All I can say is WOW! We had amazing service at All Seasons. Our sales person Tyler and his new trainee Jay were instrumental in finding us the perfect RV for my husband and I. We had a list of criteria a mile long and they found two RV's that would fit the bill. It was easy to work with Mike in the finance department too. We owned a smaller camper for seven years and just stopped randomly to see if we could find the "perfect" camper to get an upgrade. We purchased that day! I can't even give this dealership a review rating because it doesn't even deserve a 1 out of 5. Bought a Rockwood from them in 2021 new. This year some cosmetic things needed to be addressed so service told me that Rockwood would cover the labor. I took it in to get the work done along with getting the slide adjustment done. None of the warranty work was completed correctly and the slide adjustment was done wrong. The repair technician adjusted the extended limit so it went out to far and almost ripped the trim off the interior frame around the slide. I ended up watching a YouTube video so I could fix it myself. I'll never deal with this place ever again. read more

Never buy an RV from here! We purchased our DRV Mobile Suites from All Seasons RV in 2018. We knew that the newly ordered fifth wheel had many problems after it arrived, but we were assured with the warranties that we had purchased (at a cost of $5,000) that it would be in good working shape for the duration of the 7 year warranties. This year after asking for an estimate with a separate list for any costs outside of the warranty (which by the way is state law) All Seasons RV went ahead and fixed the repairs and told us that the warranty denied the claims. We called the warranty company and they told us that they had no record or any claims submitted for us for 2023. I am not sure why All Seasons RV did not submit the repairs for claims and why they told us they were denied. This in my opinion this is a very unprofessional way to conduct business nor is it legal! Their customer service representative Melody is new, argumentative and quite emotional. She wants to discuss all of their system problems and could careless what needs to be done. I had to at one point ask if we could focus on the facts to get to a resolution to the problem. We never had any of these issues when we worked with Toena Bunker! She is the best, but unfortunately her last day was today! We will never be back!!!! read more

