I have to give kudos as the old gas connector was melded to the pipe from the heat of previous use. Took ALOT of work to cut off. As the job included gas there is always that trepidation about leaks, etc. I felt 100% confident that Tristan knew gas log sets and their installation, and he took the time to explain things to me. Most importantly, I had confidence that the set-up would be safe.

I drove Leland up the wall w ideas and questions. He patiently walked me through and helped me make a great decision - Fire Magic. His prices are as competitive as you get. I researched. Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. Take my word, these people are as good and honest as it gets!

Well this place is pretty awful I came in to get a coupler for my pool I don't have a pool guy I do…read moremy pool my self I walk in nobody identifies themselves as workers they just stared at me like I had just finished defecting in the middle of the store and was demanding toilet paper so yeah I basically state why I'm there at the group of men that are standing around and( maybe I interrupted some very important conversation or something ) I tell them I need a coupler for my filter all of them start talking one seemed like one asked a fallow up about the part I needed but they but then the others started going on about being a wholesale place I just need a coupler in on a scooter it's hot it will be a major pain to go to Leslie's and expensive and I don't want to wait for Amazon and risk ordering the wrong part but that's what I will have to do these guys would not sell me one coupler they were going on about how they were protecting the industry and so they could not sell me a coupler, if they didn't have it fine but that wasn't the issue it's that they want to protect the pool guy industry never mind just being cool to a local home owner who needs a simple part because I will somehow single handendely bring down the Pool guy industry because you know I'm the inventor of automated pool robots and also most people know me as Mr Jeff bazos. I spotted a cute battery operated fish swimming toy which I inquired about if it was fun for kids, and he was enthusiastic about this $24 toy so we added it to our purchase. Without asking, he threw in a discount which was unexpected. Who does that?!!! There was another gentleman there that he was helping who praised the sales guy and said he's been shopping there for years and trusted them completely. Just an overall really great customer service experience which is not easy to come by in this day and age. We love shopping local, so if we need anything for our pool this will be our first stop!

Since then, I've called multiple times and spoken with two different people--who honestly sounded like the same person. One told me his name was Jose, and I'm still waiting for a callback. I cancelled my service, but my bank's automatic payments continued for what appears to have been several billing cycles. This seems pretty straightforward: I have documentation showing the payments were made after cancellation, and a refund should be issued. To make matters worse, I recently received a text message claiming that I owe them $20.00. It's mind-blowing how difficult they are making what should be a very simple issue to resolve. Customer service used to be the reason I stayed with this company. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been the exact opposite.
