I gave another star because Gabe was friendly, professional, and did a thorough inspection using cameras to show us exactly what was happening in our pipes. Unfortunately, the experience changed when additional personnel became involved. The conversation quickly felt more like a high-pressure sales presentation than a service call. We were quoted nearly $50,000 for a complete home replumb, which was a major shock. What was most frustrating was that no temporary solution was offered to get our plumbing functioning again to allow us time to look at our finances and plan for such a high dollar long-term repair option. After sharing the quote with friends, we were referred to another local plumber. Great experience, from initial quote to project finish. We originally hired them to relocate some…read moregas plumbing which was completed with no issues! But after, we stopped getting hot water so we called them back. They noticed our old gas heater needed repair, so they replaced a component (thermocouple). After that, our hot water came back but there was a strong gas smell that lasted a couple of days. We called Millennium who came back to inspect it, but found nothing wrong. They said that the new part just needs to burn off some gas (??). However, the smell persisted for another couple days so we called PG&E because we feared it may be a gas leak. They came to inspect and notified us that a certain part was installed incorrectly which was causing gas to leak. We called Millennium back who admitted it was their wrong and quickly fixed the issue. They offered a partial refund which we haven't seen yet. We're honestly just relieved we can breathe in our own home. All in all, the runaround and back-and-forth about the water heater was exhausting. But the owner in particular showed lots of care and integrity in his work, which we appreciated. He was great to communicate with and helped rectify any errors.

Dustin came later that day, and not only cleared through the root clog, but accurately isolated the problem to an area that would not disturb my hardscape. Anatoly came the next day and, with a very sunny disposition and only a shovel and a tarp, I watched him magically dig a six ft deep hole to access the problem in no time at all. I still can't figure out how he wasn't even dirty or sweaty. The two of these guys knocked out the job, filled the hole and tidied up, spic and span, just in time for a big party at my house!!
