Run, dont walk. I am not one for negative reviews- I try to see the good in everyone and build them up where I can. This negative review however was earned by Franks lack of integrity and unethical practices around his business dealings. Let me explain: We hired "All the Details" to clean our truck so that we could sell it before we moved. However, in the process of cleaning the truck Frank made a mistake which resulted in water damage to the inside. You ever had water damage to electrical components? It's a disaster. Our truck went from working perfectly to all kinds of things going haywire. Frank felt bad and tried to help - at first. But as soon as the problem became "too expensive" and too much of a burden for him, he decided "he was done with it" and left us hanging with the bill to finish up the repairs. ---He even DEMANDED THAT WE PAY HIM FOR THE "CLEANING" HE DID ON THE TRUCK (LOL!)----- unbelievable. On top of that he has refused to give us his business insurance information to allow us compensation in any way. We ended up without a second car for months because we had to leave it behind in another state to wait for repairs, added expenses, have spent extra time and had added stress ON TOP OF A HUGE LIFE TRANSITION MOVE OUT OF STATE! Now more time being spent in small claims to recoup some of our loss because of HIS MISTAKES that he does not hold himself accountable for. I get it, life is hard and times get tough sometimes but that does not give him the excuse to leave us with the bill because he doesn't want to deal with the repercussions that come with his mistakes (grow up Frank). This behavior is heartless, its immature and its the definition of bad business. Lastly, I don't know how Frank defines "All the Details" - I guess "details" is a subjective term. I personally would rename his business to: "A hint of detail- a lot of dodging" Like I said, run- don't walk. read more

Avoid at all costs! I had Frank come detail my truck in January before I planned to sell it. He used a pressure washer INSIDE of my truck, spraying water underneath the seat and under the steering column and flooded a bunch of electrical components and modules. At first he was apologetic and tried to help fix the situation, but eventually he decided he was "done with this" and left me hanging. I was left without a working vehicle for weeks, I had to change my moving plans and continued to deal with this for MONTHS afterwards. I had taken my truck to 3 different people to work on and when it came time to pay the bill for his moronic mistake, he refused. I now have to take more time to deal with this and go through court to be made whole. Do not use unless you want your vehicle damaged and have to waste time fighting with the person who damaged it. Stop your search. Frank's your guy. I parked a friend's car under a recently-trimmed pine tree, and discovered the next morning that it was covered in a couple hundred blobs of sticky pine tar. Three hours of hand work with Goo-Gone later, and I had cleaned only half the hood. Clearly this needed a professional. I asked three companies for quotes. One sent a sight-unseen quote which didn't fill me with confidence. The second (very nice guy) came to look at the car and gave me a quote but I would have had to take a leap of faith that he could handle this task. And then Frank stopped by in his mobile office. He SHOWED me exactly every step he would take to remove the tar blobs and restore the car's finish. He demonstrated each tool, every solvent, and explained every detailed step of the process he would use. When he was done explaining, there was absolutely no question in my mind that he was the guy I needed to hire. He started the next day and really devoted the time to doing a thorough job. He was clearly working to his own very high standards, because he would point out tiny scuff marks I could barely see and delight in sharing how he would get them out, like he was happily solving a fascinating puzzle.
