I purchased a new Jayco TT and was very pleased with everything until this week. I found out that they lied to me about the extended warranty and several issue that I was told were covered for repairs ARE NOT. I usually do not purchase these types of products but the guy that closed the deal with me (who seemed very trust worthy) UP SOLD it dishonestly. For you new buyers out there, be careful, I asked very direct questions and was told things were covered that are not. The biggest rub is that the service tech that called to tell me nothing is covered said he hears this all the time...sounds like many others have been duped as well. Useless place! Over priced car salesman! Will not negotiate on their high priced campers! What they say is "you're living out of your means" who are they to decide what my means are! You'd think they might want to make a sale and come down a little. Also they will not do warrenty work on your rv or trailer if you did not buy it from them. Even if they sell your brand trailer. Very few RV dealers exist near the San Fernando Valley, so this was a bit of a trek out here to see them. You must enter through the sales office if you want to view the RVs. Of course, that means a sales rep will be on your tail the whole time. At least a had someone knowledgeable! Their selection lacks big time. I was hoping for much more. I bought a 2012 Rv from these guys and this was by the far the best Rv dealer in So Cal I've encountered. As a matter of fact I had gone looking for an RV in late 2010 and then geared up again in 2012. I traveled around So Ca looking to trade in what I had bought from a big RV dealer in Orange county, then I remembered this great Sales Person named Eric and I returned and I had forgotten how great these guys. They are trustworthy, honest and patient. They were cool, never pushed me nor did i feel I was being jerked around by some questionable character looking to make a quick sale. I didn't feel the nagging pressure you get from other dealers, all very laid back. The Salesperson I had was the best, I felt like I was dealing with a buddy. In fact I still chat with him from time to time - I've never done that with another sales person. That's why I went back to him a year and half after I met him. The finance guy, I think it was Steve, was also cool, presented us with options but did not try the scare tactics to get you buy things you don't need. I had an issue with the AC on my rig, they jumped right on it and solved it. Had a few other minor issues and they stuck by their word and resolved it no questions asked. They gave me great trade in price on my rig too. But best of all I love my new Jayco! Can't recommend them and enough and the Jayco products! read more

My wife and I were in the market for a new Travel Trailer and did our research on a number of makes. We decided on Jayco based on their quality, choices, guarantee, price and styles. After reading the Customer reviews on All Valley RV in Acton we drove out there to look at the trailers. Our sales person was Larry Heck a friendly and knowledgable person. We were impressed with two models and went to lunch to decide on the model we wanted. Larry was giving us a fantastic deal with extras that we wanted and he never pushed hard in any way on the sale. After making our choice we left a deposit and signed a Vehicle Purchase Agreement, which is a legal binding contract in CA. Anyway once we got home we then realized that the trailer that we were going to purchase was far too high for both our neighbors and our home by blocking out the windows. Seems we did not take that into consideration in our research. We were disappointed that the trailer would not work out for us. Upon calling Larry and exposing the situation, Larry listened and gave us a full refund on our deposit and was friendly the whole time. We did months of research before we decided on the Jayfeather 23RBM. Our salesman RJ really earned our business. However when we needed a part replaced on the bed the service tech damaged another trim piece. The service department had our new trailer for a month waiting for the replacement piece. The service department dropped the ball and Jayco took too long with the part. Management offered to make things right by having the trailer washed. But when we picked it up but it was filthy. I called to get a quote on selling them my trailer. I understand selling to the dealer is never an ideal situation. I left my information with "Javier" and he promptly called me back. He informed me that my trailer books for around 13K, my bank had already informed it books around 16k. He then proceeds to tell me they are willing to offer me a whopping $4,000 for it. I then asked what the trade in value would be, I was told maybe a thousand more. I expressed my displeasure and hung up on them. Javier took it upon himself to call me back and confront me about hanging up on them, I promptly hung up on him again. read more

