I clearly mark each item with red tape on the stain marks, and when they are returned, none are removed! FYI, i had to do it myself at home and with a bit of work, all stains are properly removed. Second, the ironing of the pants have seriously damaged the pants. When i received them, i've noticed a significant amount of shine and white marks along the crease line and around the hem, which is clearly the case that you guys are using a much hotter setting than you should be when iorning!! I thought you guys are professional! Very disappointed overall, despite having good experience with the system you guys are having. I recently brought in a new dress shirt to be laundered and received it back with an odd floral pattern on the white collar. Turns out the shirt was manufactured with a floral design to help fight stains, or something odd along those lines, and the cleaning process brought the color out. I brought the shirt back to have the cleaners look at it and they took care of the new stain. One of the gentlemen told me he personally worked for 30 minutes on the stain to bleach it out, and the shirt looks as good as new. The best part? They took the unusual route of speaking to the BBB through a lawyer in what I can only guess was some attempt to intimidate me, where they accidentally admitted they laundered the clearly wool curtain that I told them on initial drop-off was dry clean only. Additionally in my first interaction I gave them an out, saying if they couldn't do it that's ok I'd try elsewhere, and they assured me they could. The owner essentially called me a liar, said the curtain was in a poor state when initially brought in (as if that matters), and accidentally admitted they ruined my curtain. They were extremely quick to respond to my inquiry via texting, asked great questions to get a sense of how much cleaning the dress would need (they requested some pictures of the stains up front), and gave me a quote for the cost that I felt was very reasonable. The pickup and drop-off part of this service is AMAZING, especially for someone with a busy schedule! They scheduled pick up at my house within a week despite having a high demand for wedding dress cleaning at the time, and sent me an update about what they were planning to do once they had their wedding dress expert take a look at the dress. Their turnaround time was much faster than I expected and they even sent pictures right after the cleaning was finished so I could see how well it came out! I had not requested a steaming since I didn't have plans to use the dress again anytime soon, but they did one complimentary for me which made the dress look absolutely stunning and like it was brand new. There was not a single residual stain left and the dress did not smell like anything - it was just perfectly clean. The final cost of the cleaning was exactly what I expected from the quote and I felt it was incredibly reasonable for the amount of cleaning they had to do, the speed and very high quality of service, and the helpful communication throughout the process. I recently moved to Los Angeles and found a new dry cleaners down the street from me that charged me half the cost for the same items which was refreshing. I thought of this place and wanted to leave a review to warn people how bad this was. These people were hostile, defensive, and greedy. They kept on hassling me about my clothes and texting me for approval for new costs. The texting person gave me an estimate and sent me like over 10 photos of my clothes to point out all the stains and hair that was on my clothes and repeatedly told me my clothes were wrinkled and very dirty. This was unnecessary and made me feel attacked and shamed. Like WTF?? I just wanted them to clean my clothes not pick faults with me! Instead, they acted like they were taking me to court! So much unnecessary stress and hassle for dry cleaners! They ended up charging me over $50 more than originally estimated because my clothes were oh so hard to clean and so dirty. Despite going over the original estimate, they still hassled and tried to guilt me for tip at the end saying they gave me a deal. What deal? Your services are super expensive! The tone they texted me was just so very rude it's like they didn't want me as a customer. I never fought them on the expensive costs but they were hostile from the start. I ended up going back to my previous dry cleaners, City Custom Tailor & Dry Cleaners in Belltown. They are not cheap either, but a little less expensive and they are chill. I do not think cheap dry cleaning exists in Seattle but this service sucks.
