We got confirmation that they ran our credit and our paystub information. A week goes by and we hear nothing, I asked my SO to reach out and he did. The lady Irene told my SO there is a pet policy he needs to sign ( we don't have a pet) and that we are all set after that. Another few days go by and nothing. So I reach out to the number provided during the booking of the showing, no response. So now it has been almost 2 weeks since we submitted our applications and nada. I decided to reach out today and ask again. Below is the text message I received, even after giving my name preemptively, they still asked. Ironically it wasn't denied until I reached out, and they sent me a denial letter for an address I didn't even apply to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUISNESS TO ANYONE TRYING TO RENT A PROPERTY, they are literally just after the application fees and won't tell you they won't approve your application until after they deny you and won't refund your fees per their "policy"

This is my second time renting a home with Intempus…read more Interaction: Intempus team is professional and yet has been very flexible and accommodating to unforeseen situations. Maintenance: Each time their team has been really responsive to my requests and have taken care of problems thoroughly with follow up before and after. Overall, everyone I have worked with at Intempus, from the leasing agent (e.g. Lawrence Zuniga) to the maintenance team (e.g. Roberto) have been really great. It has been quite welcome to have these been taken care of so well so I can focus on living.

They've changed the billing collection company, so every time you have to figure out how to pay the new dues. The billing software that you use has lots of bugs, so even if you set it to auto-pay, it will keep charging you additional fees. I am truly sorry if this is a company you have to deal with. If any HOA board members are reading this, please do not sign up this company to manage your building. It will get absolutely trashed. They will not do any maintenance or upkeep, and your property values will plummet.
