My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. I work from home so I was around for the entire thing, but I can honestly say that there was barely any disruption to my workday. Yes, the water was off for one of the 3 days of work, but other than that and the expected noise of cutting out metal pipes here and there, the disruption was nearly invisible. Regarding the parts "two pressure switches" I was told by the first person who came "needed replacement", Vasil said firstly there was only one pressure switch and not two. He said the system is working at present but assured me he will order the pressure switch from his supplier in case if the unit stops again so he can replace it. It is very hard to find honest and hard working reasonably priced HVAC tradesmen these days. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him
