No matter what I did I couldn't get the smell of urine off my couches. I had excepted that I would need a new couch. Until someone told me that most carpet cleaning company's also do couches. So I called this company the only company I trust with my carpet cleaning needs. Ruben was able to fit us in quickly. Next Level Carpet Care saved my couches! He got those stains and smell out! My couches look like new and he extended the life of the couches. Given the size of the couches I felt the price was very fair. I value 3 hours of my time at more than $20. If he had said from the start "Hey they are running late", I could have gone and done something else. But they were always "Just right around the corner" so I didn't want to leave and miss them. Also, he said the cleaners "Didn't find a parking lot". I really appreciated that because many contractors are simply too busy to stay on top of communication. James did an amazing job on my carpets. i had dirty filthy carpets. pet stains in every room. the thought of company horrified me they were so bad. i had to have a family party. i looked at his reviews and decided to call him. personally i thought there was no hope. he came gave me a fair estimate and accepted the task. when i returned home from work the day he cleaned my carpets i was so excited, i wanted to cry. My carpets were clean!! And my house smelled amazing and fresh. I was proud to have family and friends over. Thank you James, you have no idea how happy i was. Fantastic!!! Called james on Friday and he came the same day! No hidden fees and more than reasonable prices. Arrived at my house when he said he was and got right to work. I have a Great Dane puppy who had an issue making it outside and you know the rest of the story. After the work was done there was no smell and everything looks great I highly recommend allstar carpet cleaning. Don't waste your time or money with big cleaning outfits. Excellent Communication and Professional service. I spoke to James and mentioned my pet urinated on my carpets. He advised a pet order neutralizer be sprayed and then coming back to clean the carpet in 3 days. He has a black light and lit up the room with urine spots which he was then able to treat the spots right away. The young man he has with him was also very professional and courteous. James also left me some lemon scent deodorizer to use later if needed. I will definitely use All-Star in 6 months. Thank You! read more

This is my second time using Allstar! Both of my experiences with this company have been awesome. James and team were super cool and down to earth, I felt super comfortable with them in my home. I called 5 different companies all whom gave me higher prices for 5 rooms, and once he came to my home, he never once tried to add extra fees for juice stains etc, like the others! !! Needed an emergency carpet cleaning just a few days before xmas. Of course, he was booked but did say he would call if he had a cancellation, and he did the following day. He and his team, fast, on-time, and even called to make sure my carpets were good. Carpets are beautiful, and I have a dog. Excellent job, superior customer service. I have used a chain carpet cleaning company in the past, but decided to give Allstar Carpet Cleaning a chance. James was very professional and quick to get back to me with a quote and an appointment. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and deodorizing them. It was always hard to tell that the chain carpet cleaning company even put any deodorizer on the carpet. I called James to schedule for a Saturday appointment and texted my information (address, time/date of appointment, and how many rooms to clean) and got a text back confirming my appointment. They showed up on time and did an excellent job removing dirt stains on the carpet. They are pretty efficient and finished the job in less than 20 minutes. What a phenomenal job James did on our carpet! We have a senior pittie who's been having accidents and really needed a deep clean. Scheduling was quick and easy. He did an enzyme treatment to remove the odors and took time to give me some recommendations for spot cleaning.
