Cons: The woman who did my nails told me she didn't like the color I chose (an unsolicited opinion), and cut my finger once and my foot twice. She also wore her long hair down and while doing my pedicure her hair smeared the polish on my toes. In general not a great experience. I won't be going back. read more

Horrible job. My nails are lumpy and they cut me twice. $50 was definitely too much for the quality. I will never return. The two friends I went with also were cut and not satisfied with the service or quality. Their gel nails are chipping within a day. All of our nails are crooked as well. If only it were winter so we could wear gloves to cover them up. read more

Lan laid my nails out! Very clean and cute shop. Everyone was cordial and chipper. I arrived at 4:30 and the shop closed at 5. At 5:20, they still took a new walk-in. That is exceptional customer service. I've found my new hot spot. read more

Overall, the atmosphere was very sketchy and very fast paced; I felt nothing more than the $38 I was laying. The lady doing my nails was very rough and didn't understand what I wanted. I asked for the "coffin" shape and she said it was $10 more. While shaping, she kept doing them slanted and not straight across, and she said, "I don't know how to do coffin." All of my nails are different lengths, and two of the ten are coffin. Color is nice though. read more

I made an appt with sherry and was out with someone else even though they knew I had an appointment with her. The guy I got did a terrible job. Also pretty unclean, the towel they used definitely look like it had already been used with someone else. read more

I went to Allure Nails for the fake nails and the guy who did them argued with a woman about doing them so from the start I didn't feel very welcome. He cut my thumb open while grinding my nail and he was very aggressive. my nails only lasted a few days and started falling off. I got this done a couple months ago and I still have indents from my nails from him grinding them down so much. My nails were very very sore after he was done and from personal experience I have never had my nails hurt after they were done. I was looking into getting my nails done for my wedding and I will not be going here. If they were to ask me if i were to tell a friend about them...yes but not in a good way read more

I always go to Bob for shellac/gel manicures, he is meticulous and does a great job. Everyone is friendly with quick seating and immediate service. Hygiene is always a priority for me, and they are always clean and properly clean their instruments. I have gone here every 2 weeks for almost 2 years. read more

This is my go to salon every two weeks for my shellac manis, and pedis. Anytime I have an issue and come back in a few days, they offer to fix it for me. They get new shellac colors frequently and I love that they always shape my nails exactly how I want. Never had any issues with them ever! I bring all my girls here. read more

visited allure nail spa with a friend to get Mani/Pedi, I have never been so unhappy with a pedicure. The water was cold and the operator cut my toenails so short that they are sore, the Pedicure lasted all of 15 minutes, barely massaged my feet or removed any of the calluses on my heels, I had to ask her to buff my fingernails and toenails then I received the fastest manicure in the world. Over all I feel like I received an "EXPRESS" Mani/Pedi, it was not a relaxing experience, the price is cheap and the service is non existent. I will not be back, I work in the salon industry and if I rushed my clients and did half ass-ed work like this I would be out of business read more

I came in to get a pedicure to relax, but I couldn't because the 2 fat girls that works there kept talking back and forth all loud in their language. Plus one of them gave me like a 15 minute pedicure and it wasn't even that busy. This is my go to place. I've been going to this place for awhile, but ever since they expanded I've stopped going and instead going somewhere else. They act like they don't care about customers anymore. They just want you in and out as fast as possible. Plus, they would let one person work on me and then pass me to another person for something else. Would not go back. Called ahead and once I arrived I sat 15 minutes while 2 walk ins and 3 or 4 appointments were taken ahead of me without notifying me of wait time. Finally was told to soak off my gel and was left with acetone wraps on my hands for 30 minutes, nobody checked on me as my skin burned until I flagged someone down asking if I could just pay for gel soak off (that I had to take off at the 30 min mark). In all I was handed off to 3 technicians and was then told that they could still do the gel if I wanted. Of course I wanted it that's why I came, so I waited, more. Finally they rushed through my gel without my nails properly curing. Technician kept telling me to relax, but at this point it was not possible as my skin was so tender from sitting in acetone for 30 minutes. The only redeeming quality was that they actually did provide the service I asked (although mediocre). Will not spend another dime here. read more

The lady who did my nails was nice and the place seems clean, but the great service ends there. My nails are rough at the edges and I had to ask them multiple times to fix their mistakes--one of which they ignored until I said something. Another girl came and took over to work on my nails. I paid for a gel coating top so that they wouldn't chip--less than 2 hours after I got my nails done they chipped (all I've done is come straight home and watch tv--nothing that should have my nails be chipping). Probably the worst fill I've had done in a long, long time and I've been getting my nails done for years. I will be going back to make them fix my nails, but not after that. read more