I went to All Valley RV, RJ the sale person did a great job. It's when you have to take it in for service. We set everything up on a drop off service date. They had our trailer for over 3 weeks. I sent it in for several minor repairs. 1. Decals on front where stating to peel off , was like that from day 1 2. Thermostat not working, have to remove cover plate to work it. 3. Hydraulic Jack's not leveling properly. 4. Fuel station has gage not working.. 5. Back up camera not in alignment. 6. Seal on back ramp door was tore. When I came back to pick it up I was told everything was done except the deacals for the front of trailer, still waiting for dealer to send , at this time it was over 4 months since we bought the trailer and was told they would get new ones. So I took the trailer home and went camping next day. When I got to camp site , I went to lower hydraulic Jack's and nothing happened. Discovered my batteries were dead. I had to go purchase a battery jumper. Then I noticed the gas gage was still not working and also the thermostat was still broken and not working. When I called. Then I called ALL VALLEY RV , this is what I was told , that the service guy wouldn't say he fixed them if he didn't. If everything was fixed then why aren't they working. I was told the service guy only added water to batteries, I had good batteries when I brought it to them or why add water. Then I was told they couldn't do anything for the thermostat just add a drop of water to the sponges on the controls and that would help it work. Was told to bring it back and they would fix it. I haven't brought it back as they don't seem to understand the time it takes and gas to bring it because they don't do there job right. The front decals are still not in and it beens 8 months now. We just bought a 2017 Jayco Coach from All Valley and Rick was our sales guy. Could not have found a nicer, knowledgeable, friendlier sales person. Here is a sales person who actually gave us his cell phone number if we had questions or problems. He set us up at a camp site when we left with our new coach. Found a couple of issues, and he took care of it immediately. Felipe walked us thru our coach, and he was the most patient guy. Answered our questions, no matter how many times we asked the same question. This is our first coach ever, we are retired, so of course nervous. Thank goodness for Rick!!!! 2013 Wildcat 5'er, 1st long trip, 3,600 miles. Didn't have a tire pressure monitoring system on my rig (My bad) lost a tire, aka: $1,500 worth of body work. Regina, Craig, Adrian and the staff gave me back a rig that's looks brand new. The work was so good, that a customer had even asked the question if they had started selling Wildcats again. I purchased a Ragen X 25ft FBX Toyhauler from All Valley RV after checking out many other dealerships and found the best salesmen and staff working there, they were very friendly and not pushy about selling me a trailer. I visited the sales lot many times before my final purchase and I found that they had the best product and prices out of the many I looked at previously. When I decided one a trailer the salesmen, financial staff and all the rest involved in the delivery of my trailer were exceptional at answering my many questions. My trailer has been wonderful to me and is easy to pull and set up which is very important to me since I am an older lady that likes to travel and be self sufficient. I am filing a complaint about one of your dealerships. Several months ago I took my 31UL Jayco Precept in for service, I was told it would be done in about 10 days, needless to say it turned into 6 weeks, 4 of those weeks all they did was move it in and out of they're lot. At the 6 week mark, I told them I was going to come and pick it up, to which they started work on it. Then today (6/20/17) I called to schedule an appointment, for the 5th, but was told that they would not be able to start working on it until the 10th as they only have one tech. I asked where all they're techs were, Sarah replied "at they're Lancaster store". I told her that the time frame was unacceptable as I am a "Full time RV'er". Please keep in mind the dealership is next door to where I live. So now I have to drive 60 miles away to a Camping World in Bakersfield that is willing to service my rig, even though I didn't buy it there. I really felt like I got the raw end of the deal. I called back All Valley to cancel my appointment, and Regina's reply was "awesome" I was appalled by her response. I tried to make a call to the owner Troy Padget, I am still awaiting his return call. I believe All Valley RV is a direct reflection on Jayco. How can I refer people there to buy from them, if I didn't get the service I would expect for spending the amount of money I did. Had I known I would receive this kind of service I more than likely would have not purchased from them and continued shopping elsewhere. I received a response to my complaint, saying Troy would be calling me shortly. Well, I'm still waiting. I saw him at the store the other day and do think that would have reminded him to contact me? No! I'm very let down. I have 2 coworkers that are shopping for an RV. Yes, I referred them else where. They will be shopping at Bobby Wayne's. All Valley RV Center is not a recreational vehicle dealer I would buy from or recommend others to purchase from. Their main goal is to just move products off their lots a outrageously high marked up prices. When I went in with my wife, the sales personnel was not of the best informed. They would try to misinform us on how our vehicle's tow package was not well suited for any type of towing and how it was installed incorrectly, and how it was imperative to have it replace by the product they sell. The tow package on my vehicle is a factory installed package with trailer brake controls. Another very negative aspect of dealing with All Valley RV Center, is that the sells personnel was very pushy to try to make a sell. When the numbers of the travel trailer seemed over-priced, my wife and I consulted the manufacture for the true product sell price. The dealers sell priced was marked up by over 20%. When confronting the sales personnel about the high mark up, they became unprofessional and with us by ridiculing us and the data we had found. Once we tried to get up and leave, they would try to keep us inside their and continue with attempting to engage in negotiating. My wife and I left All Valley RV Center, with no interest to purchase from them or ever returning to them ever. We HIGHLY recommend other customers to shop around and not even consider All Valley RV Center as an option. There are many other RV dealers to consult, although it may be a commute, the commute is far more worth it that to deal with this local dealer. read more

