Rude customer service. My son insisted in going in to browse for guitar items. Sure enough they…read morehave plenty of new guitars, unknown brand all for $120 and the bald guy said he could sell it for $90. We came back the next day and my son wanted to get the $90 guitar and asked what was the return policy was (mind you this was a 12 yrs old planning to use his yearly saving buying guitar). And this bald guy rolled his eyes "if youre not sure I dont even wanna sell it to you." What a non compassionate unprofessional rude customer service. No wonder the only thriving things this business does was making money out of others' misery. I told my son he could take his time thinking over it first, and this guy was shrugging his shoulders and said "i dont care, I have a lot of new guitars."
