I've recently dealt with this company. We were scheduled to have our leaking faucet replaced/repaired. Our schedule time was for Sat between 8-12am. The appointment was made five days in advance. Now, here's the problem..... I called the company, spoke to the SAME INDIVIDUAL (Lela) that made the previous appointment and she indicates that the appointment was changed for a later time (by Leslie in admin) I told her we were never given that info and she became very indignant. Rip off company. If I could give this company a 0 star I would. We went thru our home warranty company for an upstairs leaking toilet into our garage. The plumber walked into our garage, looked up and said "I cannot touch this without authorization" told my husband he was calling the office and then just drive off! No one from All State Plumbing called us to tell us anything. My husband ended up doing the work himself. We couldn't let water just keep leaking. Today a week later we received a phone call from the company stating the plumber said he needed to modify a flange...WITHOUT SEEING ANYTHING?? Are you kidding me? LIAR! He had no idea of the issue. Was able to get fast service on a water pressure break needed for the auto fill on my pool. The service was great. I was able to message with the owner through yelp on Memorial Day holiday concerning a water break valve I needed to replace for my auto fill on an in ground pool. The next day (Tuesday after the holiday) the office contacted me to set up my appointment for that afternoon because they had an opening that became available. Krassimir, my technician, was on time, explained everything and did an excellent job on the installation of a new valve. He also explained why the previous valve failed and how the way he installed it would improve functionality for the future and prevent future failures. Steven, the technician arrived the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He properly diagnosed the problem, that was electrical in nature. He got the unit up and running, and told me that a 110 receptacle needed to be replaced. My electrician came over the following day, replaced the receptacle and is rerouting the attic fan circuit to prevent future overloads.
