The backsplash tile that I ordered from another vendor never arrived so that is not Dynasty's fault! Hire them!

He came and installed quickly and efficiently. No more leaks! Additionally, I had been in the process of installing new Subzero and Wolf appliances in the kitchen. The company has very strict requirements for installation of the refrigerator. Upon inspection, it was determined that the above refrigerator cabinet had to be raised to accommodate the new refrigerator hight. Also, the electrical outlet needed to be moved up several feet because all the electrical workings sit on top of the refrigerator, rather than below like most refrigerators. Chuey was able to make the necessary changes BUT, it didn't stop there! Because Subzero suggests a "built in" look for esthetics, I needed to add panels to fill a small gap. I could have purchased panels from Subzero for an added cost but Chuey was able to create a wood panel and stain it to match existing wood cabinets. This also required the crown molding on top the cabinets had to be added to fit the new changes. Chuey was able to find moldings and stained this to match. Chuey managed to work around both our busy schedules and this was much appreciated. I am very happy with my new appliances and all the extra work Chuey did to retrofit and create a beautiful esthetics in the kitchen! I would recommend Chuey and plan on more projects for his handy work!

Reasonable Remodels proposed to: "Straighten any uneven tile edges Level any tiles that are too high or low Properly seal the shower handle plate Replace the pedestal sink with the correct unit" Reasonable Remodels replied to our list of issues: "We're a small operation--not a large company with endless resources--but that's also reflected in our pricing." Their proposal to straighten uneven tile edges and level tiles too high or too low was not sufficient. The shower walls and bathroom floor tiles needed to be demolished and completely redone. We decided NOT to have Reasonable Remodels attempt any rework. The quality of their initial work did not merit them performing any other work on our property.

We had MSI Trecento XL Carrara Avell flooring installed throughout our home, and the finished flooring is absolutely beautiful. It has transformed our home, the new baseboards look great, and we are very happy with the overall result. The installation did take considerably longer than expected due to scheduling delays, the extensive floor preparation that was needed, and later an unexpected shortage of flooring material. The amount of dust generated during the work also made it necessary for us to stay in a hotel for 11 nights. What I especially appreciated was how Rudy handled the difficulties. He remained professional, listened to our concerns, apologized for the problems we experienced, and worked with us on compensation that covered much of our hotel expense. That willingness to listen and work toward a fair resolution made a big difference to us. Our advice to anyone planning a large flooring project would be to discuss scheduling, crew availability, dust containment, and material planning in detail beforehand. Renovations can have unexpected complications, but ultimately what matters is both the quality of the finished work and how a company responds when problems arise. We love our new floors and are very happy with how beautiful our home looks now.

James did an amazing job on my carpets. i had dirty filthy carpets. pet stains in every room. the thought of company horrified me they were so bad. i had to have a family party. i looked at his reviews and decided to call him. personally i thought there was no hope. he came gave me a fair estimate and accepted the task. when i returned home from work the day he cleaned my carpets i was so excited, i wanted to cry. I have a Great Dane puppy who had an issue making it outside and you know the rest of the story. Excellent Communication and Professional service. I spoke to James and mentioned my pet urinated on my carpets. He advised a pet order neutralizer be sprayed and then coming back to clean the carpet in 3 days. He has a black light and lit up the room with urine spots which he was then able to treat the spots right away. The young man he has with him was also very professional and courteous. James also left me some lemon scent deodorizer to use later if needed. I will definitely use All-Star in 6 months. Thank You! read more

He was right on time, called the day before to confirm the time he was coming and did an excellent job, cleaning areas we thought could not be cleaned up very well. He worked very hard and explained all that was done and answered all our questions. The price seemed right for what was done and we would highly recommend Dependable Carpet and Vince, in fact we have already scheduled a date and time for him to come next year.
