Don't buy a Gift card here for a gift. I booked an appointment for them because I recieved a gift certificate of 100$ and I had canceled between the 24 hr mark because of a health condition Dr appt so I called left a voicemail saying I wouldn't be abvailable to come and they send a text message stating the lady was waiting 2 hours for me to come. And that they deducted the money off the gift certificate. Mind yall 100 DOLLARS. I will never be visiting here and is disappinted with there unproffesionalism. The gin/or sin lady is very rude and has lots of attitude.

A gem in Willowbrook! Loved my manicure. The staff is friendly and service oriented. Going back for a manicure and a pedicure.

You pay online before the actual massage date. This is if you utilize the online schedule option. You also have the ability to add adjunct relaxation strategies to maximize the therapeutic session. Once confirmed, she will send an email confirmation and directions to the place. One can get lost because it is located in a lot full of cookie cutter business buildings. Her email directions are helpful. I came on a Sunday AM so I found parking right in front of the establishment. Amy is warm and friendly. Throughout the massage process, she'll ask how the pressure of her techniques were to ensure it is effectively targeting areas of concern at the appropriate level. She also put some diffuser oil and allowed me to choose the scent as an adjunct relaxing strategy. She also used hot stones/tools to additionally stretch and relax my tensed muscles. I booked a 60 minute slot and I wish I did longer! It was way too good and therapeutic. I didn't even realize my time was up! I just wanted to continue feeling so mellow. Definitely will plan another trip to see her again!

I lost my mom almost 11 years ago, 6 months ago I lost my father as well. When COVID hit us I started meditating every night. Slowly, but surely I started to shift towards energy feeling. I had an itch to learn more about it. I remembered that one of my Facebook friends posted something about Reiki class. And that was Amy! I worked with her years ago at Massage Envy. I contacted her and took my firs Reiki class. "Connecting the dots" book by Heather McCutcheon was given to me by Amy after Reiki 1 class. Instead of putting that book on my shelf for dust to collect I needed to read it bc I was eager to learn if that even a real thing. And very fast I realized it is a real thing! A sentence from that book "When student is ready teacher appears" turned a switch on. Now it makes sense to me! I took Reiki 2 with Amy with no hesitation. It was a game changer for me. Looking forward to more learning, growing, experiencing. Love love Amy and Reiki
