Customer service: 4/5 Both of my visits I was able to get in without an appointment. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. My second pedicure felt rushed. It only lasted about 20 minutes. I did not feel like they tried to upsell me. Choice of polish: 5/5. They had plenty of regular and gel colors. They also offer dipped powder. Quality/Value: 3/5. On my first visit, I obtained a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I was very happy with the time the staff spent on my nails for the first visit. However, I think she could have done more scrubbing on bottom of foot. My no chip manicure lasted 13 days until first chip. This, I was very happy about. However, my first pedicure started chipping after 5 days. This one, did not chip badly. As I had a 2nd trip planned, I went back for just a pedicure. I went with the hot stone pedicure and I just felt like it was not worth the upcharge. Now, this is where I was a little upset/annoyed. This pedicure chipped after 2 days!! And not just flecks.
