My knowledge of pool servicing indicates that the service was not necessary.Based on filter pressure, I received a false explanation.And did not get the follow up information?I requested on what the actual limits were prompting the service. My cleaning date was changed without my knowledge so I requested for that not to happen again. Last week I requested that the chlorine tab be replaced in my floater. This week, the chlorine floater ran out of tabs, and the serviced eight was changed again without my knowledge. There are other problems that I don't want to go into detail on; know that they exist. I researched and interviewed several companies but before I switched to a competitor, we sold our home. In the spring of 2023, the owner, George, hired a manager, Robert, and out-sourced his bookkeeping to Elysium Accounting, located in AZ. Since then phone calls, texts and emails are not returned or even acknowledged. Refunds for over payment are not provided (they owe me money as a result of an over-payment caused by an incorrect invoice). What makes the situation even more frustrating is that over a month ago I reached out to them, and have continued to over the last 3 weeks, without any response to my communication voicemails, texts and emails. There are highly professional companies serving Palm Desert that I can recommend BUT this is not one of them!

I drove Leland up the wall w ideas and questions. He patiently walked me through and helped me make a great decision - Fire Magic. His prices are as competitive as you get. I researched. Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. I have to give kudos as the old gas connector was melded to the pipe from the heat of previous use. Took ALOT of work to cut off. As the job included gas there is always that trepidation about leaks, etc. I felt 100% confident that Tristan knew gas log sets and their installation, and he took the time to explain things to me. Most importantly, I had confidence that the set-up would be safe.

He went out to my car with me where I had the water feature in my trunk, took the time to match up the fittings, cut a custom piece of hose, and had my fountain working again for only $13.40. This is exactly the kind of knowledgeable, friendly service that's becoming harder to find. It's reminiscent of the old Mom and pop shops that have gotten lost in corporate America.
