It's hard to believe that a business like this still manages to exist and be successful. I have been trying to get an online quote for auto insurance and somehow I ended up with this agency in Anaheim. I was given a quote by one of their agent. I wasn't happy with the quote and I told her what was my goal three days later, she emailed me a good price I thought and I told her to go ahead and process this policy. The following day I get an email that something that she found has raised the price $150 even though I gave her very specific information about the cars and the drivers and I thought we went through this Policy very thoroughly, but she found something which raised the premium that much money. I agreed and I told her OK that's fine. Let's go the day after that. She found another issue that I would have to register the car that belongs to my daughter in my name or my wife's name the most ridiculous request I have ever heard but just to get this done over with I did that today Once I emailed her a copy of the new registration she found another issue she said your 17-year-old would have to do a four hour online course in order to keep this price as soon as I heard that that really did it for me this Agent has put me through so much in the last three days It is hard to believe that these people can maintain a business treat people like this so I asked her to go ahead and cancel the policy. I am not interested. I got an email back from them saying we will refund your money in 5 to 7 business days what I don't understand how do you legally charge someone without having a policy? How can you process a payment without a policy? What kind of business is this who actually manages this business that's what I wanted to find out so I spoke to the manager. Her name is Miss Kim Vega . I told her about what happened. She was not concerned at all about what happened. She said that her agent didn't do anything wrong. She was listening to the conversation the whole time when she was speaking to me, she justified everything. Her agent told me so this is my experience with this place. I was on top of the world, I just bought my dream home and the only problems I had was finding furniture to fill my house and to rent out my condo so I thought. I was heading home and got slammed into from behind sending me into the other lane where I was t-boned directly into the driver's side door. The car was a total loss but not only that I was severely battered and bruised. I needed to take a break away from everything to relax and recuperate and while I was at a beautiful hotel and spa getting the attention I needed Allstate Insurance was busy taking care of everything for me and when I got back I had an offer that was more than I even payed for my car. I like Allstate! My husband and I have had a good variety of insurance. From really cheap and crappy insurance service, to popular name service. By far this is the best service we have received. I have emailed Nikki (even during late weekends) and have received email reply in less than 2 hours. Thank you for the great service NiKki, I really appreciate that. Also, Two days ago a car hit me. I first would like to let anyone who reads this that this is not about the Agent. This is about the insurance company as a whole. This like all of the other companies are gauging the shit out of the American public. I am so pissed off about this quote I am posting because basically you are scared to use your insurance but you are made to have through our shitty systems set up by certain entities. My car is worth now about $6500.00 and you are asking me to pay from &164.00 (which used to be $120.00) with a good driving record and now quoting me today $281.00 a month starting on June 3rd. Did you guys missed that a pandemic hit this country and we are not dripping money out or our butts to pay these ridiculous rates. You guys are worst then any Pharmaceutical company. This mess needs to be revamped and I will spread the word as best I can to get something changed. I feel for the American public and I will find insurance. I may have to lower a few things but I will find it. You are not the only kids on this block. Wow. Well I would never use Allstate or recommend them. I had renters insurance though them. After my identity was stolen and all my credit cards were canceled they of course sent me several letters stating my coverage is terminated. I didn't care that my coverage was canceled. Eventually Irvine company called me and informed me my policy was invalid and if I did not provide prof. I would be evicted within 72 hrs.... So ok. Easy fix. Call my car ins company which I have auto and life. Ask to add renters... Taken care of in less than 5 min. Well 6 mo later I receive a bill. Really Allstate? Saying that they wanted to collect for previous months covered. Is that a joke??? No way would I ever use Allstate. read more

I am not downing Nikki Kaur, however Allstate insurance as a whole. I had them for almost 2 years, never late on a payment. In July of this year I paid my balance that was good until October 3, 2022. I had automatic payment set up the whole time I had Allstate. I had no access to my internet for a few weeks and never saw that I needed to contact them regarding payment! NO snail mail, no phone call, just email. So I just called and was told I needed a new policy. However NOW that we all are in dire straits with inflation, Allstate decides that they want 50% down for a six month premium. So I said ok, so what will that be, I was told this. Total cost for 6 months was $729.32. I had to put down $379.12 and then a monthly payment of $129. something a month with the sixth month free. Now lets do the math. $729.32 - $379.12 = $350.20. Hmmm, something does not add up. so then I am to pay $129. give or take a month that would equal to $645.00. So again my quote was $729.32 for 6 months. Now lets add the math, 379.12 + 645.00 = $1024.12! WHAT??? So I question the girl and she says she cannot give me the breakdown until I pay the down payment... Ok, This is horrible, not only has Allstate made things harder for Americans to buy their insurance with the new 50% down policy, they are ripping you off too. And the agents cant even answer a simple question even though the math did not add up for her either. Beware of Allstate and make sure you get all of your answers before signing up with them. I would NOT recommend them to anyone if this is how they do business! read more

Made payments on time for the past 2 years and finally tried to make a claim on a cracked windshield. Nikki, why can you not return a phone call over a simple claim? My car is in the service department waiting to get a response for a cracked windshield the size of a quarter. My service agent has ALSO tried calling you and Allstate, but to no avail. We have left messages and we can't even get a phone call saying "Yes, I received your call and I'm working on it." Absolutely nothing. I can't imagine how it would be if my vehicle was in an actual accident and having to deal with this. We switched from a small insurance company to Allstate thinking this was a more reputable company and that the service would be better. Yes, this is over a small crack in my windshield and my agent won't even return my phone calls. read more

I have been with Allstate for 40 years and my previous agents were always were available if needed.This is the worst agent I have ever encountered. The few times I have needed questions answered she has failed to return my call. After I answered a agent survey sent from Allstate I got a form letter acting like she really care to meet her customers. My last call was Friday Nov 20 at 2:45 in the afternoon - voice mail answered. I left message saying I needed to speak with someone before end of day since my policy was expiring soon. No return call that day. We left for a week and expected to have a voice mail upon return. Nope. Getting quotes from others!!! read more
