Great price and great experience!! Liu have me a great foot massage, well worth the price

Foot massages (for two) were interrupted a few times because other people were walking in and/or leaving and the timer kept going. Lots of talking between workers and not much focused attention. A bit frustrating since we only were allowed 40 min instead of a full hour. Massages got better halfway through. Apparently 20% tip is not enough, because they asked for more. Waste of time and money. My masseuse was on and off the phone or talking to coworkers throughout the duration of the massage, so I couldn't even relax. Even worse, he was just jabbing me through a towel the whole time and not actually using any kind of technique and I had to ask for him to use oil, which was only used during the last 10 minutes. I've had many massages at a bwrand this was quite easily the worst massage I've ever had. I wish I could leave 0 stars. The face cushion was not covered with a towel. It was literally just thin exam table paper that tore on contact exposing me to a foam cushion that smelled bad. I examined it after I was done to confirm that it was foam covered with a sewn-shut polyester cover that did not unzip or un-velcro for washing. To be absolutely clear, this business puts multiple consecutive client's faces onto a cushion that they do not wash. I have gotten hundreds of inexpensive massages in the city and have never encountered anything other than a foam ring wrapped in a fresh hand towel plus paper. Disgusting. I wasn't expecting spa vibes for $45, but the place was visibly unclean and the staff were noisy. Door onto 14th street sticks and stays ajar every time someone walks in, I got up multiple times to close it to shut out the street noise while waiting to be seen. First staff interaction: Manager: "You don't mind man or woman, right" Me: "Uh, I have a preference." Manager: "...you don't mind man or woman, RIGHT...?" Massage wasn't truly awful, therapist was sweet and communicative, but it was the worst I've ever had with no close peer, not relaxing, didn't feel therapeutically intentional, first time I've ever been repeatedly fingernail pinched and experienced back of the head crotch contact. I know experiences like these are 80% the fault of rapacious landlords, but charge a bit more and give me a towel for my face. read more

I've been to a lot of massage places in New York City and this place was definitely a little sketchy and dirty. The massage was in the basement that said "employees only", I probably should've turned away but there was actually a lot of people there. Lighting was neon and the masseuse breathed so loudly I could hear it during my entire massage. There's plenty of similar priced good massages in Chelsea/WV, would not recommend this one. read more

I was in dire need of a foot massage and came across this spot due to good reviews. $20 for 30 minutes which is the cheapest I've seen. They accept walk ins, but would recommend coming here early to avoid waiting. I enjoyed the rose pedals bath soak prior to the foot massage. Got a really excellent, thorough massage here and the price is really reasonable. The massage was more intense than I'm used to, but also my upper back and neck aren't sore anymore. Yes the lighting is weird and the decorations are questionable but this a business run by immigrants and at the end of the day they got the job done. I'll definitely be coming back soon! read more

I give this business 6 stars they took care of me from the time I walked in the door until the time I left out. They had me soak my feet and some herbs and some salts and it was beautiful. Then they came in a drag my feet and then they massage them for one solid hour of pure heaven. I promise to return once a week and tomorrow is my day so I will be there and located on 14th St. and eighth Avenue and it's very easy for me to get to the atmosphere that is of comfort and peace. Very peaceful there and right outside of the window is New York City all the cars in the buses and the people watching by the window I have no idea what's going on inside that little shop. They also do a back massage neck massage but the best massage is to have your feet massage if you can't get a full body massage, definitely get your feet done. I went in for a really needed massage and said my upper back hurts the most. The massage person started giving me the most rough massage, with no lotion and just a towel ( not warm or damp ) on my back, I asked please do it softer and she did for a moment but then went back to it. It hurt a LOT I am a small women not a big person who wants rough treatment. Afterwards my back feels really bruised and even worse. It feels like someone punched me in the back. I don't think it's too much to ask for a softer massage to be done or to use some lotion or other calming things. read more

She now walks to work in Flushing Queens. On the bright side, I went on to try the others in the establishment & have chanced upon what is probably Golden Fingers #1 Masseuse, ( I am reluctant to share this with you as I want to keep her for myself, lol ) her name is Sophia. If you want to experience true care in a massage, she is the way to go. Thorough & absolutely a God send. What I get from Sophia is unquestionably a gift. I walk out of there feeling like a new man & she's so caring, great sense of humor & genuine in every way. A very accomplished masseuse with a gift for making one feel great & for $45 dollars an hour, I always take two hours. If you have not experienced a massage with Sophia, I encourage you to give her a try, you will not regret it.
