We had a great brunch at the newly renovated Loca Luna! Vibes are high, food tasty, service friendly! Shrimp and grits were great and the perfect portion size! Highly recommend! Ask for Antonio to be your server!!

Food is incredible. We love the classic lobster bisque and Caesar salad. The bread is delicious too. Super cute aesthetic for a day date! Service was great.

The food is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The service is decent but a little shaky. I've been twice and had to wait almost 5 to 8 minutes before a server came to the table. It was worth the wait though, and the food is consistently good! Get the Ole south skillet with a croissant instead of a biscuit. Thank me later

I had the pork chop and it was very good. The place was really busy and it took a long time to get the food and even longer to pay the tab. My wife had the roast beef and while it tasted pretty good, it was very cold and soupy. The Mac and cheese was very dry and crunchy. Needs moisture. Very loud tonight.

Came here for brunch. Would def recommend making a reservation. I was disappointed that what I wanted to order was out. I wanted the Louisiana breakfast bowl and they were all sold out of the crawfish étouffée. However I still ordered it without, it still had the potatoes and eggs and crabcake and I got it with the spicy sauce that comes on the crabcakes instead. It was very good. I would like to come back and order it again when all the ingredients are in stock. My date had the chicken and waffles and loved them. The chicken was very juicy on the inside. My one complaint was the drinks. If you order a flavored margarita do not say on the rocks. I ordered a peach margarita on the rocks but the waiter did not inform me that it is a pre-mixed frozen margarita and he brought it to me in a glass with extra liquid poured into it so it separated and was very disgusting. I had to send it back and I never do that with drinks. But he should've informed me it was already frozen. Other than the drinks, the food was very good.

we were visiting Little Rock for the first time and our hosts had suggested the place next door, unfortunately it had an hour wait so we walked over to Loca Luna and were seated immediately. The Bloody Marys look great but I have to watch my sodium so I was unable to partake although everyone else enjoyed theirs. Our friends ordered the Breakfast Pizza which I don't even think was on the menu but seems to be a standard option if you know about it. I ordered the Frenchman cast iron bowl which sounded good, buttered sautéed spinach, ham and hollandaise on top of croissant. it was ok but it was lacking seasoning. My Boo got the LA Blowout, which was delicious w/ a crispy lobster crab cake topped with étouffée on top of a biscuit. Service seemed off, it was hard to find our waitress and we had to ask others for napkins, etc. We will return and do recommend this place.

I've been coming to this place for nearly 30 years. It has been a staple of good food my whole adult life. My husband and I went in today (Saturday) for brunch. There wasn't a crowd at all. We were very surprised as Loca Luna has been a hot spot for EVER! In my view there were 10 empty tables and 5 tables of 4 or less. The food took longer than we have ever experienced at this restaurant and we ordered very basic menu options. The waitress kept apologizing but we couldn't tell if it was the kitchens fault or the waitress' fault. We ordered Cheese Dip, Biscuits and gravy, and a mahi sandwich. With it being so dead, we thought we'd get our food pretty quick. But no, we waited and waited. We noticed that another couple that sat just before we did got up and left. When our food arrived the normally best cat head biscuits in the world were hard and the magi sandwich was way over cooked. We were so surprised. Then we got the bill and noted that we were charged 17% gratuity for a party of two. Let me say here that I have been a waitress before and I tip very well. Typically 20%. But to be forced to pay 17% gratuity for terrible food and terrible service is not ok. A set gratuity means that the staff aren't being held responsible for their service. After almost 30 years, we are sad to say we won't be back. Very sad. We recommend this place to everyone we know!

I've had this spot bookmarked for quite a bit, so the hubs and I found last night to be a perfect opportunity to stop in for post-dinner drinks and a dessert! While I definitely look forward to returning for dinner and brunch, I had a blast cozying up to the bar with Heather (bartender extraordinaire)! She was absolutely great! I ordered the Cherry Limeade for Adults (as the sign reads... lol) and the hubs had somethin'-or-other and ginger ale-- not the name, but I honestly didn't really pay attention as he rarely orders off the drink menu (which is annoying to me)! I digress. As I was saying, the cherry limeade is the bomb! It's sweet and slightly sour, is served in a cute, decorated tin cup, and packs a wallop! -- It's sneaky... You'll never know what hit ya'! (Just the way I like it!) For dessert, he settled on the apple crumble! It's buttery, and served warm with cinnamon ice cream-- DIVINE! Heather brought out the dessert tray, graciously showed and talked us through the offerings, and left us to decide. While making our decision, my neighbor at the bar chimed in and shared her favorites to help us decide claiming that she's "tried them all and she would know!" Cool, worked for me! We settled on the aforementioned dessert, and I took a liking to said neighbor, so we gabbed on a on until she finally asked how I liked the crumble. (It was almost gone at this point) I replied that I loved it and Heather chimed in that it was her (my neighbor, Lynn) recipe. WHAT??!! Hers? The lady at the bar? Imagine my eyes darting back and forth from Heather to Lynn. Lol! My neighbor was the owner, who just happened to be at the bar having dinner with her husband (Mark, the other owner) right next to us. What an organically authentic meeting! Love it when that happens! Anywho, long story longer, Lynn was great and selfies were taken! I failed to mention to her that I am a Yelper and would be Yelping this entire experience, so I guess she wasn't the only one keeping secrets. She'll find out soon enough! :0) Can't wait to go back for more! Great first experience at Loca Luna!

