I had her add chocolate and graham crackers which was really good, but I would probably forego the chocolate next time because it slightly overpowered the really nice marshmallow ice cream. It would have been amazing too with just the graham cracker. The service wasn't bad, we were second in line and got our ice cream pretty quickly. Not much ambiance to speak of, you order at the takeout window (much like a similar chain ice cream place) and then they do have a handful of picnic tables around back, so that is cool when you don't want ice cream melting in your car. I wish there were a few larger tables since all of them are made for four and I generally only come with groups of 5 or 6 and we feel bad moving tables, so we just end up all squeezing together after swiping chairs from another table. Although I love everything I have ever tasted that she makes, her pop tarts are super unique. And they are DELICIOUS. I've now tried strawberry, blueberry, and chocolate and they are all phenomenal. We were able to schedule an order to pickup about a week later, and she is so nice about being willing to make an assortment of flavors, and even packaging her new "pecan pie" ones separately, just in case anyone has an allergy. Love it! Little things like that go a long way in my book as far as service goes. The shop is small, but very cute. I love how woodsy and earthy everything looks. Her cake stands are round slices of wood and she has cute earthy decor all around. This meant that we had to either trust other customer reviews on vendors or beg vendors to setup meetings all on the one Sunday we were scheduled to be in town before the wedding. Katherine was willing to work with us. She made us the most perfect package of cake samples I've ever seen. She had slices of most of her cake flavors cut into bite size pieces and labeled along with several small, labeled containers of frostings and fillings. We were able to grab this little box and take it with us to be sampled later that evening. The cake was great and estimate was very affordable. We ordered a three tier cake. Chocolate and white chocolate swirl on two layers and lemon and vanilla swirl on the third. All three were sandwiched with Bavarian cream. Katherine arrived in a timely fashion on the day of the wedding, arranged some flowers we'd left for her perfectly, and placed our topper. The cake was SO GOOD!
