My massage therapist was professional and knew exactly where to focus. They have different options from foot massage and muscle therapy to facial cleansing, and the prices are pretty reasonable. An employee walked in while i was naked and changing and that really upset me, i had just finished my massage idk why hed open the curtain, thats not cool. The massage technique itself was pretty good though they dont speak english and press very very hard. Plus my masseuse was sick and sniffling which made me kind of anxious while i was getting rubbed down...i dont want to get sick or sneezed on! The room was super tiny and the lights were dim so it was squished up against other people. If they made some changes they could be 4 stars bc clearly their masseurs are practiced. Make more space, dont walk in while people are changing, and dont have employees work while coughing or sneezing or sniffling. read more

They might offer the cheapest prices in the city but wow - come here if you want to be in pain (or have a high pain tolerance) because they will go hard on you. I came here with a friend to try out their $39 1-hour package which included a foot and body massage. I did not like my masseuse. He definitely cut corners because he started after my friend's masseuse, but ended earlier so I did not get my 1-hour's worth. Also during the massage he insisted I do a $45 package instead which I kept saying no to. He did not stop until my friend's masseuse who was next to him explained that I am there for the $39 package. The massage itself was incredibly painful. Even my friend had to keep telling her masseuse to use less pressure. I thought maybe we were just unlucky with who we got that day, but I told another friend about this place and they also got the same experience as us. I came in with a tight back, and I left with a tight back. I just had a terrible massage by someone who did not seem to be trained. I tried to give feedback during, but we had a language barrier. At checkout, I waited to speak with a manager. I explained why I was disappointed. Her reply was to tell me that the technician has been giving massages for two years. (I am skeptical.) It's very busy and very unsanitary. I walked into the room and it immediately smelled like sweat and dirty used paper was strewn on the floor. The face cushions and sheets are all completely soaked in other peoples saliva. There is no way to properly clean these as they are made out of cloth and cannot be sanitized without completely replacing them. This morning I woke up with three huge zits on my face! This place is extremely busy and not relaxing at all. The walkie talkies are going non stop, the stomping in the hallways, other customers yelling (yesterday some man kept screaming "be nice to me! Be nice to me!") overall very uncomfortable experience which is sad bc masseuse is nice. read more

I went today for a full hour massage it was awful I don't understand why the police doesn't go in and check there license in the state of New York. You should be license to touch people. At one point I had to ask him to stop massaging me because and I was worried that he will hurt me $48 for non-license masseur I think they must be the Chinese mafia involved in this shops. They don't speak English or any other Language except Chinese how did they pass the state board not worth it to get injured by someone that doesn't know how to massage also, the oil that they use is so heavy and sticky I will not recommend it read more