Well, I am happy to report that it IS true, that Petit & Keet is an outstanding restaurant. We made it in, in time for their terrific happy hour at the bar. Packed at 5:00 PM on a Tuesday (who woulda thunk that?) we were able to squeeze in and jump in on their goodies. The HH Menu was so appealing we would up just tasting several things; for starters, their signature frozen drink, the Peechy Keet, was absolutely phenomenal (it might also be because it was over 100 degrees outside). Not too sweet, nicely fruity and packing a punch. The Crudites was atypical with a larger assortment of veggies (including some tasty Sheshido peppers) and a really, unique and delish hummus. Next up; the Tuna Tostada. This could actually be my favorite item on the menu; sashimi grade tuna on a larger Tostada, perfectly marinated. Yummy. We topped things off with the Empanadas' that were also delectable; plenty of filling, not overly fried so as to be firm but chewable. I can't believe we wound up being stuffed, and sadly, it prevented us from diving into what looked like some wonderful entrees. Next time! A special note to the management; your bartender (sorry, her name escapes me, but she's in the pic with my wife and me) was as phenomenal as the food & drink (and the decor; sorry I hadn't mentioned that before, but it is a lovely space). She was everything (and more) for what someone behind the bar should be, an expert concotionist, professional, fun (and funny) and on top of everything at a packed bar/restaurant. Can you say "deserves a raise" with me? Also, loved the story of the place on the menu. It feels great to see a local place like Petit and Keet deliver top notch food, service and environment.

(We ask every year) Not expecting them to honor it because it's a BIG ASK in food service - they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We were given champagne and they made a rum cake for us! We were crying with gratitude, the hostesses and wait staff were crying, and it will be an anniversary to remember. The ambiance and decor was edgy and modern. You could actually have a conversation while it not being too quiet or too loud. Oh and the food was fantastic! We ordered crispy rice cabbage salad () a patty melt, Khao Soi, and two cocktails. Unbelievable quality. Even better service! Our waitress, Parker, was knowledgable about everything on the menu, suggested the fries (don't skip those), and very attentive. We will be back.

It needed more of a Thai punch. I get it, people here have a soft palate but come on lol. I added some extra gochujang, chili flakes, and Thai chili to elevate it and all that made it work. Those wings though are outstanding! Extra crispy and hot to order. I prefer wet wings but the fun does come into the dipping process and their sauces. The burger looked fantastic and tasted good. The bun just doesn't stand a chance, it'll become moist from the heat and not stand on its own. But I still give that a 7/10. I am eager to come back and try other things. It felt like we were catching up with an old friend, even though we'd only met him once--more than a year ago. The biggest surprise, though, was the sweet potatoes! Randy explained how they're prepared, and let's just say it's far beyond my kitchen skills--which means I'll definitely be back for them. We ended the meal with the blueberry bread pudding topped with vanilla ice cream, and it was the perfect finish. Paired with the delicious cocktail Randy recommended, I was in heaven. Meanwhile, a manager was standing at the end of the bar the whole time, seemingly aimless, and never stepped in to redirect her or check on us despite how obvious the situation was. After several minutes with no drinks and no acknowledgment, I had to walk over to the hostess stand myself just to get a menu. Twenty minutes in, we still hadn't received our drinks, so we told her to cancel the order and let her know we were leaving. She genuinely seemed surprised when we explained how long we'd been waiting, which was surprising in itself given she was the one who left us sitting there -- and the manager standing right there did nothing to help. So when I finally got the chance to stop by for an early dinner with a friend, I was excited. Unfortunately, the reality of the experience just didn't live up to the expectations. The two stars are strictly for the vibes--because eating outside under the stars on a warmed patio in the fall? That was beautiful. The atmosphere was exactly what I wanted: cozy, inviting, and perfect for a chill evening. Our server team was friendly, and everyone committed to us having a nice time there--including the cooks. But the food? Completely unseasoned. Everything was cooked well, but there was zero flavor. I mean, none. It felt like whoever made it had all the technique in the world but forgot to add even a pinch of salt. And because I met the cook, I'd venture to guess that's how Red Door told him to cook it. I'm pretty sure he seasons his food at home. For a place I had been waiting so long to try, the lack of flavor was a huge turnoff--especially since this spot ain't cheap. If you're coming for the ambiance, you'll have a great time. Just grab some appetizers and you'll be good to go. But if you're coming for flavorful food that makes you want to come back?