Unless these guys are willing to come down on their prices, they are overpriced on their campers and they make you call to find out their "sales price." But then EVERY human being should know that right? I just purchased a NEW 2014 Jayco White Hawk 20 MRB (not even remotely used) across the border for $20,900. These guys have one on their lot for almost $31,000. Talk about profit! Jayco doesn't even list these things for that much on their website. Granted the dealership can set their own prices once they get them from Jayco, but that's outrageous. Unless they're giving you top dollar on your trade and/or waving some things, they need to do a bit better. I saved almost $10 grand in another location and it was worth it. There are too many places out there desperate to move their inventory and actually quite nicer. Oh, and by the way, stay away from salesman "Troy Padgett." He's a real jerk. No class at all and your typical salesman. He actually insulted me when I told him that I got a better deal elsewhere and then he tagged his email back to me with, "Happy trails in your White Hawk!!!!" What a loser. No wonder people hate California. I hope his boss sees this review and if he IS the boss then steer clear of All Valley RV Center in Acton, CA. read more

Very friendly sales, parts, and finance staff, and they gave me a good price on our new travel trailer. BUT, the mark of a good dealership is not how they treat you before or even during the sale, but how they treat you AFTER the sale. When we took our RV home off the lot, we noticed a funny smell in the trailer and there was no power at all. So, we plugged the RV power cord into our RV power outlet that we had professionally installed a few months back by a very reputable local licensed electrician. The trailer started smoking and the electrical went haywire. We promplty unplugged the power cord and cut all sources of power. We quickly called All Valley RV and they said we had plugged the power cord into a bad outlet; one with too much power causing a power overload on the converter. So, we took the RV in for repair and All Valley was able to cover the shorted out microwave under warranty, but not the power converter ($291) since it was our fault for plugging it into a bad outlet. OK, fair enough, until I had my electrician come back to double-check the outlet after we brought the RV back home. He was 100% certain the outlet was fine and was only supplying the necessary power. In fact, he was so certain, he plugged in the RV power cord again, and what do you know, everything worked perfectly. We ran the TV, the AC, and the appliances for a good 15 minutes with no problems at all. When I told All Valley RV, they still insisted the outlet was bad and was supplying too much power. I said, then how come the new converter you just replaced isn't overheating and smoking like the previous one? If the outlet is bad and supplying too much power, wouldn't this converter and every future one get vaporized too? They didn't have an answer for me, just that it wasn't a bad converter to begin with and that it was still basically my fault, BUT IT WAS A BAD CONVERTER!! They did, after some negotation on my part, give me back $250 in store credit, which is the only thing preventing this from being a 1-star review. They would not refund the $291 new converter cost and acted like they were doing me a favor with the store credit. Again, I think there are good, friendly people that work at All Valley RV, but they shoud not be so quick to blame their customers when problems like this come up. I am very disappointed in how we were treated AFTER the sale, so for that reason, I would NOT recommend this dealership. read more

Bad service, go to BOBBY WAYNES IN LANCASTER, CA instead, very unprofessional, regardless of credit rating did not do anything in assisting with finance. just wanted cash up front, did not even show trailer RV that we are interested in, he just pointed at the trailer lot and said go look and see what you like of instead being with us and answering questions. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVEN TO MY ENEMIES... thats how much poor service this place has to offer !!! read more

I went to the dealership today to purchase a travel trailer cash money. i was at the dealership for about 45 min. and not one hello or canI help you.I walked through the showroom into the yard. Walked in and out of most of the trailers they had on the lot. i saw one sale man look at me but he was with another customer. Thats fine. The trailer i went to buy was in the showroom. One sales person got the attention of another one to let him know that someone was in the trailer. And still no one came. Two families came in 40 min after me and both was greeted and helped as i stood outside of the trailer i was going to buy. enough was enough i walked out the door made eye contact with two employees and still not even a HELLO. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. read more
