I did a walk in, it was no issues, no wait time. I was showed a small room with a curtain door. I laid down and was transported to a different world. The masseuse started and asked how strong I wanted the massage. It was magical. I had knots in my shoulders and my neck was messed up. However, the actual rooms where the massages are given are a bit cramped, and they're not actual rooms, but rather separated by drapes, so I overheard people walking by and talking while trying to relax. Meh, just keeps going downhill, first the overcharging me when I asked for a one hour foot massage and then they only gave a 30 minute one and tried to charge me 3/4 the price for 60 min (see previous review), then the inability to figure out their scheduling, so people are always late or bumped around. I would leave zero stars if I COULD !!! .. so here's the story, My girlfriend & I were interested in getting a full body massage we visited this location we were told no WALK INs and had to wait an hour for appointment no biggie we kept ourselves occupied until our appointment time . we then show up early and are told to be seated .. then these two caucasian women enter, we were sitting right there when they mentioned they DID NOT HAVE an appointment , the receptionist & the colleagues started talking in their language & then escorted the two women to be serviced infront of us. They then had an attitude because we noticed the clearly racist motive & called it out lol they box us in so I guess they figure all black people don't tip enough , let them wait , I should of had google translate out or something to pick up on what they were saying .. it was for the best because we ended up finding a better service & tipped then generously ! read more

Wandered in for a late Sunday massage after a hard workout. The ladies were very pleasant and the place clean even though it was a basement massage parlor. I opted for a 30 minute back and 15 minute foot massage which they did all in one room. The rooms are clean but small and separated by either a curtain or a wall, depending on which vestibule you end up in. That being said, the place was calming and for the price the massage was a good value ($38 for 45 minutes). So why only 4 stars? I like trying out new places and I prefer to upgrade to 5 stars after I've been a few times! Hopefully I have a chance to come back and upgrade soon! read more

She did a very thorough job and focused just on my problem areas for more than half of the massage, just like I was hoping she would. Walked in for the body massage and was greeted immediately by the person at the " desk ". I paid in cash and it was straight $39. I guess they only charge the tax for credit cards :) I walked in close to 10pm and they did not complain about closing up which was super awesome. Everything looked clean. This includes the one restroom, massage room I was in, and the front area. I did not look at what I believe to be a shower room. There was very little chatter among the employees, however the walls are super thin. I could hear another guest pretty clearly even though I was about two rooms away. I was pretty happy with my massage. Medium was more than enough for me, especially when she started to dig in for the knots. I have minor eczema and the stuff they used did not trigger any reaction. Please keep in mind I can not speak for all those that have skin disorders though ! I will definitely go back due to the price and the quality. I docked the one star just for the wall issue. However this is pretty much the case for everywhere I have been to for massages. I am unwilling to spend over $100 just to maybe have some sound resist walls. read more