Buyer Beware - Worth the read if you are considering this place. We were sold on All Seasons RV as we drive past it daily. We travel for our jobs and spent over $12K last year on hotels alone. We decided to invest in a camper to make things easier on us when we travel. Ever since we signed on the unit, it has been an nightmare to work with this company. We were sold on a particular unit that didn't meet all of our wants, but we decided to go with it because we were told it came prewired for a generator. This was a requirement for us. We told them the generator HAD to be installed in the unit BEFORE Memorial Day as that is when our busy season starts and a generator is required for us to work and stay in the camper. During the sales process, we were guaranteed a "minimum two hour walkthrough to ensure you are 100% comfortable with the unit before you take it home. Our Google reviews mean the world to us and we don't want upset customers". We were sold on that as being new camper owners. During pickup, our "minimum two hour walkthrough" was about 15 mins or less and when we asked questions it was a "well, there are a lot of YouTube videos out there and forums you can read." Nice. We are also told the generator can't be installed because its "on backorder". Understandable...COVID, etc, etc. As we were getting ready to sign paperwork, we were sold on a ceramic coating to protect the unit against black streaks. We added it on thinking that was a great plan. Additionally while we were signing the paperwork, we were told "Not sure why you paid to have a generator installed. Why wouldn't you just buy a generator to put in the back of your truck if you need it." Nice. Fast forward two weeks, we haven't heard a word about the generator. My husband decides to call the manufacturer of the generator. The mfg tells us that those generators ARE NOT on backorder and he has several sitting on his shelves. He's willing to overnight them! My husband calls All Seasons to let them know this wonderful news and he is met with disdain and disgust that he even thought to do that. So now, at this point, we are super pleased with how everything is going (insert sarcasm) but we are trying to remain positive. While staying in the camper for the first time (April 22nd-24th), we notice some things aren't quite right with the unit. No big deal, it's a new unit, things happen. While scheduling our time to bring it back for the generator install, we were told to make a list. We remind them once again that we HAVE to have this unit ready to go by Memorial Day. We don't have time to wait around for it to be finished. When we get home with the camper, we notice the black streaks. We try washing it ourselves. Black streaks don't come off. We add that to the list. More frustration. We drop the camper off on 5/17. We tell them it HAS to be ready to go by 5/24. They say no problem. They will have everything figured out and resolved by then. They then say, oh by the way, Palomino's are notorious for black streaks and the ceramic coating doesn't always work - WHY SELL US ON THAT THEN? We go to pick it up on 5/24 and NOTHING has been done to the unit. It is still just as dirty on the outside as it was previously, the warranty work we requested be done is not completed (nor are parts ordered). We get the unit home and find papers all over the kitchen area, the fuse panel wide open and again, no warranty work done to the inside or outside. We check where the generator was supposed to be installed and find a HOLE CUT in the bottom of the unit with what appears to be tack welds holding the frame where the generator goes. The metal is exposed and unpainted and the generator is being held in by two bolts (it needs SIX). We had to leave for our job, so we left with it as is and wrote an email to All Seasons. The manager called and spoke to my husband in a very matter of fact conversation which basically felt like the blame was being pushed onto us for these issues. We are told to drop the unit off again when we return. That leads us to today, we dropped it off on 5/31 and received a call that SURPRISE, generator #2 does not work either. We are then asked to drive the unit to Elkhart to have the mfg look at it. THE CUSTOMER. DRIVE THE UNIT. So, basically you want this to no longer be your problem. Got it. We say absolutely not. You need to solve this issue. So, they had someone drive to Elkhart to do whatever it is they needed to do, come back and now they are LITERALLY cutting our electrical panel apart and trying to make this unit work with a generator. Want to know the best part? This unit was NEVER prewired for a generator. So now, their Service Manager is left trying to resolve an issue that is a SALES DEPARTMENT issue. And where is the sales manager? Not there. We now are left wondering why we even started this process. We are frustrated, upset and disappointed. Be VERY careful with this dealership. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Do not spend your time or money here. They're arrogant and rude. We bought a brand new fifth wheel valued over $55,000 from them and had problems from the very start. The night we got it home the entire rear window leaked when it rained. The slide out was missing lag bolts and tore up the floor inside. The seal around the outdoor kitchen was broken. The latch behind the TV didn't work so when driving the TV scratched the mantle above the fireplace. The electric hot water heater did not work and the keypad for auto level did not work. We had to call every couple weeks FOR MONTHS to finally have someone out to fix it!! We wasted soooo much time and energy trying to get this dealt with. The customer service is horrible. They never return your calls. And the manager is just as awful. He's arrogant and doesn't want to give you the time of day. The icing on the cake was when we finally got it in (took them several months) it was over the winter and they had said they would winterize it for us while they had it. We picked it up in March. Went to use it for our first camping trip and they DIDN'T winterize it correctly. They didn't get all of the water out of the lines and one broke. So when we filled the unit with water, it flooded the entire underbelly, was pouring out of our outdoor speakers (which now do not work), into the main floor of the fifth wheel and all over the circuit board. They acted annoyed when we called immediately and have pictures of everything. Again, it's going to be a fight to have this corrected and who knows what other issues we will now have down the road because of this. I don't know how a place that specializes in RV's fails to winterize one correctly. I would never EVER EVER buy from them again. Nor will any of our family or friends. I would not recommend this place, at all. Poor customer service, they don't back up the warranties and they are rude. I Have used my camper 3 times and have had to have it serviced twice. Started right off with electrical issues and still have other ongoing issues. The girl I. The service department changes her story everytime l talk to her. I will also be contacting the BBB. I was charged a $1000.00 set up fee and they won't even tell me what that was for, because they surely didn't check this camper out, prior to my purchase. I wouldn't recommend the 2022 Forest River R*Pod, either. I spent a total of 27,000 on this unit, along with a hitch that has already bent. The metal is so cheap. And 90% of the miles on it are from hauling it back into their service dept. I am picking it up today, they've had it since October 4th, issue is not fixed and they are claiming l did it. They are quick to sell and terrible with service. We have had so many issues with our Jayco and the current one is no air conditioning which they can give us an appointment in August. Guess we camp in a hot tin box for the summer. On hold with the ac manufacturer right now maybe they are more customer service oriented. read more

April 23 I contacted dealership about missing awening legs on my new camper purchased month earlier. Was told they'd order them after Forest River got back up and running (covid shutdown). July 20th followed up. Service desk said they would look into it and call me back next day. Month later and nothing. Called them couple times over next month and they were still looking into it. Sept 10th Called back and they asked for numerous things. Sent pictures of owmers manual, various awening pics, and measurements. They said they were having trouble finding part numbers. I called LCI myself and had part number in 5 min of being on phone. Relayed this info to All Seasons RV. They ordered parts and would call me when they arrived. Next day, Oct 1st, they called me and said awening legs were optional and if I wanted them I'd have to pay for them. After dealing with them for 5 months and basically doing the work to find the parts for them, I was very upset at this response. I told them I was frustrated with this whole process and that they could keep the awning legs. Associate said she put a lot of time into getting the parts....I said I'm the one who did all the work lol. I'm very disappointed in this dealership. I purchased a new 2015 Mobile Suites 5th Wheel from All Seasons RV. The new $100,000 RV was delivered with extensive chassis, brake lines, hydraulic components corrosion and rust damage which is estimated at $17,000 to repair. The damage was caused by the dealership improper handling and storage of 5th wheel. Manufacture has specific instructions on washing after exposure to winter road salt and chemical treatments. I have made multiple attempts to resolve issues but have not received a response from All Seasons RV to date. Avoid this dealership at all costs! read more

