I requested to come in with her into the branch to pick them up. I was surprised when the person whom we spoke Rysheim H. alleged Fidelity does not make copies of tax forms for customers. We simply went to another Fidelity branch (the one in Campbell) where the staff there was happy to make copies for us. Go figure. My conclusion is this office on N 1st St, San Jose is incompetent, and will make any excuse to not work for their customers.
