Years ago, I had visited them for an iPhone 8 battery replacement and was impressed by their promptness; I can't believe they had slipped my mind since. My four-year-old son recently damaged the screen of his iPad Mini for the second time. My previous experience with a different repair shop was lackluster, primarily because their three-month warranty expired just before the screen died again. In contrast, Gadget Parts distinguishes itself by offering a robust one-year warranty, usually unheard of. Upon dropping off the device, it was quickly repaired and ready for collection the next day. I particularly appreciated their hassle free approach to the warranty: it is registered directly to the device, no need for the original physical receipts. I'm so glad to have rediscovered Gadget Parts and would highly recommend them for any Apple device repairs. Hopefully, I won't have to come back any time soon!

    I brought my son's iPad in for repair, they took a look at it and instead of charging me $150 to…read morefix it they let me know how much it cost new. The difference was only about $10. Not many people would've gone the extra mile to give me all of my options, they would have just charged me the $150 and sent me on my way. He even went over the benefits of even buying a newer generation and how the security features are supported on my old one compared to my new one. If I ever need anything repaired in the future, I am definitely coming here. I will be confident that. I'll get an answer in an auto repair.

    Buyer Beware...I signed up and transferred service from Spectrum and received 2 iPhone's and home…read moreWi-Fi with Jose at this office on March 17, 2026. By April 9, I was already calling tech support because the home Internet was so slow, and I was not receiving the speeds promised. When verifying my address, T-Mobile informed me that the address given by the store at the time of my signing up with Jose, was completely different from my actual home address! (the address used wasn't shared with me when I asked, probably to protect their employee) I tried to give the benefit of the doubt here that it was a mistake, but there is literally no other address associated with me, I bought my house in 2001 and he had my ID to verify and even printed out a Spectrum bill (my same address!) so I could receive a gift card for the balance due on my son's phone, which was a separate very long, complicated transaction...long story short, Jose used a false address to sell me home internet in my neighborhood, which is completely overcrowded and oversold! I have spent 2.5 months back-and-forth to try to get it improved, and T-Mobile would not even provide me with a free Wi-Fi extender when troubleshooting, so I spent $100 buying my own. T mobile customer service even lowered my Wi-Fi bill to $10 a month because they admitted fault and let me out of any contract to leave... Sadly, this last week while I waited and shopped for new service... It's become so poor that we've had to literally resort to hotspots on our phone to work, do school work during my son's finals week, and even to watch TV. Today I was able to get Frontier fiber internet installed and returned all my equipment to the LB store. Thankful the nightmare is over. VERY DECEPTIVE business practices from Jose at this location. T-Mobile should not be paying commission to their salespeople, it's obviously caused some to be pretty dishonest to make the extra money.

Anytime I have an issue, Elijah is the only one who actually takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure the problem is fully resolved. The level of customer service he provides truly stands out especially compared to others who barely seem interested in helping at all. Elijah consistently goes above and beyond, and it honestly shows that he cares about his job and the customers. Everyone else could take a few notes from him because this is what real customer service looks like. I genuinely appreciate him every time I come in. Sorry not sorry Elijah sets the standard.
