Coming up on the second year having our pool everything was going smoothly recently we noticed that all of the caulking under the coping was pulling apart and separating, causing some good size gaps. This is where things turned ugly. I contacted my Pool Guy. Then he contacted his boss and said yeah no problem. We'll get to it. After calls and texts no response. So here we are and they still haven't fixed the problem and I don't think they intend to. So what could've turned out to be a really great beginning and end turned out on a bad note.

Whoever he sent to clean my pool that day thought that was ok. It turned out that he had not been adding any salt and that the pool filters were very dirty. I will not trust him with my pool.
