He was able to immediately assess where the access point was, isolated the rodent, and then sealed off the access point so that nothing could return. He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. Be warned, this company sets up the traps on the yard.. Which leads to me believe, their goal is to catch any animal living near by on your property. .. to maximize their revenue potential. They charge based on the total number of trips made returned to remove the trapped animals. So their revenue potential is endless if you live in an area with lot of animals. Plus they only use 3 traps. They could easily use 5 or 6 traps since their traps aren't that big and heavy since they are plastic. But since the revenue potential is in removing the trapped animals, they only use 3 to be able to make more return trips .

And he noted that he'd be happy to come treat for the first type of bug, but with the latter they wouldn't need to treat at all. He said they'd go away on their own with a consistent temperature drop and wouldn't cause us any harm. He literally replied with honesty that would likely result in his not getting any business from us at all. That's the kind of integrity we don't see a lot of these days. Had to get out my ladder and use one of my broom handles to remove a birds nest from the vent. Only thing he did was to spray sterilizer into the vent to kill any bugs or bacteria from droppings. Didn't have any vent covers, told me I had to go to Home Depot to purchase them and put them on myself. What did I pay for?!?!?! Use them at your peril and your wallet.

I called to ask for more information about their services and they answered all of my questions without any pressure to sign up. I appreciated that they explained in advance which products they would use and gave me a realistic timeline on how quickly we'd see results. Once I signed up, they were able to send someone within a few days. Their service technician Brad showed up right at the start of the 2 hour window and he was truly courteous and professional. He told us which products he was using and how they worked, and gave us a fact sheet as well as some pre-baited traps to use if we saw more ant activity inside the home. He also removed wasp nests and even filled a small hole in the crawlspace vent on the exterior of our house, which I feel was really going above and beyond. After the service was complete, I got an email with all of the details of what was applied and where, which I think is an excellent practice. It's only been a few weeks since the first treatment, but the number of ants inside our home went down pretty quickly and lately we haven't see any at all. I do understand we may see more as the ants move through their life cycle, but I'm really pleased with the results so far.
