came out to install the logs and gas line. I have to give kudos as the old gas connector was melded to the pipe from the heat of previous use. Took ALOT of work to cut off. As the job included gas there is always that trepidation about leaks, etc. I felt 100% confident that Tristan knew gas log sets and their installation, and he took the time to explain things to me. Most importantly, I had confidence that the set-up would be safe.

Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. Take my word, these people are as good and honest as it gets!

I had to follow up several times he apparently finally went over to the property took a look at it and then left according to the tenant there. To finish the job, Gary and Son's was recommended to me by a friend. Of the four bids I got, Gary was the only one that walked the project and gave me some great ideas. As Dara proves, he was in line with the others. Within a month we were adding water to the pool, which had been sitting for nearly a year. The job looks fantastic and his ideas paid off. He's very proud of the company and I'm glad we went with him. The only cons, which are not enough to remove a star from my rating, were these. Once the pool had water and was working, he was done. Other companies give the first 30 days of support with it. I was caught off guard and had to quickly find someone. The only other con was that our communication could have been better. No details needed, he's a nice guy and a trustworthy guy too. He shared the store that he buys tile from, so I could go shop and save some money at the same time. He came to check the work often. When he looked at the old builders work, he went so far as to remove the tile they put in, since it was a bad job. And, the auto fill that was installed too low, he was able to fix it. I definitely think having Gary and Son's was the right call and I can easily recommend them.

Coming up on the second year having our pool everything was going smoothly recently we noticed that all of the caulking under the coping was pulling apart and separating, causing some good size gaps. This is where things turned ugly. I contacted my Pool Guy. Then he contacted his boss and said yeah no problem. We'll get to it. After calls and texts no response. So here we are and they still haven't fixed the problem and I don't think they intend to. So what could've turned out to be a really great beginning and end turned out on a bad note.

As June27, was the first I have heard from the pool company since June 10. As I saw on camera you came on property on July 23, as I got no call you were coming.then. As the hand rail you guys offered and Jason said everything would be done on my list as soon as I paid final payment they would address what needed to be finished and that was done in December.i am hoping all this get resolved as soon as possible.
