We traded in two vehicles, so this wasn't a simple deal. There were a lot of moving parts. Chuy handled the front end with patience and zero pressure. He actually listened to what our family needed and made the experience feel relaxed and personal. Behind the scenes, Nick helped structure everything so the numbers worked -- and somehow our monthly payment didn't increase, even with the upgrade to a full-size Expedition. That mattered to us. The whole process felt straightforward and honest. No games. No surprises. Just people who know what they're doing and care about getting it right. We brought the Expedition home and our kids looked like it was Christmas morning. Nicolle is still talking about how smooth everything went. After this experience, we wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else but Planet Ford Dallas. Chuy and Nick earned that loyalty.

The sales process was smooth, efficient, and overall one of the better vehicle purchases I've had. Unfortunately, things changed once I needed service. At just 6,000 miles, I experienced a serious issue with the truck. About a week ago, I was stopped at a red light and, when the light turned green, I pressed the accelerator but the truck wouldn't move. After a brief moment, it returned to normal, so I didn't think much of it. Then last night, while driving home from Walmart, the same thing happened again, except this time it was much worse. Multiple warning lights came on stating that several systems had malfunctioned, and the truck went into what appeared to be a reduced-power mode. I couldn't drive more than 50 MPH, and every time I pressed the accelerator, the truck would sputter, hesitate, or simply not respond with any power. In my opinion, that's a major safety concern, especially with the amount of traffic we deal with in the DFW area. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is a truck that cost close to $90,000. For a vehicle at that price point, having these kinds of major drivability and safety-related issues at only 6,000 miles is ridiculous and incredibly disappointing. I understand that defects can happen, but when you're spending nearly $90K on a premium truck, you expect both the vehicle and the support behind it to be significantly better. When I contacted the service department, I expected at least some sense of urgency. Instead, I was told my only option was to drop the truck off and wait approximately three days just for diagnostics because they are backed up. To make matters worse, my service advisor wasn't particularly friendly and showed very little concern about the situation, even after reviewing my vehicle information and seeing that multiple fault codes had been triggered. The dealership also had no loaner vehicles available, meaning I would be without transportation during the entire process. First impressions matter, and it's disappointing that I haven't even made it to my first scheduled service before having this kind of experience with the service department. While the sales team earned my business, the service experience has left me seriously questioning whether I'll return to this dealership for future maintenance or repairs. A great purchase experience means very little if the dealership isn't there for its customers when a serious problem arises.

My wife was told they operate by appointment only after driving two hours to come look at a car. What do they do after being told this, harass, name-call, generally act unprofessional. All of this is based on their dislike for "tire-kickers". Truly the worst experience with a car broker dealer I have ever had and that's saying something. Before the typical "you aren't a customer" retort, never got to be they don't have the cars available so I was not able to come see the vehicle. A month later by the way is when they reached out to harass us. Actually had to call the police to get them to leave my wife alone. Unreal. Listen to the reviews don't work with these people. Refuse to give you their names so you even know who you are talking to either.

I provided all necessary documents well in advance and gave them more than enough time to verify everything, including valid licensing. Despite that, nothing was properly reviewed or followed up on. Communication was confusing, inconsistent, and frankly made me question whether the person on the other end even understood basic procedures. If you're looking for clear, competent, and responsible service -- this is not the company to trust. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to think twice. My experience revealed a serious lack of attention to detail, poor decision-making, and a troubling absence of accountability. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that treat people with the professionalism and basic respect every client deserves.

The truck was doctored up so much that by the time we got it to the shop it needed a new engine, new radiator, and multiple other repairs. Not to mention the fact that the battery that was in it was not the right size or type so that had to be replaced before we could get it to the repair shop. Clyde would never return phone calls, texts or emails. Has not made good on anything that was discussed once we did get a hold of him after a week of trying. He and Corbin are not trust worthy and this dealer should be avoided at all cost.

He now has refused to sign the title; but he sure did cash my check for $12,000.00. Clyde was insistent on cash as opposed to a check. Clearly, he is hiding alot more than the fact that he screws people in business deals. Disgusted, Dirk Atkinson

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Go Luxury…read more I scheduled an appointment in advance to see and test drive a specific vehicle. During my phone conversation with the salesperson, I made it very clear that my purpose for coming in was to see the car and take it for a test drive, and an appointment was set accordingly. When I arrived, I spent time answering numerous questions about what I was looking for in my purchase. My salesperson then told me he needed to speak with his manager, which I thought was odd, but ok. He then took me to the vehicle and reviewed all of its features and options. After investing that time, I asked if we could take the car for a test drive, only to be told that his manager would not allow it because I had mentioned I only had about 30 minutes available. Apparently, that violated their policy for test driving certain vehicles. Had this policy been disclosed during my initial phone call, I could have planned accordingly or chosen not to make the trip. Instead, I took time out of my workday, drove to the dealership for a scheduled appointment, and left without being able to do the one thing I specifically came to do. For a dealership that sells luxury vehicles, I expected a much higher level of customer service, communication, and professionalism. The entire experience left a very bad impression, and unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending this dealership to others.

Most of the reviews on yelp are written shortly after the purchase, but I think it's more helpful to hear from people a few months down the line. Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. But when our 2008 Honda Civic finally bites the dust, you'd can be certain our replacement vehicle will be from BBC Motorsports.
