After looking at it, I will say the food looked very "southern style" which isn't very appetizing to look at, but if made right, will taste great. So, I started with a chicken thigh, their chopped pork, and a couple of hush puppies. Those hush puppies were some of the best I've had in a very long time - AMAZING! The chopped pork was smokey and so tasty - I ended up going back for more of this! The chicken was moist, tender, and tasty. I really liked this first portion so much, I went back to try their slaw and a lot more pork, as well as some more of those hush puppies. I have to say - this place is offering a nice deal for this buffet... so, go try it! I'm not able to comment of their other BBQ or smoked meat offerings, as I didn't try anything else. And generally, I'm not fond of NC style BBQ, which this type of chopped pork resembled, but I will say, I was very impressed. The service was very friendly and "down home style" too... They even had some nice police-friendly things on display, which is something I truly appreciate about true, sincere, decent folk! I'd definitely return!

She even gave me a few teas to take home to try! After an already delicious meal, top notch hospitality, this just took it off the charts.
