I hired Vita Appliance to inspect and repair my washer and dryer. At that price, I told Olzhas I might as well buy a brand-new washer and dryer. He convinced me not to by promising a 1 year warranty on the repair. Since I was already spending heavily on renovations at the time, I trusted him and went ahead with the repair. Once he received the deposit, communication became a nightmare. He barely responded to texts or calls, and I had to chase him repeatedly just to get updates. Seven months later, the dryer broke again, same issue. When I contacted him, he claimed it was a different part of the door latch and therefore not covered under the warranty. To make matters worse, he wanted to charge me another $400 for the repair. I again had to chase him just to even come take a look. At that point, I gave up and bought a brand-new washer and dryer. I ended up wasting hundreds of dollars on repairs I shouldn't have needed, when I could've replaced the machines months earlier and saved myself the stress.
