Vigil pool has serviced my home for the last two months and was the primary servicer for the prior owner. A service was done on the filter without my consent and I will send a surprise bill for it, which I have paid. My knowledge of pool servicing indicates that the service was not necessary.Based on filter pressure, I received a false explanation.And did not get the follow up information?I requested on what the actual limits were prompting the service. My cleaning date was changed without my knowledge so I requested for that not to happen again. Last week I requested that the chlorine tab be replaced in my floater. This week, the chlorine floater ran out of tabs, and the serviced eight was changed again without my knowledge. There are other problems that I don't want to go into detail on; know that they exist. Management is aware that I'm canceling and I offered no fight to keep my business. The photograph included is at the bottom of my pool.The day after the service is completed. Vigil has been servicing 2 of my pools in the Palm Springs area. His level of service is terrible. See photo of my pool. He stopped by that morning to clean to my pool and left it green like that. My cleaning service had to call and let me know that the pool was green. Whoever he sent to clean my pool that day thought that was ok. It turned out that he had not been adding any salt and that the pool filters were very dirty. I will not trust him with my pool. read more

After reading great reviews, I hired Vigil Pools @ $280/mo to maintain our pool and two fountains. Noe did a decent job until he hired a worker to take over our account, and this is where things went south. The worker ignored the fountains until they turned into a green, swampy mess. Once I sent pictures, Noe came out and added chemicals to the fountains. I soon realized that the worker, who showed up as expected, spent only 5 minutes each visit skimming and adding chemicals. He never brought a brush or vacuum onto our property. When I asked why this part of the service wasn't being performed (and mentioned that I can verify what I'm saying with security camera footage) Noe came out to brush and vacuum himself. In the 12 months Vigil maintained our pool, they cleaned our filters once, and only did so after l inquired. Are you seeing a pattern here?! He upgraded our entire pool system so we can control it remotely with no issues! Always answers when we call him and is always willing to go above and beyond to help us out.