My husband & I went to All Seasons RV, in Muskegon, MI, just to look at different options in trailers, as we were planning on making a purchase in the next month. When we pulled in & walked into the establishment, "it felt good," because we were greeted by everyone & they were ALL so friendly. Rob Kusowski approached us, introduced himself and asked how we were doing & if there was anything he could help us with? Rob is the type of guy/salesman that everyone hopes and prays for, as far as dealing with, when making a huge purchase like this. He was never once pushy nor rude. The thing I loved most about Rob was his honesty. He is very knowledgeable of his products and went above & beyond to make our decision easy. His attitude in & about everything is what made us decide to purchase earlier than expected. Rob was even kind enough to add in free delivery of our 5th wheel, to the campground over an hour away. After delivery, we had a minor with our furnace, Called the Service department and they resolved the issue immediately. I purchased a unit and had the absolute worst experience with a dealer in Hebron, Ohio and was basically seen coming and sold a problem in waiting. The staff at All Seasons was courteous, professional and extremely understanding with all my concerns, while it seemed I had some unusual issues with my unit and the problems of the times(which delayed everything cause of shut downs) they seemed to take it in stride and continued forward assuring me all would be fine and being very apologetic even though there was nothing they could do. the entire staff seemed very helpful, professional, understanding, positive and willing to do whatever it would take. This was just the stupidest experience. I was ready to buy a RV from here, but Dominique made that impossible. First I email her, as the website states in order to get the best price, and she gives me a price that almost $2100 over the currently listed price. Then she tells me to email her an offer and she will submit it to her manager. When I do this she says no thank you, no follow up, no counter offer, nothing. I thought I was working with a dealer trying to make a sale! What a hair pulling waste of time. I can now see why they have a F Rating at the BBB!! Dishonest for sure!! I have nothing good to say at this point. They sold me a defective brand (Jayco) new 2018 travel trailer in 2017. In our many outdoor adventures the Hot Water Heater has failed five times now! Their fix is to simply replace the failed board each time. They will not replace the whole hot water heater at this point. They are pretty much just waiting until the two years is up, and then it will be out of warranty so they don't have to deal with it any more. I know where we will not be going back in the future to by a 5th wheel. This past time it sat there for a week while they were just waiting for it to fail again. Nothing done! And then this weekend I went out to find that the battery converter/charging system is failing now, I have to tap it to get the battery to charge. Yet one more item I have to take it back to them for. Oh and get this, after meeting with the general manager his quote "You know they don't build these like cars, they use staples to put it together". Well now you know the truth, keep this in mind when buying! Also the service manager will never return your call, and never is available to take your call. Would never do business with them again if they were the last business in the US. Terrible customer service. I bought a 30,000 camper from them and they will not stand behind it at all. Slide out motor went out after using it 10 times. Ask them to cover and they said it was out of warranty. I bought this camper in Dec. 2014 to help them get the sales for '14 and picked it up in Feb.2015. They started the warranty in '14. WTF. I did not even have it yet. Cruiser RV built the unit and they also told me there was nothing they could do. I'm getting rid of this unit asap. Do not do business here. Not a good place! read more

We got wonderful service when we bought our new trailer in Sept. 2017. Since then...not so much! Have not had great luck with parts dept. Last year brought trailer back a month after we bought it, rubber around slide-out tore, They couldn't even see the damage. Ordered new parts for it, we still haven"t heard back on those parts. Just ordered 2 new jacks. called them to see if they came in, had to leave message. They didn't call me back, so called them 2 hours later, they told me I could leave another message. Very disappointed with the service on our vehicle we just purchased. The only thing that was acceptable was our salesman Ernie. We had a major leak in our brand new Jayco. Other problems that we fixed ourselves-remember this is a new camper, I don't feel that it should have come with all of the problems that it did. We took it back to be fixed. Took it home, another leak. The service people said they didn't have a part to fix it and never called us back! The manager was rude to us. Very disappointed with this place. :( read more
