Excellent excellent service!!! Armando special ordered a Fastway specialty shank that Fastway said I needed based on receiver tube height and trailer coupler height. After installing the new shank to the hitch head, I found that I couldn't level the truck nor trailer and the worst part was that I only had 4 inches of ground clearance to the bottom of the shank. I reverted back to the original E2 shank that came with my 6k hitch. I called Armando the next day and asked for some hitch help and he said I could come by and talk with John their hitch expert. At no cost, John spent 30 mins with us inspecting and advising our weight distribution setup. He explained to us that the specialy shank we bought would be ok if we were planning to lift our truck by 6 inches. He said that the setup was just fine since the truck was level and that the trailer was within the 3 inches of being level. Also mentioning that he'd prefer the trailer slightly higher in the front than lower in the front. This is due to tail shimmy when trailers are towed when the front is lower than the back. Additionally, he advised us on where we could go to get our LP tanks recertified since we didn't have OPD valves. He did find an issue w our locking coupler that we are going to have him repair in the upcoming weeks. Overall, his safety tips and towing insight were extremely helpful. After John completed his inspection, I made my way back to Armando in parts to talk to him about the special ordered shank. In general, I would think special orders typically mean no returns. I told Armando about the situation and without hesitation he said no problem with returning it. Thank you Armando for letting me return this $100 special order Fastway shank. I recently came back from a vacation and my Travel Trailer slide motor died. I have already made reservations with another campground (I'm retired) and needed the slide motor fixed. I called camping world and they could not fit me in until the end of October. I called All Valley RV and they told me to come right in. I went in and they were able to get the parts next day and they fixed the motor in one day. From appointment to pick up everything was great. Usually, the story ends there. This time, I decided to leave my tung jack down as I pulled away. Of course, the jack leg bent comply over. I went back inside and asked if they could help. The service guy walked me over to the parts department and Craig said they had one and he could install it right then. I think Craig is the parts manager. If you didn't buy your RV from them they will not take outside people in for service work/warranty. even though they are authorized to work on my make a model trailer. Not friendly either. read more

RJ was outstanding!! Went to look at travel trailers by myself during the week and he showed me everything I wanted to see and also showed me the differences between same floor plans but different makes and models. Didn't have my wife with me, that weekend we went to all the "other" huge RV stores and sales persons where not as forthcoming as RJ was. I eventually came back with my wife and we purshaed our trailer from RJ and All Valley RV. Everyone that works there always have a smile and are very helpful from the service department to the parts department. Great job. Will be coming back here again when we are ready to upgrade. read more

I recently purchased a used Jayco from All Valley RV which I feel was not properly prepped for resale. I have already spent several hundred dollars repairing items which should have been caught by their reconditioning people. On a recent road trip to Illinois, I was advised that 4 of the tires were 9 years old, based on DOT numbers, and severely cracked, which I saw for myself. I recently requested reimbursement for only the tires as I feel tires are a very important safety item which I should have been able to rely on when I bought the RV. I have not heard one word from the dealership. My advice - - - - - be careful, be very careful!!!! read more

I've owned my own retail business for 38 yrs and have always believed that great customer service is just good common sense practice to be successful and run a happy and satisfying business but really have never found a business that reminded me of me until now. I purchased my fifth wheel from All Valley a couple of months ago and after the 2nd outing had a water pump problem, I live 50 miles away from All Valley so I brought it in on a Monday and picked it up on Friday, but when I unhitched and leveled in my driveway I found that The pump was making a loud noise, so bummed out I called and spoke to Craig in service and he really felt terrible and said maybe I should bring it back, but being so far away I asked if they could send a tech out to find the problem and fix it in my driveway and I really felt I was probably asking too much. Craig said he would speak to his boss on Monday and I would get a call back on Monday( I really didn't think that would happen) but it did, 2 hours later the tech showed up replaced the water pump with a higher quality one on their dime and the problem is resolved. For these guys to step up to the plate and treat me like being a customer really is important to them is VERY impressive and now have a customer for life, and I will spread the word. So Jayco finally got all the necessary parts to our dealer so the repairs could begin. Regina our service rep at All Valley has been great at keeping us in the loop. They replaced/upgraded our factory in dash stereo and replaced awning parts which had been failing. The service folks addressed all of our issues and everything seems to work great. In a few weeks we will get on the road and give the coach a thorough shake down. We have appreciate the quality of service we have received. All Valley doesn't build these coaches, they sell them and fix them. Yes my coach has been back for the same issue a few times, yes it's a 70 mile trip one way for service, but many problems arise on a new RV. This can be frustrating but the important thing to me how the problems are dealt with. All Valley (Regina) genuinely make good faith efforts to fix what's broken and that's what matters. Hopefully we have made it through the bulk of our new motorhome fixes...... We'll see! read more

I never write reviews, but after the purchase I made at all valley, I was compelled to. All they care about is selling you an RV. Felt rushed throughout the whole experience. Was misinformed on many different levels of RV mainatence and proper procedure. For example, I asked if they sanitized the fresh water system. They said no, that is bad for the RV. I read on every RV forum their is, and all of them state to sanitize 4 times a year with bleach and water mixture. Even says it right at the water fill and in the RV manual. Also another example is how they mounted the hitch on the RV. Was so badly put on that I felt like I was going to crash on the way home. When I got home I had to reinstall it myself. I even informed them that they put it on wrong but they insisted it was done right. I was also lied to about 20 other things just to make the technicians life easier. Whoever did the walk through did a horrible job and left things disastrous. When they flushed winterizing fluid they did not even clean up the mess that they left, fluid was splattered all over the low drain point. Just too many problems to bring up. I was almost reluctant to buy, but I went through with it because they were the only dealer with the model I wanted. The only person I thought was ok was the finance guy. read more
