I made a reservation on the website for a Saturday afternoon. I couldn't get to spots together so I called and the girl was so helpful with confirming we could go together. We arrived and got a free beverage which was yummy. I got a flavored tea. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than other salons. The salon is cute and super spacious with plenty of seats. My sister had a thing with her tech cause she didn't ask her which pedi package she wanted. The girl popped an attitude when my sister nicely asked her for the package she wanted. It was weird. I get so frustrated when massages aren't done properly or for the stated length of time. The menu says you get a 7 minute hot stone massage and mine was LITERALLY 45 seconds. I timed it. See photo attached. Like really? Plus the massages for lotion and sugar scrub were also less than 1 minute. We got mani's next and my girl was amazing. She is the manager of the store and so funny. I love how my nails turned out. I also asked for a mani and the dip but she explained they are not included which I learned! She asked how our pedis were and I was truthful. She apologized and ended up giving us a discount which was very sweet.

I came in with a set from another salon and needed a fill and pedicure. Brian did an amazing job with my nails. To the extent that he will be replacing my GO TO nail lady. Lol. Lee did my pedicure and once I told her I how I liked my french toes done, She mastered it on the first try. This will be my new spot from here on out.

I showed them the picture again and without hesitation, they talked about what they needed to do differently and changed it! They were so nice about it and my toes came out just like the picture. Very unfortunate having spent $150+ total on both hands and feet, and because I was a little skeptical about the liquid gel extension alternative the offered since they don't do gel-x. Also because the nail broke on the day before I left for my weeklong vacation. It didn't break from some sort of excess pressure or trauma to my finger, I just looked down and the whole tip was gone. I can see now that the layer of gel overlay on that nail is quite thin which is probably why.

I had two nails break within 24 hours of my original appointment, so I texted on Monday to ask if there was any availability to get them fixed that day. I was told there was an opening at 11:00 and was booked with my original nail tech. I even made it clear that if he wasn't available, I was completely fine with anyone else fixing the two broken nails. I arrived around 11:06, and when I walked in, I overheard one of the nail techs say that I was scheduled for 11:15, which was confusing because that was not the time I was given through text. I then sat and waited for about 30-40 minutes with absolutely no communication about the delay. I completely understand that salons get busy, and I would have been totally fine waiting 15-20 minutes if someone had simply communicated that to me. The frustrating part was being told I had an 11:00 appointment, then waiting 30-40 minutes for two broken nails to be fixed without anyone letting me know what was going on or how much longer it would be. I'm disappointed because I genuinely love this salon and have had great experiences here before. I just think communication could have made this situation much better. If you're running behind, please let your clients know instead of scheduling them for a time when they may end up waiting much longer. I had other plans today, and spending 40 minutes waiting without any explanation was frustrating.
